Bought a gravely zt-x 42 unit! Very smooth transaction and great communication from Andrew and Dan! It was a pleasure dealing with both of them. I got a good deal on the mower and accessories!There are plenty of inventory to choose from (new and used).

Had an issue with the levers on my z stance 52. Without hesitation, not once but twice they helped me. Dan and the guys are awesome. they are the BEST!! Will recommend River East Power Equipment every time. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. ABSOLUTELY great service!!!

We have been servicing our mower here for a long time. Wouldn t go anywhere else. Always friendly, service is excellent and timely. They always call first with issues. Very accommodating and prices are good. Give them a try, you ll be so glad you did!

Dan and team at River East are awesome. While I live in West Simsbury - I prefer to drive to EH as I buy all my equipment and supplies from River East. Always has inventory and what I need, good pricing, friendly service and super knowledgeable. Service team is great as well - very patient and accommodating, 10 stars!

Just bought a pro stance 52in mower. Dan and Andrew where very helpful walked me threw my new mower and hooked me up with the excelerator catch can. If your looking for new lawn equipment this is the place to go. Thanks for the friendly service

Stopped by the shop in search of a new snowblower to purchase. Was greeted immediately and received seemingly honest and knowledgable answers to all of my questions regardless of whether the questions involved a product sold at the shop or not. Truly took the time to listen and ask me clarifying question to tailor my experience to my specific needs and wants. Snowblower (Ariens Compact 24) was purchased and delivered on the same day before an impending snowstorm with removal of my old machine. Snowblower was fully registered for factory warranty and ready to use upon delivery. Stayed a few extra minutes after delivery to ensure I knew how to operate the snowblower. Great experience. Highly recommend. Would purchase from River East again.

My first ever ZTR. I had a lot of questions that I was able to get answered. Their inventory is huge compared to other Gravely dealers in CT for the newest models in stock! My family just bought two mowers from them and we will be coming back.

A few weeks ago, I purchased a new zero turn from River East Power Equipment. The reason I went with them is their knowledge and service. They really know their equipment and their service is top notch. The other week I had an issue with my mower and after reaching out to them, they quickly sent someone out to address the issue and they even asked if they could take the mower back to the shop to realign the deck as well as give it a full look over to make sure everything was perfect. Which leads me to their scheduling. When they say they will be at your place at a time they will be there at that time. From initial delivery to services calls they arrived within 1 minute of the scheduled time. Can t get better than that!If you are looking to purchase a mower or power equipment give them a call or take a drive down to their place. You will leave with a great experience.

I drove over an hour away. They have great inventory and Dan was really knowledgeable on my questions and concerns. In and out really quick with the 0% Financing made it a no brainer for me, really can t wait to see the results on my yard and the time saved for drinking beer

Dan and the crew at River East were a pleasure to deal with. I came in looking for a new zero turn mower, and Dan was able to answer all of my questions (I had a lot!). There was zero pressure, and I was able to make a decision based on what I felt comfortable with. The mower was delivered to my door 3 days later. Looking forward to the first mow of the season!

My experience with River East was superb! I found an ad for a Gravely Zero Turn on Facebook Marketplace listed by Dan LeBlanc. After I contacted him he took the time to understand what my equipment needs were and find the right mower. Unlike others, he returned messages, worked to answer questions in a timely manner, and made the sale process painless. He was extremely knowledgable about the Gravely product line(including accessories), you can tell he is proud of what he sells. Communication was excellent throughout the process and administrative items related to the sale were delivered accurately and in a timely manner. I should note I live an hour away so everything occurred electronically with no issues. Great dealership, great salesman, I could not have asked for a better experience!

Great service! Took the time to measure and find 2 bearings for a peco lawn vac that were obsolete on the parts list. They didn't take the easy way out which would have cost me several hundred instead of 40 bucks. Thanks again.

Bought a new Gravely zero turn from Dan at River East Power 2 years ago. Had contacted several dealers before making my purchase. Dan was pleasant and informative and had no problem answering any questions I had. Other dealers sometimes made me feel like I was a bother with my questions.....Dan was totally opposite and very honest. Hard to find people who always do what they say but Dan always does. Love my Gravely and the service from River East can't be beat.

Recently purchased our first snow blower. Happened to go on a Saturday when the owner, Dan, was holding down the fort. What a great purchase experience! Very informative, personable, and NON-PRESSURED. Love the idea of supporting a local, family-owned business. Love that they deliver a new unit assembled, prepped, and ready to go. Love that they'll do pick-up and delivery when it's time for maintenance. Initial delivery was a great experience too!

I did not buy from River East as we decided to keep our lawn service. I shopped around at about 6 places and Dan (owner) was by far the most helpful person. He actually cared! I had decided on what I wanted but in the end financially it did not make sense for me to leave my lawn service. If I do make the change and do it myself I would not hesitate at all to go back to Dan and buy from him. He takes the time to listen ! Thanks Dan
