Thank you everyone involved for making our buying experience easy. From the many questions, to the thousand pics sent. We flew from South Carolina to pick up. Everyone was amazing, from being picked up at the airport, to having the vehicle inside out of thr rain so we could look over it.Car dealerships can get a bad rap, but these guys were honest, caring and just down right amazing10 stars if I could!!

4 calls in to schedule service, sadly could not get past the pit bull operator. Who's favorite pastime seems to be interrupting and talking over.First impressions are important to me.Instead, I scheduled appointment at Scranton Cadillac, it is further but at least they listen to the customer.

UPDATED: after getting in contact with Ron, he went above and beyond to try and win my business back to this dealership. I m very happy with how he handled everything and he was extremely professional. He informed me he was relatively new at the dealership and was fixing some things that he was starting to become aware of. He got me in as soon as he could and helped with everything I needed. The rest of the department was extremely nice when I was there as well. Ron was awesome to work with and because of him, I will definitely be returning to Valenti.I don t know what happened to this place. I loved my experience buying my Cadillac from them, but in the past few years the service department has absolutely gone downhill. I ve been trying to get an appointment to fix my car door (it won t open) and brakes for what seems like forever. I cannot get an appointment to save my life. No one returns calls. I tried the online scheduling and they don t honor those appointments or even call to attempt to rebook. When I finally had someone call me to schedule an appointment they gave me one for weeks out. Okay fine, maybe they are busy. The day of the appointment comes and no one comes to pick up the vehicle. I try calling for hours to finally get a call back saying that they scheduled the appointment the next day and I must have been mistaken. There was no possible way I got the date wrong as I called back to confirm a few times. If this was a one time instance I would be able to look past it but this is actually the third time this same thing has happened. I don t understand why it is so difficult to make an appointment for this vehicle.

I have to agree with the lady below, terrible service department. They service my car and immediately after I got my vehicle back a service signal came on in the area they were working on. They had the audacity to get mad when I brought the car back. They had my vehicle and not once offered me a loaner, they claimed all the loaners were out. My car was on their lot for almost a month and during that time they claimed no loaner cars were available. I took it personal because I'm a person of color. Several cadillac owners warned me not to go to this place for serious repairs, I see why.

I just picked up my 2019 CTS-V from being serviced at Valenti. I must say it was the absolute BEST service I think I have ever received at a car dealership! Being a former mechanic and very particular about who works on my vehicles I was extremely leery about leaving my prized new possession in the hands of someone else. I bought this car second hand after having been involved in an accident and supposedly completely fixed by another establishment. After bringing it home for a few months I noticed some looseness/noises develop in the suspension and had light go on, on the dash, for a side curtain airbag module malfunction. So, I bit the bullet and brought it in for an inspection. Rich, the service manager, was extremely thorough and very straightforward in their diagnosis of the problems with the car. Rich recommended a plan of action, I agreed, and it was carried out to a Tee. The guys at Valenti found multiple loose nuts and bolts in several critical suspension pieces and in some cases, even some missing hardware! Even though I had a "vehicle inspection" from an outside company before purchase, it wasn't nearly as complete as I thought it was. Many, many Thanks go out to Rich, Louis and all the other techs who played a hand in getting my 3rd child in safe and tip top condition to enjoy the beautiful fall weather before it goes away for the winter. I am so glad I made the decision to bring it to Valenti to have it serviced! They have earned my trust and I have become a very satisfied, new customer!!

Likely the worst service I ve ever received.. Louis and Rich, the service Manager, don t care about their customers.. my check engine light kept coming on and my service was pushed off 3 times with crazy excuses like we will need over a week to diagnose your issue or we can t figure out the problem unless your check engine light is on and lastly, we can t get to it until next week and we don t have any rentals for weeks . When I expressed my concern about my bumper to bumper warranty to run out Louis said, oh don t worry you re all set and have plenty of time . Several times I was promised calls that never came and when I finally gave up and went to Scranton Cadillac I received immediate service that took just one day for repairs only to find out my bumper to bumper had run out the day before. Valente also sold me an extended warranty that kept me from getting my vehicle serviced any where else.. beware these are big issues with this dealership. They just don t care and it s obvious they are just in it for the commission.

Was told my amplifier was burned out. It is not!! After they checked for my passenger window not working I left and had no out going volumn. I could be heard but I could not hear anyone on my phone, radio or turn signals. It comes on intermittently so I may have a loose wire NOT a blown amplifier!!

It was the most pleasant buying experience I ve had a any dealership. Fair price for my 2021 XT5 and above and beyond on my trade. Dealt with Tom Waldeck. He was great.

Brought our truck in for a shifter issue. Rich and his team were able to fit us into his busy schedule, get it fixed with a quick turn around and send the claim through our warranty. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I took my toValenti because I was having a miss fire problem they kept my which is ct6 I got my car back still had the same problem I was told to drive it if the misfire doesn't go away I will need a valve job which would cost me $ 7,000 to fix I took my to a different shop and they fix my problem. Cadillac dealership would not refund me half my money back bad for business I will never go there again

I bought my Cadillac a little over a year ago (and had a very nice experience with my salesperson at that time). A month or so ago I noticed my bumper s paint was peeling. I reached out to Ryan at Valenti and he offered to get my car in within a few days to fix the bumper! I dropped it off, was given a very nice and clean rental, and had my car back within a few days looking even better than when I bought it! Highly recommend Valenti Cadillac. Great staff and great service!

I recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac ATS back in March with the help of a wonderful sales rep, William Donato. He was wonderful throughout the entire process and the entire Valenti team had me in and out in no time. So far I've had no issues with the car and would certainly go back!

I had an excellent experience through out my car purchase. Joe and Randy were extremely helpful. I was provided with personalized A+ treatment from the time that I decided to purchase my car until the end and amazingly I am still being checked on. It s hard to find people who are willing and anxious to help, that s why I sincerely recommend this dealership and these guys.

Richard Gadomski will treat you fairly. It might not be what you want to hear. He is a straight shooter. A customer shouldn't expert any more or less. He is a great example of what a service manager should be. I'm glad I met him. Not overjoyed with the final results but I am convinced he will do everything he can to help you so that's the guy you want to work with. All a customer should want is to be treated fairly. He gets a 5 from guy who hates to deal with dealerships. My 1st time ever giving a 5 to any dealership so you might want to frame this. People shouldn't have to bend over backwards to get a 5. Just do everything they can possibly do for you without loosing their job. Hopefully, I will continue to feel this way.

I started looking for a Cadillac about a year ago. When I finally had enough money saved for a down payment, I started to look for a good deal. I worked with three dealers all at the same time. Only Robert Cherry from Valenti Cadillac was willing to not only find me the car that I wanted with only the options I wanted but he also gave me the most fair deal of all three dealers! Even though he was the furthest away, it was worth the drive! We worked together through text and email all before I made the trip to finish the deal and pick up my car. I just love my car and I m so pleased that I feel like I got a very fair price. Not only was Robert a pleasure to work with, he took a personal interest in a recent incident my husband had which delayed picking the car up by a couple of days. I had a very unusual experience after purchasing a new Cadillac from Valenti recently. The car I bought did not have all the features I had expected from Cadillac (this is my 6th Cadillac ). So when I brought it in for service after one week, thinking I didn't know how to turn on the feature, I was informed this car didn't have the adaptive cruise control that we use on our many long distance trips. Bummer! But..Ryan, the general manager, came to the rescue. He explained that my husband and I had a miscommunication with our salesman. I assumed all Cadillacs had it and the salesman assumed I was okay with the features on the car. Bottom line is Ryan found us the car we needed with all the features PLUS more and took my car back, only charging us for the some of the new features to include the adaptive cruise control. My husband couldn't believe that Valenti did this. Randy patiently handled the return and took my many calls to verify the new purchase. We just picked it up today and couldn't be more pleased. Randy gave us a thorough orientation and we both learned how to use the parking assist feature. So much fun. We highly recommend Valenti for your next Caddy purchase. Love these cars!

I bought a beautiful used ATS with 50,000 miles from them. 4 days after it started making a crazy rattle which I don t blame them for but the car has been there a few times trying to fix the noise. I ve had mechanics and service guys tell me my car is fine and walk away from me. I also broke my garage door button and taped it in the inside, I asked them to fix it and they told me it s not broken. That being said, the service manager John made the experience a lot better. He spent the time to talk to me and then he took the problems I was having into his own hands and got everything fixed before sending me off. In the end, I was taken care of and that s what matters. Thanks John, Valenti needs some more people like you

My husband and I recently bought our new Cadillac XT5 at Valenti Cadillac.Our Sales Associate, Randy Williams provided a very informative and helpful experience. He went above and beyond in meeting our needs.Randy made the whole process a very pleasant one. His knowledge and patience in helping us set up some of the technology was well appreciated.We highly recommend him.

We had been looking for a CT5 V-6 on line for a few months. We finally found the car we wanted at Valenti Cadillac. We live in upstate NY so we had to drive about 2.5 hours to pick the car up. It is absolutely beautiful and it has all the bells and whistles you can possibly get. Unfortunately I am not fully aware of them all nor do I know how to really operate the ones I am aware of. Our salesman told us after we were done signing the paperwork that it was his last day because he was retiring and that is probably the reason we did not get the full walk through of the vehicle that we would normally receive from a Cadillac dealer. I will need to spend more time with the manual to figure it out.

Went in to look at an SUV and was excited we were able to test drive one. When I asked if I can take the paperwork home with the breakdown of lease and purchase options I was told it was going to be emailed to me that same day. I was also told by the salesman that I would be getting information on a vehicle I inquired about that was not on the lot due to a staff member having it at the time, the Monday after we went. I never received anything. We were also not given the different options on cost for the 3 different models of the car. We were only quoted for one of the most expensive ones. We ended up going elsewhere and were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted.

Worst place to go buy a car. Hi my mane is sam I went to Valenti to purchase a Cadillac Escalade ESV I saw a sales person outside and asked him about the truck and he brought me to another person inside he was a tall skinny kid drinking something as I started talking to him he kept sipping his drink Ok so I asked him about the Escalade sport Platinum he replies we don t have any in stock you would have to order it I was like ok that s fine and then he says we are charging 15,000 dollars on top of MSRP while I m laughingly I said you can keep that car and at that point he started being rude so I turned around and started to walk out and he says that otheres are charging $30,000. Most of the people that are buying over $100,000 cars if they want something they will pay what ever they want to get it. So the same day I went to Scranton motors and bought a Cadillac Escalade ESV the one I wanted I did pay over MSRP but the sales person was very pleasant to deal with. Had this skinny tall kid not had been rude I would have bought a car from Valenti and because of him I will never do business with Valenti and make sure that I tell everyone to go to Scranton motors and maybe it was me because how I was dressed in shorts and a T-shirt that s y the first sales person brushed me off and the second one as well.

I ve bought many vehicles from Valenti Cadillac over the years and the experience is always the same: perfect! Will, the individual who sold me my 2017 Escalade, was nothing short of wonderful. He did not push the sale in any way and answered all of my questions in the most thoughtful manner. The people in service are also amazing. Whatever you guys are doing up there, keep doing it!

This our second Caddy from Valenti. My 17 XT5 was confiscated by my wife. So this year I purchased an ATS sedan for myself from Will Randolph. I stopped in to drool over the V series cars on the lot. Will knew where my budget was and found The Perfect Car for me, not a V but almost as fun. WHAT A FUN CAR TO DRIVE! Will is an outstanding professional and knows the cars bumper to bumper. He and Brian, the GM, treated my wife and I wonderfully. They even remembered my son and asked about his health. Will drove 35 minutes to deliver my registration at my office. Every time we bring in the car for service, Justin in service is always organized and ready to take my vehicles. It always comes back clean and promptly. Exceptional service, exquisite vehicles, and everything we could ask for in a car buying experience. Only Valenti Cadillacs in my garages.

They will not work on the Escalade with the 134.1 inch wheelbase because the vehicle is longer than their lifts, yet, they sell them there. Figure that one out. Do not buy an extended wheelbase Escalade from these people.I got this response from the owner: "Wayne, we feel there may be some confusion on this, we have a number of high capacity lifts that are more than capable of servicing all Escalade models including the ESV."Oh, really? I brought my 1976 Cadillac Fleetwood in for servicing and I was told that it was too large for any of the lifts there. The car has no rust under the body so, that wasn't the reason. The Cadillac Escalade's wheelbase is 134.1 inches while mine is 133.0 . If your lifts can accommodate an Escalade, why can't they accommodate my car?Would you want to do business with people who lie? I wouldn't.

Everything seem to go well until I reviewed the paper work after the purchase (big mistake). They did not keep their word on any of the negotiations we made. I found it very dishonest and made the experience distasteful. The negotiations we made would have been a $700 difference, not a lot money but it s the principle. They also picked a warranty for me without attempting to go over my options, until I said something. Other than that they was polite and went out there way to deliver the car to my house. They also do great job bargaining with the banks (for those who don t have the best credit).

I was very pleased with Valenti Cadillac. From the moment I walked in to the day I left with my new Escalade I could not have been treated better. Will Randolph was exceptional, he was very accommodating, helpful and understanding of my needs. He answered all my questions and worked very hard to make the deal happen. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Will to anyone looking to buy a Cadillac.

My wife recently came to Valenti to look at a used Cadillac SRX. We ended up working with Will and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was also upfront about pricing and that's HUGE for me. I hate shopping for cars because of the mind games that typically accompany the process. While ultimately we did not buy a Cadillac, we would absolutely use Valenti again when we look for our next car!

I got an oil change for my CTS-V and it was done in a quick manner and the waiting area is very nice. Not many options around this area for a Cadillac getting serviced. I still think the prices could be a little cheaper. I think that's what most people complain about it when it comes to Valenti.

As a former employee, and current customer, I can honestly tell you that the entire staff at Valenti Cadillac just wants to to help you, and is are not the kind of people to take advantage of you. I refer my friends and family there, and wrote this review because they took good care of another one of my friends, and I appreciate having a dealer that I can trust to send my people too.
