What a great team of professionals!From start to finish... excellence at its BEST. Greeted with a smiles and helpful and friendly faces. Provided me with a ride home and picked up by two friendly gentlemen. They explained the inspection, worked diligently to get me back on the road on time. Brian was outstanding. He demonstrated that he loved his job and the people he works for. Which means allot about the company. Picked up my car and the interior and front lights were clean! Thank you Brian Paul Sr Sandra and the others ( forgot names) and Paul Auto Repair. I have found my go to place for my auto repair. AAA+

I recommend Paul's as they are very professional and courteous during my recent repair. Cost was what I was told from the jump and they dealt with the warranty company from start to finish. Only reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars was it took a bit longer than initially talked about and not sure how I went from a full tank at drop off to 1/4 tank is a little baffling. Other than that, I will use them for all future repairs.

Excellent service and very nice and helpful staff. We were passing through and our car didn t want to take us, it started making very loud noises, smoking, etc. Later we found out that the problem was with the generator, but not only with it. We went into the office and explained that we had another 60 miles to go home and our children were due back from elementary school, but we had just moved to a new city and we didn t have any friends there. Despite the fact that there were many clients, we were immediately accepted. By the way, before this, we stopped at several other services in the area and there were stone faces there. But the guys at Paul's were very friendly, they saw how nervous we were. Unfortunately, the repairs had to take some time, they honestly warned us about this, because they remembered our children. And do you know what they did then? They just gave us their car so we could get home on time! It was very cool! We managed to get to the children on time! Thank you guys for this! Thank you for the quick and high-quality repair, excellent service, and friendliness! You are amazing!

This was my second time coming to Paul's . My first visit here involved front end work costing over 2k. Honestly I thought it was a bit pricey but I read excellent reviews about this place and took a chance and had them do the work . They did a great job ! I was impressed by the fact that the mechanic wasn't happy with the alignment the had received on my vehicle and brought it back to get it right . They also follow up with text messages to ensure you are satisfied with the work they did . Nobody does that .So my second visit was just an oil change and tire rotation . The mechanic found a small problem with a vacuum hose and also recommended strut and sway bar replacement on the rear end of my vehicle and a couple of filter replacements. After a coupon and a rebate check , the oil change and tire rotation and repaired vacuum line came to $122 . The quote for the other work was $1700. Again I think it's a little pricey. There's no doubt this place has great customer service and they do excellent work they stand behind. I wish they were a little easier on the wallet.

Honest, and friendly. Amazing customer experience since the moment I called. I used to work at a dealership for my car and they quoted me the exact same things that my dealership told me, yet somehow the charge came out less at this shop, Vs my dealership (which included my employee discount) somehow.

Brought my car to them for a diagnostic check. They did a very detailed analysis then showed the most important things that needed to be fix, gave estimates on the prices, and gave me a print out of the things needing to be fixed. It Took longer than I had wanted but seeing how they managed to fit me in the same without an appointment I was very pleased and will return to them to complete the work needed.Over the next two weeks after posting the initial review I took my car back to Paul's Auto for some much needed repairs. The car now runs great. I forgot to mention previously that they offer rides to and from wherever you need to g� while your car is being worked on.

BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP EVER !!!I was in Hartford for the weekend( I live in Maine).My car would not start( was not a battery issue) on Monday morning. I randomly called Paul s after googling for close auto shops BEST CHOICE EVER!!!From the initial phone call, to the first encounter after being towed there,to the explanation of the problem, to the final resolution of the problem The repairs were complicated and this shop did EVERYTHING to make a bad situation better for me ( being so far from home)The work was excellent!The people are phenomenal!And on top of the incredible repairs, my car was cleaned to spotlessness- looks like the interior of a brand new car.I cannot say enough about Paul s.I have never had such incredible service to my car, nor met such great and kind people in an auto shop.My only regret is that they are not here in Maine!If you need auto service, don t look anywhere elsePAUL S AUTO REPAIR BESt CHOICE EVER!Jeanne S ( Portland, Maine)

I just got my car back and it feels brand new again!!! I had a broken control arm that I didn't even know I had until I dropped it off but had felt the shaking for a while when driving it... it was overdue for an oil change and we are traveling with it soon so it needed a transmission fluid flush and it had 3 bad tire pressure sensors... Paul's team worked with me and my warranty service company and not only saved me a TON of money but got everything done in 1 day (dropped off yesterday, ordered parts yesterday, did all the work today, picked up today). They even shuttled me to work from their shop yesterday!!!! I've had so many issues with this car and the dealership I bought it from and didn't feel great about the second dealership I started bringing it to... Paul, Jr. and Sr. and Sarah and Sandra made me feel so welcome and promised to take good care of me and my car, which in turn takes good care of my family and that means more to me than anything else! THANK YOU all so so much for sticking to your promise and taking care of my car and in turn me and my family !!!! I think I found my new mechanic outside of the work my husband can do!!!

Absolutely great service, they fixed my 1999 Jeep Cherokee( with over half a million miles) and it runs like a top. She needed quite a bit of work and they were extremely understanding as to why i wanted to keep her going. i highly recommend Paul's Auto for all your vehicle's needs .

I brought my truck in a little while back to have its exhaust pipe replaced, and they did a great job! Everything went smoothly, and they even let me know about other things I should have fixed when I can. I'll definitely bring my tuck back here if it needs more work done.

Beware! They will try to take advantage of your money! They will tell you that your car needs this and that which is a lie! Get a second opinion as I did. I went to another place and they charged me a reasonable price and with less things to be fixed which Paul s just wanted to take advantage of my money saying that my car had a lot to fixed which was a lie! Now my car runs like new thanks to the mechanic who told me Paul s was lying to me and they just wanted to snatch my money!

I had headlights replaced there, months later they needed repair again. My power windows stopped working after repair & they tried to charge to correct. Along with that my front bumper cover was partially ripped off at the car wash & they refused to fix it. They were the only ones who removed it to do the job. I'm done with them....

Absolutely amazing service. I came in with a Catalytic problem but ended up with new breaks, front exhaust, gaskets the whole 9 yards. Was in the shop for 4 days and got it done. Car runs amazing.Staff is amazing, super friendly, responsive and reliable. Even though it was a pricy fix, it's worth every penny.

Someone tried to break into my beautiful vehicle I was very upset my insurance sent me to one of their shops and they sent me away said they weren't certified to handle my vehicle.I googled who would be certified to fix my vehicle and Paul's Auto popped up I called and I was very upset and the lady that answered the phone was so kind friendly and professional and told me that they would take my vehicle right away. That made me less upset less worried less stressed when I arrived they were nice professional and got my vehicle done in a timely fashion and it looks perfect like nothing ever happened I recommend Paul's Auto they are very good at what they do.Thanks again Paul's Auto for a great job well done

A+ Treated my family beyond well. I truly felt they weren't above and beyond other shops for a cheaper price. Can you believe they gave us a rental for a day. My vehicle is a 2008. It's not like I bought a new car from them. They really treated us good. Yes of course I had a repair bill but who else would say Hey just use our car for free.

The staff at Paul's is truly outstanding! They were in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and went the extra mile by checking on my puppy's well-being following his surgery. I am genuinely impressed by the exceptional level of customer service they provided and the top-notch car service they delivered. It's rare to find such dedication and care from an automotive service provider, and I can't express my appreciation enough.

Highly recommend! Arrived there by chance. Check engine light came on while driving from NJ to Maine (I had to get there same day). I got off highway and by a stroke of luck first place I saw. They were incredibly nice, knowledgeable and helpful. In under three hours they got me back on road and on to destination, Telling me what they were doing every step of the way. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. The only downside is not living locally and being able to take advantage of this business on a regular basis.

Couldn't wait to write this review.My Ford Explorer broke down and I would not have been able to get my vehicle into the dealership it would need an appointment.So I rolled the dice in hopes of finding a reputable repair shop I could trust I knew this was going to be expensive.Based on a mailer I called Paul's auto repair on Tolland st East Hartford.Spoke to Paul Jr. he was extremely helpful and invited me to get my Explorer towed in.After my vehicle was towed in called them to be sure they had it.Asked about a loaner was told no problem (WOW )!-thank you.They sent a shuttle to pickup my wife put her into a nice loaner.The ladies In the office are so customer friendly my wife was very impressed.Received a call from Kyle he explained to me what was needed and gave me a price which was more than I could afford.Had to decline the repair because I am on social security benefits and I am disabled.However Kyle told me what was needed now and what could wait.Still more than I had but he discounted the repair so I could afford it.They had our vehicle 3days gave us a loaner which in my opinion had a value of $180.00-(WOW!) thank you.Discounted my bill $100.00 washed and vacuumed our car.Also 3yr. warranty on the repair.Excellent customer service 5 stars for Paul's.As a consumer I can spend my money anywhere and want to get the value of my dollars and feel good about my experience.This family owned business far exceeds all expectations.The price I paid was discounted 3 days loaner washed & vacuumed my car I got one heck of a deal .Thank you all so very much.

Paul's upgraded my '96 F150 A/C system from R12 to R134. The work was done well and done the same day. The price was reasonable, a good experience from start to finish. I'll certainly recommend Paul's for anyone needing A/C repairs.

Went to Paul s by chance for a few very rusted screws in my license plate that I was unable to remove myself. Paul personally came out to remove them and did not even charge me for his time. If that does not speak to the kindness and helpfulness that is provided by Paul s auto repair, I am not sure what will. I will be returning here for any future car problems that I encounter. Thank you Paul.

Hands down, the best experience I ve ever had at any shop. Not only did my car feel brand new when i got it back, but every person working there was extremely kind. Nobody likes bringing their car to the shop but the free chips and nice employees made it all worth it. Thanks again to everyone who helped me out. :)

I believe that Paul automotive is one of the best shop in East Hartford ,I have been to others in and around east hartford and the service is not like Paul automotive ,I took my Toyota 2012Rav4 for service for struct and brake issues I made an appointment and when I get there Sandra at the front deck get me into a loaner car and I was out of there in minutes .She call me later to update me about the issues with my brakes ,calipers and Roters . My vehicles felt so different with this new repair Job and there is a 36 months warranty plus discount as a triple A membership.

I contacted Paul's Auto for a headlamp repair / replacement on my Lincoln. Their receptionist and team were very friendly and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. There was initially a short break in communication and a little confusion over the exact part that would be needed ; but the end result was that Paul's Auto more than made up for any perceived inconvenience by going above and beyond anything I have ever experienced or would ever expect from a repair shop.Kyle & the team were overly generous in their final repair of my car. Very, very customer oriented business. I will return.

My dodge charger was leaking oil and Paul s auto repair was very prompt and friendly. They communicated with me throughout the process and I had my car back in no time. Overall great service.

Amazing , knowledgeable, kind staff took care of my vehicle like it were one of there own. Took care of me for sure..dint even feel like I spent money. I recommend anyone that need there car repaired give Paul's from east hartford a call they treat you like family...oh and they keep cold beverages and snacks..lol...keep up the good work guys...

Can t say enough about the service and knowledge of the people that work at Paul s from Sandy who greets you a smile and a friendly hello to the mechanics that repaired my vehicle.Car needed new ball joint-axle-control arm both sides-sway bar links both sides and more I am just so lucky they were able to repair all that and more.They are honest can t get better than that in today s world!! Great work and Thank you that is truly a 10 And more
