Talks a good story but doesn t stand by their work. Spent thousands in repairs here in the last few months. I won t be going back.

Absolutely great to work with. Thought my car was having tire pressure issues but the censors were just off. Prestige fixed it real quick without any problems. Very honest people

Had a major spill on the carpet of my new truck. Called Mike and he got it right in. They went above and beyond to get my truck back to new even on the day before a holiday weekend. I have used them in the past for repairs and they where always reasonably priced and performed quality work fast. Dealer quality repairs and service at a non dealer price. There is no car or problem they can't fix. They have the best technician's in the world. Beautiful waiting area with free coffee and refreshments. There service advisor speaks fluent Spanish. From a Mercedes to a Hyundai,they fix every make and model.

Not a place I would recommend.My sister went here, to have an oil change. When she drove away she noticed her oil light was on? So she went back to share her concern. Instead of resolving the issue, the owner said she needed a sensor, and that it would be appx $500.She explained that when she went in, there wasn t an issue with the sensor; so it seemed questionable. However the owner insisted that it no longer worked and if she wanted it fixed it would cost her an additional appx $500. She felt very uneasy about the entire scenario, and it seem very suspicious. Additionally, the owner was very rude. Needless to say since she couldn t afford an appx $500 for the sensor issue, she ended up going in for simple oil job, and instead leaving with more issues then when she came in.

I'd give Prestige 10 stars if I could. Mike and Luis are the best. I recommended Prestige to a new member of the Mercedes club. I take both of my cars there. Excellent work and honest estimates.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. I took my car in to have the AC looked at and the valve cover gasket. Complete professional services. Explained everything to me and didn't do anything without my ok. I wish all mechanics were like Prestige! A++++ Highly recommend

Mike knows his cars and tells you the truth about your car. You never get lied too. He never tries to sell you anything.
