It was a fun, easy experience when purchasing my 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia. The sales staff were all quite friendly and professional. All promises were kept, there was never any pressure from sales or from the Business office. I WILL BE BACK.

My salesperson Ken Holder was excellent! He helped me pick the perfect Giulia with the aid of his impressive bank of Alfa Romeo knowledge. Ken is clearly enthusiastic about the Alfa brand. I was not able to stump him with any question about the product - a sign of a dedicated and serious employee. This is not common at many dealerships anymore, unfortunately. Everyone else was also a pleasure to deal with including Steve from finance and Geno. I just picked up my car today but so far I'm loving it!

Ken Holder is by far the best salesman I ve ever had! He goes above and beyond to assist his clients to ensure a successful outcome. I ve leased two Alpha Romeo vehicles with Ken s assistance and couldn t be happier with my experience!! I highly recommend Ken and plan to do business with Valenti Auto for years to come!

Had a great buying and first service experience at Valenti Alfa Romeo. Trey, my salesperson was excellent. He had great product knowledge, took his time finding the right Stelvio for my needs and did it all in a timely fashion with zero pressure. The entire sale/negotiation took less than 15 minutes and I felt my deal was very fair and equitable. I absolutely love the car and wonder why very few others have discovered this secret. I also just had my first service completed at the dealer and once again, had an excellent overall experience. The service staff, specifically the service advisor (cannot recall her name) was excellent and they went above and beyond to take care of an issue that came up in my first two-months of ownership...no questions asked. I cannot recommend Trey and the entire sales team at Valenti for your next Alfa, Fiat or Maserati purchase and also the service team for a great post purchase experience. And lastly, I also cannot recommend the Alfa brand enough. Pound for pound one of the best vehicles I have owned (and I have owned a lot) for overall performance, look and comfort. Just sorry it took so long to become an Alfa owner.

I purchased an Alfa Stelio two weeks ago from Valenti. I did this by choice as several knowledgeable friends suggested they were the best choice for service, selection and professionalism. This is my second Alfa, and my best experience ever with a dealership. From test drive through writing the check, the experience was pleasant and did not feel high pressure. Thank you Alex Mandel. He's a terrific salesman.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Valenti Alfa Romeo. I absolutely love my new Stelvio. The process was efficient and smooth. Ken was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Valenti.

Wendy was a joy to work with and ensured that I found the right vehicle for me and at a price I was comfortable with. Highly recommend seeing Alex Mandel at Valenti Alfa Romeo. We went down to Valenti on a whim, never having owned an Alfa before, and Alex was immediately friendly and helpful. Buying a car from Valenti has been the easiest and friendliest transaction I ve had at a dealership EVER. I have bought about 10 cars over the last ten years from various places. This was my favorite purchase of them all thanks to the incredible hospitality of Valenti. See y all soon!

Finally enjoyed buying a car! Was greeted by Ken Holder, I told him what I was looking for, he promptly took me over to see a Stelvio. Explained what the vehicle was all about, the features. We took it for a test ride, and I was hooked! Ken was professional throughout, no hard sell. After we talked for a bit, I told him I'd think about it. Called him back after a few hours. And we made it happen. Everyone at Valenti Alfa Romeo was courteous and professional. Again, finally enjoyed buying a vehicle!

This is the second Alfa that I ve purchased from Valenti Alfa Romeo with Alex Mandel as my sales rep. Alex was responsive to my initial inquiry and guided me through the complete sales process. He was very well informed about the Alfa brand and able to answer all of my questions regarding the purchase. I just want to share my recent experience at Valenti Alfa Romeo. Alex Mandel was the salesman who helped me. He is very professional and handled any questions ( so many questions) I had in timely manner. For the things I didn't understand (I speak English as a second language), he explained to me until I get it.I still text him whenever I have any questions. He always provide me the answers. He is the best. I highly recommend him!!

Do not do business here. High pressure sales people and they sold me an Alpha Romeo that was a lemon. After a week I had one issue after another, within one year, the vehicle doesn t even start. They refused to even provide me a loaner. Worst dealership experience ever. Snakes. Back to Lexus I go!

Huge Alfa Romeo inventory and professional staff. Their attitude made me want to buy another Alfa Romeo. They know what they are doing and actually want to sell cars! (Others don t because of the market now & attitude)

What a fantastic experience! I am now the proud owner of an amazing 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia in Mizano Blue (the best color). About 2 weeks ago I was shopping around for a new vehicle to trade my little Hyundai Veloster N towards and happen to notice that a preowned BMW 230ix was at the Valenti Alfa. I showed up unannounced to the dealership and was promptly greeted by sales consultant Simon Green. He informed me that the BMW I was interested in was unfortunately sold that morning. While we were in the showroom at Alfa, I commented on the 2021 Giulia in Rosso Red sitting pretty next to me. I suddenly found myself in a conversation with fellow car lover Simon. I mentioned that I loved the lines and look and that is was simply the best looking sedan on the market. Simon showed me all the details that harken back to Alfa's earlier days and provided some facts about the drivetrain. We chatted for a bit and he asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and why I was interested in a BMW 230. I informed him that I was seeking that perfect mix of class and performance, something that could be fun on the backroads but a joy to spend a few hundred miles in as well. He informed me that "I must drive an Alfa before buying or considering a BMW because the Alfa will make the German cars feel boring". I had not realized that the preowned Giulias were actually in my price range ($30k) and that they had a few CPOs on the lot. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful 2017 Blue RWD Sport on the lot and a few moments later Simon took down my info and tossed me the keys. He told me to go feel how it drives and to take my time so I could see if the Alfa was right for me. It was the such a pleasant no pressure approach that I truly appreciated. I was able to just see if the car worked and matched up with what I want. No forcing me to go through a credit check or talks of payments first, just pure respect for me, my time and what I was looking for. After the test drive, I returned to the dealership, got a quote on my trade in and talked a few numbers. I was really not ready to pull the trigger that day and told Simon I just wanted to sleep on it. There was not a bit of aggressive pushy behavior, he just told me no problem and to call him soon because product was moving and if I loved it he did not want to see it sold before I got a say. Needless to say, I called the next day and placed a deposit. When I ultimately came in fill out the credit app and such, I was walked through every department, met the service manager, saw the garage and work area and even was afforded a chance to discuss the details of the Certified Preowned Process. I got every detail I requested provided and was informed of all expected maintenance. This was exactly what I wanted and needed to feel confident about my purchase. On the final pick up day, I was walked through all my paperwork. The sales manager did not try to jam a tire warranty package down my throat like so many other dealerships often do. He explained my options and described the details and when I declined he moved on, after my horrible last purchase experience on the Veloster, this was a welcomed approach. I signed all necessary documents and was good to go. I put about 500 miles on the car over the first week cause I love it and it is perfect. Simon even included a really cool Alfa keychain that I had jokingly requested at my first visit. Simon and everyone at Valenti Alfa Hartford were pure class from start to finish. I know this is a long review but in this day and age with so many industries moving pure online and removing much of the service aspect, it deserved to be recognized. Thank you to the full team for the respect, attention and patients with my 1000 questions about the car. If you are into cars and have not drove a Giulia yet, then get down there and check them out. Just don't forget to ask for Simon!!

Leased a 2021 Alfa Romeo Guilia from Valenti Alfa Romeo and had the best experience ever! I have been leasing cars for over a decade, from various dealerships, but I have never had such a seamless, hassle free leasing experience. Alexander Mandel was exceptional. He was positive, upbeat and a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with my recent Alfa purchase at Valenti! I was an out-of-state buyer (no 4C's in Chicago!) which introduced some complexities but my sales professional Alex Mandel and the entire Valenti Team made it seamless with solutions to every challenge. Alex even connected with my local Alfa dealer to introduce me to them! Extremely happy with Alex Mandel, Valenti Alfa and, of course, my new 4C!

Sooo like so many others I m sure, I hate car shopping. We knew what we wanted and did our due diligence to research the vehicle. We have experienced in the past that we knew more than some of the sales people but I assure you that was not the case with Trey Wright at Valenti. Trey s knowledge of the vehicle was extraordinary and he explained all the details and features. With that being said it was quite obvious that Trey had done his homework but more than that he is very personable and was absolutely willing to answer any of our questions. I would highly recommend the dealership but more so if you are looking for someone who is incredibly knowledgeable and conscientious I strongly recommend Trey Wright. We could not be happier with our Alfa Romeo Stelvio but more importantly we are very happy with the experience as well. Thank you Trey for all of your hard work we truly appreciate all you did to ultimately make the customer happy!!!

My wife and I had a really top-notch experience at Valenti Alfa Romeo. We were looking for some relatively specific features in a vehicle, and we wanted to be able to complete a purchase without multiple trips and back and forth.Simon was incredibly knowledgable, and found exactly what we were looking for very quickly. He went out of his way to make himself available to us, made video calls to tour the vehicle, and promptly answered tons of our questions.Simon and the team guided us through all of the processes as out of state buyers with the utmost professionalism, and really provided an amazing and seamless experience all around.We really enjoy our Stelvio, and look forward to working with Simon and the Valenti team in the future. That may be pretty soon considering how jealous i've become of my wife's Alfa :)

I was very pleased with my salesman Ken. He was attentive and informative the whole process. I had two Alfa Romeos previously but I would not have purchased a third if I had not spoken to him. The other dealers did not keep in touch and were not consistent or persistent enough. He is an asset to the dealer. It was worth the long drive to make the purchase. Will recommend to family.

I had a bad experience with another Dealership and Alex made going to Valenti totally worth it! He was knowledgeable, patient, timely and responsive! We recently worked with Alex Johndro to get a 2020 Stelvio. It was 1 of 4 cars we were looking at. The other 3 dealerships set up an appointment with no prices. At every one we felt pressured and had to haggle over every $ to get subpar offers. We worked with John before our visit and he gave us a deal (looking back this beat all competition), he then said (not me) he's not happy with that number and came back hours later with something that seemed unreal. After the test drive it was a simple YES. We never felt pressured, we were never left waiting while he had to "talk to his manager to see what he could do", overall the whole experience was great!
