Alberto was very helpful, and extremely timely (Fixed my car the same day as my diagnostic to determine the issue) with his servicing on my Infiniti. I plan on using this service for additional issues I might have with my car, and recommend Sergeant Auto for all whom want top level service in a pinch.

Great service, my location isn t in an area they serve but made an exception and came out anyways. Had an issue with my car starting and electrical problems. He ran a full diagnostic and took the time to replace my battery. Wasn t able to completely fix my car due to the electrical problems but gave me some good recommendations of auto shops to take my car. Polite, informative, and honest. The final cost for his service was also very reasonable/fair which is a huge thumbs up for this type of service. He genuinely was trying his best to help me. Highly recommend if you can t get your car to a shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

All in the name & definitely saved me! My car's alternator was dead & I found out when the car stalled on the road & had to get towed. The area shops I first tried calling that afternoon were booked out for several days before I could even get it in.I booked an appointment the next day here after getting the idea to search for mobile mechanics for the following day, & got the job done within 48 hours overall. Alberto was as good of a mechanic as you could ask for and even worked with me timing-wise as getting the part at the store nearby was delayed for a couple of hours. When I got back he had the old one out already, put the new one in, then some testing and a charge of the battery enough got the car up and running again. Total appointment time was around 2 hours & the overall costs of everything with scrambling to put it together was still a LOT less then what a shop would have charged me for it based on the part price.I would (and likely will) use here again without hesitation as I do have a few other things in the vehicle that need repair. The ability to either meet up somewhere or have him come to you can be a lot better then having to schedule something at a shop where the car also needs to be towed over there.Service: Electrical

Can t say enough good things about Alberto, excuse my long post. My wife s car wouldn t start over the weekend. After searching the internet to figure out what might be wrong, I stumbled across the Sergeant Auto website. I thought mobile service was a great idea and would save me the money to tow my car. I was going to call on Monday morning to grill the company with my typical questions. But after reading Alberto s story, something told me to just book an appointment for a starter replacement, which I thought was the problemAlberto called me shortly thereafter and suggested he come by and perform a diagnosis, because he didn t want me to pay for a starter without knowing that was the problem, which I happily agreed.Alberto showed up first thing the next morning, on time, tested my starter, alternator and battery and determined I had a bad cell in the battery. Knowing I could change the battery myself, I still asked Alberto to do it because I was so impressed with his professionalism and honesty.He left to get a battery and returned shortly after, with 2 batteries to choose from with receipts. Who does that?? I made my choice and it was installed within minutes and car started right up.I am so glad I found Alberto and his budding new company and feel honored I could help a Veteran, in a small way, get his company off the ground.If you need service, I highly recommend you give Sergeant Auto Recovery a chance.
