10/10 service from the amazing staff at Steve's Auto Repair!I have been having trouble with my SUV for over a year, with different mechanic shops failing to fix the problem. But these guys were able to troubleshoot and walk me through the issues in a polite manner that I could easily understand. At no point did I ever receive attitude, or get spoken to like I was dumb. They installed the parts I needed for much cheaper than other places, and for once my vehicle runs great!!!I highly recommend coming here if you have car troubles, I can promise you won't regret it! I'll certainly come back!Thanks again to amazing staff!!

Thank you!! I called several local shops to find a mechanic to do a prepurchase check ($85+tax) for a secondhand car on short notice, but Steve's was the first who knew exactly what I was asking for and slotted me in same-day. They were polite and professional, did a thorough job, and found some minor things for the dealer to fix. I took it back for them to confirm everything was done properly and they checked the work over for free. I will gladly come again if I need repairs done in Hartford!

Worst place to do business, they popped my tire and used my money towards my car to fix their mistake. On top of that can t fix what they so call can fix. VERY unorganized and unprofessional. Don t recommend save your time and money !!!!

Excellent service every time no matter the vehicle I've taken them and I'vetaken them both foreign and domestic vehicles. Great customer service, superb communication about the work needing to be done to the vehicles prior to doing the work. Overall I would recommend them too any and everyone looking to have services done of any kind to your vehicles.

Recently had my exhaust replaced. They did an excellent job. The mechanic showed me the issue and explained the issue to where I could understand. Lobby area is very nice. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help

So far so good. I bring my own parts and they install them. You can get 10% or a free oil change after a few installs. Yay!
