They were able to get me in for an oil change on the same day. I m sure I just was at the right place at the right time. But it speaks volumes as to how quickly they re try to get you in.The service was way quicker than Valvoline Drive Up . The customer service was top notch. Everyone was cheerful and made me feel they were happy I was there. They communicated clearly, concisely, and were detail oriented. The waiting room and single person restroom were both so clean, quiet, warm, and showed pride and respect in what they re doing for their customers. I was impressed and I think you will be as well

The work was fine, workers were nice enough. Took off two stars as I had a Groupon to cover my full synthetic oil change service and was charged an additional $15 for extra oil and sales tax. The tax whatever I guess even though no business has ever charged me sales tax on top of the Groupon that I already paid sales tax on. But I ve gotten my oil changed in this vehicle multiple times with multiple different businesses and two of them through Groupon, and no one ever charged me an additional fee for extra oil before. Also waited over an hour for a simple oil change despite having an appointment at 8am when they opened because they didn t make sure they had all the materials they needed prior to my appointment and had to go get them apparently.

South green auto is where you should take your car if you want an honest, straightforward experience. These guys are great. Specifically James. He took me into the garage and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. He explained what he would need to do to fix it. Then he worked with my warranty company, and ended up having all my repairs covered by them. This is the only place I ll bring my car from now on, 10/10 experience

Good work but I experienced a long wait (10 days for a gasket change) due to employee busyness and lack of Euro specialists. Not only that my car had a black and mild cup in it with ashe everywhere.EDIT:- If you own a luxery car or a high msrp car, bring it somewhere less rachet.- They dont give af about your car quality

Amazing Service, Amazing ResultsAs someone who's been shafted (that's a pun) by mechanics before, I appreciate the straightforward and fair pricing and treatment exhibited by both James & George. They were friendly, personable, and James took the time to keep me updated on what needed to be done every step of the way. I'm comfortable trusting you guys with all my future vehicles. When my car broke down on the highway, I never expected it to lead to a surprisingly delightful automotive repair experience. Not only did Jorge get me fixed up and back on the road quick, he walked me through the details, educating me every step of the way. And, from the first phone call to settling the bill, Jennifer was reassuring, helpful, and downright fun. Seriously considering making the trek from NYC to Hartford for all my car needs from now on. I can't say enough good about Gorge, Jamie and South Green Automotive. The challenge with any mechanic is finding someone trustworthy who offers quality work at a reasonable price. George made sure. I was comfortable with the charge and Jaime came out to show us the work he was doing to the car. Needed some help with the cooling system on our 2010 Ford Edge. Talked with George and received awesome communication on potential issues. Dropped the Edge off for diagnosis. Received a quick response on the problems regarding the fan assembly and the thermostat being stuck. Parts were ordered, replaced, and the Edge was back in our hands after roughly 5 hours.These folks are reliable, competent, and fast. I will take all my vehicles to this shop in the future.Thanks George (Jorge) for an awesome automotive repair experience!!!

Had my 2008 mustang serviced here, got it back with more issues, told by Jorge I was a woman driver and must of done something else when I got the car back. After reviewing the work done, parts were missing, the harness was pinched and the transmission would need to be pulled back out to fix the issue, another 8 hrs of work to be done on their dime. Now the car was pulled in and I get attitude from James the service tech who explained it was a new tech that did the job, probably nervous and that's why the $1500 job was done incorrectly.... So words of advice...Go Somewhere else, their own employees are leaving for jobs elsewhere and you can't trust the work done when you leave it with them.

Had my2011 dodge journey towed here. On Friday. I actually purchased the car from here. Picked it up on Tues. Quick check he knew what was wrong. I needed alternator,battery and belt.. But the only lateness is the warranty people was lil slow at responding but all is good. Have a few more thinking need to get right. I have the auto repair place. But they did pay for most of the work. JOE help me with the rest of the balance. I definitely appreciate that. Especially when ya car is ya income have to have it back as quick as possible. But I definitely got it back before other dealerships I have dealt with. SOUTH GREEN IS THE BEST RIGHT NOW. JOE i appreciate how u helped me out...

The lady in the front with the brown short hair and oversized shades is rude and incompetent. I came in to register my cargo trailer and she told that it needed an emissions test and an odometer disclosure statement which obviously doesn t make sense because it s a CARGO TRAILER. I tried explaining it to her but she told me to not tell her how to do her job and then she handed me my papers back and didn t even bother to go over them again. Overall it was a terrible experience for my first time going there. I definitely won t be going back.

I had gone over to South Green Automotive and the service was superb. I got there and I was prompted to come up to the front desk and give my name. I was asked whether or not i'd been there before in which I indicated yes and I indicated at the same time I had a Groupon. He took my keys they bought my car in for my oil change and within 15 minutes I was leaving. They asked about my Thanksgiving and where I worked and we started another conversation. They then wished me as I wished them a Happy Thanksgiving. Great service puts a smile on my face

30mins or less amazing place and the service is simply amazing. Registration process is quick and easy and they give you plates on the spot. I absolutely recommend this place whatever you need and they do emissions tests on site as well!

I mostly get oil changes done at this location but recently as I was trying to pick up a friend the belt came off my vehicle I had to get it towed by triple A which doesn't allow people into the cab because of covid-19 But the truck driver made an exception because we were stuck on the side of the highway with my friends elderly grandmother, the car was towed to the shop and we were dropped off at a gas station where I was picked up by a family member by the time I got my car back it was running smoothly I paid about $400 which I'm not sure is a really good deal but I know I paid an extra $15 because I used my credit card instead of cash so be aware of that, if you're going to go to this place for services you should pay in cash you'll save 4% more than if you use your credit card or debit card.

Took car to emissions and it failed for the dumbest reason but hey it s not up to them, whatever. Told me to fix it and didn t even provide the the right problem on why it failed. Fixed the problem, wouldn t even consider it fixing. Well took it back and now telling me come back in a week after driving. Why didn t you tell me this the first time. Feel like they aren t giving me a clear understanding on what s going on keep telling me the car is great, but just one thing. Cmon like you re wasting my time. Took it right to another testing facility and passed the same day. This place gave me trouble for nothing, wouldn t recommend.

SGA has done great work on the low-milage Audi I bought from a relative. Recently fixed a plastic part in the coolant system. Best example was tightening a suspension bolt that a foreign car shop had said were bad struts that would cost $3000 to fix. I hate the tech in new cars but these older German cars are really expensive to fix and SGA has helped a great deal.

They did their job but some of the workers refused to wear masks at all times and they stand right in your face talking to you as well as test drive cars again wearing masks on their chins instead of over their nose and mouths.
