T & J Auto Body's repair work was stellar!In addition to the damage on the outside of the car, the impact to my vehicle resulted in the front airbag going off. I am confident that T & J took great care to ensure that my safety would not be compromised. And cosmetically, the work is flawless.We primarily worked with Matt, an excellent representative of a reputable company with longevity and a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was knowledgeable and helpful.If we ever need auto body repair work in the future, we will call T & J, Auto Body!

From the first time I walked into T & J's I was treated with the utmost respect. They were there for me when other garages told me they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks to a month. They got me in right away and they did the work in a timely manner and I am very happy that I chose them.

I brought my CRV which had multiple areas of damage to T&J for repair. They did an outstanding job and the car looks like it just came out of the showroom. The pricing was fair and they were very easy to work with. This is one of those rare places these days where they make you feel like they appreciate your business. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

Wow, I am so impressed! The work is flawless and my car looks like it did when I got it brand new off the lot. Paint match was perfect. The car was also nicely detailed when I picked it up. They easily coordinated with the insurance company and offered to coordinate my rental car too. Work was done over 3 days. Would 10/10 come back here again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend!!! They were so nice both on the phone and in person. Someone hit my car in a parking garage while I was working and didn t bother to leave a note or anything. I was so aggravated. There are good people in this world though T & J Auto is one of them!

We were sprayed with white paint by a road crew while driving our brand new black Silverado HD 3500. Matt was such a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. When we picked up the truck, she looked better than when we first bought her (sporting her new pink pinstripe)! I got a great vibe from them when I first walked through the door and was not disappointed in any way! They are professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly and worked with the road crew company in Montana. Thank you Matt and Co.! Black Betty looks amazing!

Absolutely the best auto body shop in Ct.! We had the pleasure of working with Matt who is beyond professional and courteous! We have been customers of T & J Autobody for years. They make the process of getting your car fixed after an accident seamless and easy! Plus, their work is impeccable! We made the mistake once of going somewhere else only to request to have our car pulled and brought to T & J. Never again will we go anywhere else.

A++ I brought my car in for a repair and T&J was right on it, they were super informative on what was needed and extremely confident what the best solution for my car was going to be. I picked the car up today and looks as good as new. I'm so happy I love my car and am very picky with who works on it and I learned that T&J is completely trustworthy if I ever need future work done I will be going directly here

I took my car to T&J Auto Body. The roof was flatten with a dent on it. They did a great job repairing my car. I am very pleased with the work performed. If you need your car repair. This is the place. I won't go anywhere else. They are the best.

Very professional. I got my OEM headlights despite Allstate trying to get the wrong headlights put in. T@J doesn't use substandard parts. Highly recommend T@J.

called me up told me my car was ready, they put a junkyard lower grill, my car had all the interior seats filled with bondo dust and glass, scratch my new tints and bumper didn't line up, they also used aftermarket bumper, i paid extra for additional paint and they didn't paint the side view mirrors or the spoiler, second time they they called me they had scratched the new paint on the bumper, my the new tints had bubbles all over and still didn't paint the side view mirror, third time they called me to tell me the car was ready, they told me they ordered a new bumper but instead they brush painted over the cracked paint and very noticeable. they destroyed my side view mirror and good it back together, i noticed it was broken as i drove my car home and it was wobbly, they also broke both door panel handle covers and still didn't paint one side view mirror. they also will lie to your face telling you they did something yet they didn't, they told me they had painted the spoiler yet they only buffed out the scratches. they initially told me two weeks my car would be ready and it took a full month. then they sent a second estimate trying to bill the insurance for parts they didn't install and labor they had created by braking and scratching things themselves.if I can give 0 i would, it was a nightmare and I still have a broken side view mirror that i will be replacing myself since i refuse to have this people touch my car again.2016 Honda Accord.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

T&J were awesome to work with. Our van was involved in an accident and they worked with our insurance company and the adjuster to fix our van back to original condition and within a pice line where the insurance company didn t total the vehicle. Also finished the van a week ahead of the estimated completion date. Would highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are AWESOME. I came here for the first time today with this ugly dent and I was so scared that it was something I was gonna have to live with on my car forever. THEY TOOK LESS THAN 20 MINUTES TO FIX IT and you can t even tell it was there. Little paint job and she ll be good as new. The staff was so patient, especially Tim - he was super accommodating, tried to help me as much as he could and I seriously appreciate that. A lot of the time body shops try to scam you out of your money, but I never felt that way once here. If you re looking for somewhere to get your car right, look no further. 10/10 would recommendService: Body & Trim

Stopped by this morning to ask about buffing out a scratch on my truck. I didn t have an appointment but they took my truck right back and in 20 minutes the truck looked brand new. Excellent service!!

I've always bought my vehicles here for any repairs. The communication was excellent! I received a call with an update daily with full transparency. Absolutely zero complaints, would recommend anyone to get work done with them!

Took my truck to T&J to repair my front bumper. Their estimate was very reasonable, the quality of the work was flawless and the customer service was great. They helped me coordinate with a rental and even detailed my truck inside and out before giving it back to me. Incredibly pleased with the service I received from Tim and the other employees here!!! I had been asking several auto body shops for estimates so that I could make an educated decision on repairing my car's scratches, but all of those places gave me a range from $1,000 all the way up to $8,000. Tim took a look at the scratches and offered to have them buffed out for free before making any estimates. In under 30 minutes, the folks at T & J Auto Body made it look as though my car had never been scratched!!! The office I was waiting in was clean, cool, and comfortable, and the other employees were friendly towards each other and the other customers that came in. I'm very happy with their services and will definitely be returning in the future.

T&J did an amazing job! I had a dent with paint chipping on the driver side door. They replaced the whole door shell and blended the paint across the entire side of the car. All in less than 2 weeks. Aside from the great quality, the level of service was outstanding. I am very happy with the result and highly recommend this shop.
