I wish I could give them more stars but unfortunately I cant go any higher than 5 stars. They are absolutely the best, prices, service, product the whole 9. I live 30 miles away from them but I still go there. That's how much I value what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've done my Daughter's car and mine. Go see them and soon. Great service! Got 4 new tires at a great price. They were fast & efficient! Would highly recommend. They even let you finance your tires if you can't afford the whole amount at the time. Give them a call if your looking for new tires at a good deal!

INCREDIBLE! RELIABLE! AFFORDABLE! Our Honda got us gripped wisely at every turn like glue. Perfect fit! And our Mercedes had been cruising smoothly at every run like a plane. Perfect match! Best Tire Shop in the county of Hartford! Fully recommended.

This is my third time that I've used Tire Guys. From start to finish, everyone at the shop makes you feel at home. Extremely knowledgeable, super professional, clean facility. This is a great Connecticut small business that you can trust and work with. Amazing work, amazing company. I will be a lifelong client of Tire Guys! And no, I'm not getting paid or anything to leave this review. I just genuinely believe in this company!

Best service and prices ever!! From the get go, the lovely woman in the office (sorry, forgot her name) was honest, professional. Told me thetruth about what needed to be done. Gave me a price, hooked me up and I was in and out. Life long new customer. Highly recommended.

I went to the Tire Guys because I couldn't get the valve cap off my tire and one tire psi was different from the other three. I waited a few minutes because all of the staff were busy. Two people came after me and got one of the worker's attention. I asked him when he had a chance could he assist me. He came over and was very polite and professional. Gave me his thoughts about the valve cap, then removed it, and had me pull closer to put air in all of them. He also ensured they were the right psi. This was not my first time here. My husband and I always go here for our tire needs. Their prices are competitive and they move quickly. I am writing this review because they continue to deliver prompt and professional service!

By far the best tire service I've ever got. I called 2 hours before they closed, they said they would get me in as soon as I got there. I have 5 tires changed and an alignment done on one of the 2 cars I brought. Both cars were done before 5pm. I arrived at 3:45pm. Also the prices were excellent. For his speedy service they definitely should charge more. There isn't competition compared to the service I've received. Thank you

I needed to find a reliable place to mount my new tires and rims I purchased online. Not only was this business the best priced by far but also humble and female friendly! The service over the phone and in person were fenomenal!! I spent less time having 4 tires mounted than what I spent hours prior calling around town figuring out availability. Highly recommended, thanks again Mohammed

Best experience I ve had at automotive shop. They had the lowest price for my tire by at least $100. When I brought my car in for them to replace it, they took no more than 20 minutes tops. Will be coming here for my tire needs going forward.

Just call Sam! He takes care of all of your tire wants and needs. We both had a really terrible experience with getting my tires put but he took care of them right away in every way possible. Helped me put on new tires, TPMS sensors, steel rims and lug nuts.

AMAZING SERVICE. If you want great quality tires and good-hearted people to work with, this is the place to go. Ask for a handsome young gentlemen by the name of Mohammed Hamo. By far the best service I ve received. Will definitely be coming back!

Very happy with the service. Purchased a set of tires from a buddy, Tire Guys put them on and did my alignment. I literally took a chance and went in 25min before closing they took me in and got the job done in 35min.You won't be disappointed with their prices !!Thank you Tire guys, you will have a return customer and thanks for the great customer service.

I went to have my tire checked for a slow leak. The very short chubby spanish guy who looked at it stated there was a nail in it. He put in this cheap silver/rust looking plug, put my tire on without adding any air, and told me the air gauge reader would "recalibrate" after driving a while. This meant "I'm an idiot who "plugged" the tire with the cheapest plug I could find, and didn't add air." After driving less than 100 miles, the slow leak is back, 2nd tire shop stated that I'll need a new tire due to this bootleg sham of a job Tire Guys dummies did. THANKS for being complete morons towards a female customer, On Purpose. I hope someone shams your mother or wife even worse, I filed a complaint with the state, see you soon mook.

This was my first time here but my partners dad reccomended me. I had gotten a flat so i desperarely needed to get a tire swap. I brought my own tires and when i got there they took my car in instantly and changed all 4 tires mounted and all and did my alignment and for a good price. I was there a total of like 35 minutes. Friendly service fast service and done right. Thanks guys!

This place was great they answered all my questions and they are very cheap compared to the other chains around. They installed 4 tires and balanced also included a free front end alignment I will definitely be returning. 10/10

Sitting in the waiting room now and j feel like this Guy runs a nice shop.Quiet, professional & clean as far as shops go. The price is excellent. No dry rot on the tires, tread was in good shape as stated and did not have any issues swapping my rims to winter's and keeping the old tires.Very good experience and I drive an hour to come here over some other local options

Blew out a front tire on my way to work, replaced it with the donut and went to these guys the next day. Asked for one used tire matching the size on my car, they were able to find one. Mounted and balanced it, and even rotated the used tire to the back and back tire to the front for me! Great pricing, great service! Thanks guys! Will absolutely be coming back for all my tire and alignment needs! Goodbye town fair tire!
