While researching options to purchase 4 New Tires, I had the pleasure of speaking with a consummate engaging professional, who had my attention from the 1st "Hello." Prior to this call, I had reached out to a few of the "Big Box" retailers, one whose motto is "Nobody beats us, etc." Well, Tires Plus Wheels did just that! Apparently, the big box stores utilize "call center" employees who mean well, but are not particularly versed in knowing their product & pricing, and seem to be challenged in returning phone calls.Having been in sales for the past 40+ years, I know what great customer service looks and sounds like, and Tires Plus Wheels hits the mark on all accounts!Working with Shayna was a pleasant stress free experience, and coupled with her extensive product knowledge and professional demeanor, provide me with unparalleled confidence in choosing Tires Plus Wheels for our family vehicle. I'm at Manchester Muffler now because they didn't work on my exhaust properly $350 down the drain. Mind you I left my car overnight and specifically told them to take their time, and yet here I am..

William J Reyes is hands down the best tire guy I've ever met and he went above and beyond making sure all my needs were met. I came in for a simple tire problem and William and Brian both provided excellent service and ensured that my vehicle would have a permanent fix instead of a temporary one. Israel was the technician that worked on my car and he did an amazing job. For all your tire,wheel and vehicle service inquiries I highly recommend this establishment and their amazing team.

This entire shop is a liability. I been using them for years. I specifically only used them for tires and when I got my new set of rims. Last time I went I gave them a try and got an oil change. I do full synthetic, which means after 5K miles I am due for an oil change. You tell me how after 1K miles my engine is making ungodly noises and stalling out due to the fact that my mechanic told me I m BONE DRY on oil . How is that possible when I just had it changed ? You can tell the mechanics here hopped off a bartending job and have no idea what they are doing. ( invoice shows they charged me for 4 quarts of oil) If I didn t notice this myself the entire engine could ve been toast. Never using these clowns again

One of the absolute best places to get a set of tires and rims. They provide a complete service with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. They offer very low down payment finance service on virtually any types, styles or brands on the market. Definitely come check them out you won't be disappointed.

Good place to shop and their prices aren't bad. My only problem is the lady who works behind the counter. Her attitude sucks and she doesn't know how to deal with customers. She would not make me want to go back.

Had a very good experience here at Star Tire and Wheels. Got here for 8:00 am and they took my car right in. The people that work here are very welcoming and very friendly, kind and polite. Thank you for the service you gave me today. Good prices too. It was worth the hour ride.

It's Saturday afternoon I have work 1245 am the next day I get home and I have a flat on my 2013 550xi bmw I go down the street to a tire shop to get some air...bead is broken won't say what shop I was at first but I didn't want to do business with them plus they never have 18 in tires In stock anyways...town fair tire is booked other places are closed or closing ....I call up star tire plus wheels they tell me to come on down...I arrive exceptional service friendly attitude the wife's husband assisted me I got decent priced tires I also didn't have to wait long as they were a few cars ahead of me no big deal I notice the guys take care of your care and takes time entering and exiting the shop I highly recommend here also they are family owned so all business helps I appreciate them and I will be doing business again with them

Just a friendly business with great service. Reasonable prices and efficient work. Had a few tires repaired there and they never try to upsell. My next set of tires will definitely be bought from them. They ve earned my business.

What is referred to by fire stone because fire stone cannot handle oversize wheels. I was told they specialize in oversize wheels and tires took my truck in they took good care of me took good care of the truck truck drives down the road between 70 and 80 on the interstate like a dream. Highly recommend these people

I called Star Tires about some rims I wanted. I got in touch with Nilda (General Manager) who was more than attentive who put me in touch with Brian (Branch Manager), Jose, and Shayna. I had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE with them and the rest of the staff!! They were PROFESSIONAL, FUNNY, and got me ready to go in a timely manner! And to top it off, I traveled from Boston to Hartford to get my rims and it was a trip that was WELL WORTH the time!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I m coming here for anything tires and rims. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Randy worked on my Benz and did a great removing my rounded lug bolt. Great group!! The ladies at the front desk were very polite and knowledgeable. I love them!!

Got a screw in a tire, losing air fast. Got off the first exit and located this tire store. They offered to swap the spare but that was on already from a separate screw and waiting for new tire to come in. Had to buy a new tire. They gave me a good price and friendly service. Everyone was fabulous and if I lived in the area more I would use them exclusively. They made a bad experience good and I thank them 100%

The service was good, they helped me and husband out tremendously.Great deal and Spanish speaking Liam was very professional.We got wheels the same day, and the service quick as well.Everyone loves our rims and they defy have the best selection since we went to other places before and noticed these guys are truly great at what they do.Thank you!I will be back for my other cars, and my family has already been recommended!Your guys for real Hooked Us Up!

They are nice people the employees are friendly and they make sure that you come out happy with what you buy if not they will replace them for others rims they always get you what you want and they are fast workers i thanks them for everthing and im really happy with my purchase

So I was seeking a second opinion , and I was referred to Star Tires. Which was amazing, since they where so honest and open. I feel comfortable here, and like they listened to my every concern. Willy Jay Reyes did greet me when I walked in and I automatically felt his great energy and from there on everyone continued that level of commitment.I am now informed about my car, and feel safe once again. This place is all about helping people, & I wish and only recommend more people to give them a chance. There really provide star service!

After getting the run around with Town Fair Tire for several days came here and within hours had new tires and wheels on my car. Amazing service, great customer service and top notch installers. These folks know what they're doing and are on top of things. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was hesitant to stop in here after hearing negative feedback back when I was younger (20+) years ago. I did some quick research and it seemed people had been having good experiences lately. I was in a bind, as I had popped my front tire on Christmas Day, and was riding on a donut. My car is a 4X4, and based on the last storm I already knew I would be needing full replacements. However I was planning to do more research before pulling the trigger on that. I saw that they sold used tires and my plan at first was to do a quick and cheap replacement. When I spoke to one of the reps, they said it could be done, but also provided me with a quote for 4 brand new ones. I looked at what the quoted tire model was selling for in other places and considering they include a full alignment, it was a fair price. They also offer interest free financing that allows you to pay the balance over a 100 day period with a minimum of $10.00 down. They were very patient with my questions about the program in regards to there being some sort of catch , but it is legit. Since I was kind of tapped from holiday shopping, it was nice to know I could keep some breathing room in my bank account. It was already busy, and they closed at 4:00pm on that Saturday, but they stayed late to finish the job. Overall, it was a great experience as far as replacing tires goes. I definitely recommend.

Great service, the staff here really takes care of you. I m not hugely knowledgeable about tires or cars in general, and these guys take the time to explain all possible scenarios of what could be wrong. I got all my tires replaced, had a slow leak, came in again, and they swiftly took care of it with a significantly reduced price. I m only getting my tires and wheels taken care of here and no place else. My mother also uses them exclusively, and has had nothing but great service from them for years. Willie J is amazing and very friendly!

Star Tires Plus Wheels is by far the best car maintenance shop I ve visited here in CT. They are very professional and fast with their work. Liam was super helpful and understanding of my situation. I highly recommend using them for all your car issues especially tires and rims! They are definitely my new go to and I will recommend them to anyone needing anything car related.

Star Tires + Wheels always gives me a good deal. This time they gave me $10 off per tire. Also I love how they use SNAP Finance for just $10 down - And if you pay off the balance within 100 days, there's no interest! Best tire place around and I'm glad I found them.

My service is always professional and great! Willy J, takes his time to make sure they listen to our needs and takes time to look at my car and show me in depth important information helping me maintain my tires so i can have them longer. They do so much here and for being a Mom & Pop shop the owners are great and there so nice! thank you Star Tires and keep great customer service agents like Willy Jay Reyes!alsoooooo.......they have the nicest wheels i've seen from any store and my cousin works for the other guys and he even comes here to get his stuff.

Guys were very friendly! Brian immediately assisted me over the phone and confirmed that they had my tires. Was in and out with 2 new tires balance and alignment for $300 was quoted 150 more at another place in Manchester not including balance or alignment. I recommend this place to anyone looking to keep some of their hard earned money! Jay was also extremely helpful, friendly and I will definitely be back if I need any work done on my car.
