They are very professional and friendly. The front-desk manager is great, always willing to help solve customer's problems and try her best to save customer's money. I love this place, the first choice for my cars on Earth.

I live around the corner and made a trip over for emissions testing which was long overdue. I pulled out of my driveway at 1:44, realized it was only 1:53 on my drive back home after it was completed! Thankfully I passed, but even if I hadn't, great experience! I didn't have a chance to warm the seat I was sitting in. I love efficiency!Service: Auto emissions testing

This place is not what you'd expect, as long as you're expecting a secret spy base. As far as I can tell, there are no agents, either foreign or domestic, clandestinely using this location.I would like to point out that this doesn't necessarily rule out any other nefarious activity. I next prepare to scrutinize it for signs of use as a hideout for international assassins. Sort of like that hotel in the John Wick movies, but for car repair.

If we could give 10+ stars we would. Outstanding service all around! Exceptionally competent and customer service friendly. We're somewhat new to the area and Prospect was recommended to us. Our BMW is getting up there in miles so we scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic. Franco, who seems highly experienced, was very thorough and gave us sound advice. His prices are very reasonable and fair. They're so polite there, too. I didn't realize I was blocking the drive and one his employees kindly waited patiently until I moved. I just thought it was worth mentioning because it was consistent with the entire experience. Prospect Foreign Car will undoubtedly be our go-to repair shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

NEVER EVER COME HERE!! Came this morning for an emissions test; called before and was told by the phone prompt that quote "no appointment was needed." When I get there though, there was no one to let me know where to go and there were about three different signs (one of which was in cardboard) with different information telling me where the emissions line started. Went inside the office to see if I could get more information, but was only greeted by some woman sitting at an office chair having a personal conversation on the office phone. After standing in wait listening to her conversation, finally the middle aged mechanic pops his head out of the garage to tell me to park my car on the side of the building when all of the signs told me to wait in front of the garage door. I was the only customer in the shop I mind you, and no one even asked me what I was there for or greeted me when I got there . Overall terrible experience with unprofessional people who as far as I can see can't run a functioning emissions center. Something so simple shouldn't be made so difficult to get done, and some customer service skills would've been great as well.

This is a reputable shop but ran into a limitation of their offerings vs the dealer. I was advised by PFCC to replace all 4 cyl. The dealership was able to save my injectors with a cleaning.

This place was quick and fast. Drove up and they got me in and out for my emissions test in maybe less than 15 minutes. Now that s calls efficiency. Definitely gonna make this the go to place.

I went to Prospect Foreign Car Center on Thursday, Marsh 31st, 2022 for my Emission test around 11am. Shortly thereafter, my 2005 Toyota Corolla passed the test and i drove out of the shop in no time. I've had previous dealings with this garage, a consultation and a similar emission, if i remember, and they were forthright and helpful both times.It's an ideal garage for anyone who lives in the west end and West Hartford along prospect avenue.I hope they prosper in Prospect Ave.

Came here for an emissions test on a Friday afternoon. In and out in under 30 mins. Happy with their service. Haven't had work done here, but would consider them in the future.

Very fast for emissions test. It was a little weird that you walk in and no one is there to meet you, but then when they finish the person in front of you they come back and grab your car. Including my wait, it was less than 15 minutes.

Great work with professional, friendly, and wonderfully prompt service. Franco and his crew have kept my ancient CRV purring and have probably saved my life several times by alerting me to invisible parts that needed replacement in its 21-year-old chassis. Highly recommended.

Trustworthy business. They are honest with labor fees, do good work, and have a good attitude. Easy to get in for an appointment. The reason for 4 star not 5 star is because you may have to notice a problem for them too fix it. A comprehensive diagnostic and doing work quickly is their weak spot. Overall, if you live locally this shop will take care of your car.

Well I called and left a message on the answering machine asking for a return call. My ?? was a simple one it was if they did diagnostic testing and if so how much would it be. It's been going on 2 weeks no return call.

Quick emission testing for 20$ all they'll need is your car keys and your car (obviously) they give you a copy and send one to DMV..they are connected with DMV, they are a legit shop!! They are opened till 5pm...call and they will tell you to go as soon as you can...hope this helps.

Been going here on and off for the last 10 years! Great people, they will always give you an honest opinion, never pushing anything unnecessary. I ve taken everything from a beat up 1998 Cherokee to a AMG or the Bmw m3 here. They have the tools and expertise.

The shop is at a really hard spot to access. Usual emissions test, but you need to leave your car with them, and last time it was quicker at a different shop. Service is good, but missing stars is for inaccessibility!

I stopped in real quick get my emissions done on my car wasn't even there 10 min I was in & out and my car passed. This place is awesome my first time here very organized professional business. I will be coming back in the future.

They do good work from what I can tell and they are responsive. They always call and explain what is going on with my car and provide an estimate before doing the work. I have been to more expensive shops with worse service. I usually call ahead and get the car fixed in one day.

Difficult diagnosis. Two car dealerships were not able to fix the car and having it for serval days. Franco had it fixed and on time! I would definitely recommend this garage. Fast and easy emissions testing. If it s busy can be hard to park but you ll find a spot. There s an area by the dumpster right in front of the gas station pumps that works.

I was squeezed into Roggi's busy schedule at the last moment and my damaged tire was repaired quickly and at no charge. It doesn't get much better than this!
