I would highly recommend Premium Auto for any mechanical or auto body needs. These folks are absolutely amazing and incredibly professional. I brought in my Kia Sedona van that had bumper and fender damage. They gave me an accurate quote, did an AMAZING job (it looks beautiful!), and on top of all that they even vacuumed inside the van and shined up the tires. I can't recommend these guys enough - I will ALWAYS give them my business and you should too!!Service: Body & Trim

I was sent to Them through my insurance, Farmers, after being rear ended by another car. The owner and his employees were very professional and very helpful. I also obtained my rental from them while they worked on my car. They delivered my rental to my job and picked up my car due to the rental not being available that morning. My car looked better than it did prior to the accident when it was returned to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing service! Brought my car in through Allstate s network of shops in the area after being rear-ended by a cement truck, and the car looks brand new! No complaints whatsoever on my end! Everybody at the shop was kind and helpful, and I felt taken care of every step of the process! I highly recommend this shop, and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!

A woman backed into my car the same time I was backing out. I had a dent and I was skeptical about them being able to fix it. I am shocked at how beautiful my car looks, and they were fast! Premium auto did an amazing job on my vehicle. They are very professional from the first phone call to the day you pick up your vehicle. They immediately called me once they received the info from my insurance. They explained the process to you and anything that you had to sign they went through each and every step and made sure that you the customer understood. Then there's the finish product, they made my vehicle look brand new. Premium auto did an amazing job. Thank you Mark, Richard and the entire team.

Recently, I went to Premium Auto first thing in the morning to get a quote to repair the rear bumper and side view mirror of my wife s 2012 Honda Accord. I received a quote on the spot. The price was more than fair!! I asked when they could do the work and the response was NOW! I left the car there and picked it up the following day. I was blown away with the incredible service and even more so with the quality of the work! I highly recommend this shop if you want great work at a a reasonable cost. In the past, I ve dealt with two other (better known) auto body shops in West Hartford. If I ever need auto body work again, Premium is where I will go. I had a wonderful experience. We were hit by a drunk driver on I-84 last year and felt so comfortable with their towing service that I let them perform the bodywork and repairs. Everything performed quickly and they worked with my insurance. I didn't have to do anything. They did it all.Funny enough, 4 months later, another drunk driver hit us. Same wonderful experience. They fixed it. I sold the Silverado. Obviously, it was cursed but that's a different story...

Great business, I come here to get work done to my car and I always receive excellent service. The owner is always friendly and he really wants to help you out not screw you over like some other places. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to get work done to their car or looking to buy a car!
