They are good people but unfortunately I bought a car that I thought was mint less than a month ago but who ever replaced the fly wheel never tightened the bolts witch caused the clutch to fail my trusted machnic knows his stuff so i trust him its costing me a couple grand to get fixed :/

Easy & carefree. My son in college needed a newer SUV good in the snow ... Fast forward to a fabulous 2017 Ford Escape ~ Such a wonderful experience for us as he filled out the application & Char took him thru the credit process- Easy working with them and the car was ready for pick up immediately after the bank approved us. They even managed to get a terrific rate for my son too! I wouldn't hesitate to come back & refer them as they're great to deal with, always responsive & honest.Thank you Pat, Cindy Char!!!!

Sold me an unsafe vehicle which doesn t belong on the road due to completely rusted frame. My family or I could died driving the vehicle. When I ask them to remedy the problem they said they d weld it which is an absolute joke. Steer clear of these scammers it s not worth the headache or heartache!

I had a fantastic experience at Nutmeg Auto Wholesalers. Got a nice 2013 Ford Edge and couldn t be happier with my purchase! Charlene was a great help through the entire purchase of my car. The father and son at the establishment were a great help too, very respectful and kind people. I would highly recommend buying a car from here!

I highly recommend Nutmeg Auto Wholesalers! It has been 2 months that I have had my car and there has been no problems. Pat and Char made the car buying experience very easy and enjoyable. Pat provided me with 4 brand new tires free of charge and a discounted price on my plates. Char was able to register my car right then and there. This is my first car ever so I was nervous to go through the process but they explained how everything worked and made sure I knew what was going on. Pat and Char are the dynamic duo and you will regret not doing business with this power couple!

What a find! I had my heart set on a plug in hybrid and didn't want any car payments. The only Volt I could find at a good price was 2 1/2 hours away in a city I'd never been in. I was nervous as a single mature woman and had not bought a car in over 10 years. I was warmly welcomed as soon as I entered the door. Cindy and Patrick thought of all my needs, paperwork was smooth and very thorough. In several ways things were done for my convenience and comfort that they did not need to do. My car is the best! The experience was surprisingly easy and I never felt alone.

I found a 2005 Chevy Tahoe on Carfax being sold by this dealer. I called to get more information about it and appreciated Patrick's candour with me regarding the state of the vehicle. My husband and I drove to CT from Albany, NY the following day to take a look at the vehicle and test drive. It was in great condition for the year and mileage. Clean inside and out, smooth/quiet ride, only minor work needed to pass NY inspection but nothing Patrick and Cindy had not already forewarned us about. We are very pleased with our vehicle and so glad we purchased from Nutmeg. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for fairly priced vehicles and want to work with good, honest people who aren't "money hungry". If I am ever looking to purchase another vehicle, I will check their inventory first.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited from Nutmeg Auto and overall, just a fantastic process. I inquired online about the vehicle and received an almost immediate response. Scheduled a time to come by to see and test drive the car. I then put a deposit down, Nutmeg worked hard to get me the exact APR I was looking for and I picked up the following weekend. Being 90 minutes from Nutmeg, they made sure all the paperwork was completed and ready to go on pickup so there was no delay. I would like to thank Cindy, Tracy and the owner Patrick for a fantastic car buying experience. I will definitely be returning for my families next car purchase!

I've purchased multiple cars (4) from Cindy Albert at Nutmeg Auto. The process is always quick, easy, and fair. Cindy has always been super friendly and helpful throughout each process. Most importantly, though, has been Cindy's honesty. I always know I can trust Cindy to be straight with me, which is rare in that business.Every single car I've purchased from them has been flawless. I've never had a problem with any of them. Tony, their mechanic, has always been thorough, and super quick, with all regular maintenance visits I've made.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Edge and it s the best vehicle I ve ever owned. I dealt with Patrick and he was such an honest guy who wanted to make sure that we got the safest vehicle for our family. The experience from beginning to end couldn t have gone more smoothly. Cindy was also so friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.

Do not buy from this seller. They sold vehicles with all rusted for my son . And we found out it was trash. Took our $8000 and never responded to our call. Awful people.

This is to address the owners reply: I had told you guys to begin with that I had not drive stick in about 2 years. My first car was a stick but I was just out of practice for 2 years. After your mechanic and I took the car for a drive and I took over at the wheels, your mechanic himself said that I was good to drive it. In the one month that I had the car, I didn t use it all that much because my son was in the hospital and we were there for like 3 weeks. As for the value, you are a businessman, at least get your facts right before you say stuff online. I paid above market value for the car, go check your books. Look! my mechanic didn t check the clutch, so I had no idea how the clutch was. I m pretty sure your mechanic checked it out though. I was only asking for honesty. I took your word that the car was all good. Not true!Just tell me that the clutch will probably need replacing soon, as simple as that.

This is my 3rd car bought from Nutmeg, each time it is the easiest car buying process i have ever experienced. Cindy is great to work with and the Owner Patrick takes pride in his inventory. All cars are well maintained and drive/run flawless at a competitive price. Will definitely continue doing business with them.

This was our first experience with Nutmeg Auto Wholesalers and it was a great experience. Just bought a Infiniti G35 coupe for our son and he absolutely loves it. We took a 2 1/2 hour ride from MA to get this vehicle and it was well worth the trip. I will make the trip again when I'm in the market for another car. Highly recommended! Traci was friendly, prompt and professional. Made us feel like family! Thank you for a great experience!

Cindy and the entire team at Nutmeg Auto Wholesalers are great! My husband and I purchased a Ford Fusion from Cindy recently for a price that can't be beat. My husband wasn't exactly sure what he wanted, but after speaking with Cindy he knew this car was right for him. We live in Massachusetts and were concerned with the hassle of buying a car out of state. Cindy made the whole process easy and kept us well informed with exactly what we needed to register our car in MA. When we came to pick up the car it was ready on time and spotless. I can't recommend Nutmeg Auto Wholesalers enough! Thank you to Cindy and everyone else there for all your help in our car buying process.

I wanted to take the time to write a longer review fully explaining my experience with this dealer so that no one would think I am biased. I am not writing this review because I am emotional, but I genuinely do not want people to be scammed, treated poorly, and have their time wasted at some sub par mom and pop dealership.I came here to purchase a Black 2004 Jaguar XJ8 for $14,995 from Patrick Kelly. At first when I visited the shop I was skeptical because the shop looked sketchy and untidy. But against my better judgement, advice, and because I was in love with the car I decided to pursue the vehicle. When I arrived Patrick Skelly was very friendly, but I soon learned he was only interested in the money and did not have the consumer's interest at heart. I am only 20 years old and he was rushing me to purchase the car. When I tried to get a loan from the bank they denied me and my parents because of something called loan to value disparity. What this means is when the bank checked the JD Power value of this particular vehicle and model they noticed that the car that Patrick Skelly was hastily trying to sell me for $14,995 ($16,591.52 after taxes) was only worth $5,600. Being a member at this particular credit union they swiftly recommended I recollect my deposit because this guy and his weird wife are scammers. When I tried to reach out to Mr. Skelly to communicate what the bank said he blocked my cell number. When I visited the shop to try and explain this in person; he and his wife insulted and disrespected me and told me (just a 20 year old) to get out of their shop. When I said that I would not be able to purchase the vehicle and would like my deposit back... which from the beginning the deposit was refundable... it now had suddenly become non refundable and they outright refused to give me my deposit back. I am not offended because honestly they look like they need the money more than I do. I can only assume he was angry because we caught onto his Ponzi scheme and realized they (Patrick Skelly & his wife) are scammers. But, I say all of that to say this. Do not waste your time purchasing a vehicle or getting repairs from here. All the vehicles on their lot are far above market value and their repairs are below average. Unfortunately the people who work here (Patrick Skelly & his wife) are not professionals. If you're 20 years old and a first time car buyer like me. My advice would be to stick to the legitimate car dealerships and pay the extra money rather than to get involved with some risky side dealer like this one. I have contacted my family s lawyers and will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

I bought a used vehicle at nutmeg very recently and could not have asked for a better place to go through. I have tried many wholesalers and nutmeg is the smoothest and easiest to communicate with. The family environment spreads out to the customers!

I bought a 2007 Saab 9-3 convertible and I could not be happier. Excellent service. Buying a car was easy and they helped me with the financing. Thanks for the great service. Looking forward in driving my car during the summer.

Very professional and friendly. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Not pushy or salesy at all. Very honest and helpful in answering my questions and providing useful insight in areas I was unfamiliar. Would certainly recommend them and go there again in the future.

Sold vehicle with catastrophic, unsafe frame rust. Refused to replace vehicle, offered a fix of re welding the strut support. Band aid on a bullet hole type situation.

Went through hell and back with terrible customer service, they never picked up phones, and on top of that they didn t even list the car I was buying CORRECTLY. It was listed as a manual transmission, and after getting loans situated and cash ready, the car ended up being an automatic. They blamed it on car fax, and said they didn t even think to tell me, or put it in description of the vehicle. Laziness, and no care for customers. If you want a car, look elsewhere.

Poor customer service and very rude. First off I was there for up to 5 minutes and no one approached me while they were on their phones. When a younger staff member walked in, one of the workers scolded the other staff saying his cousin died last night and he's busy. He finally comes to ask what I need he took less than 10 seconds and said he's not getting involved and he can't help. It's a simple paint job and are alignment. Very disappointed. I'll take my business else where. As a business owner, I would have never treated a customer like this.

Paid above market value for a 2010 Mini Cooper and it s clutch and flywheel went bad in less than a month. After my mechanic took it apart he told me that the clutch was completely shattered and that it seemed like it was abused for a while. Good honest business is what I appreciate and I did not find it here.

I rubbernecked into a family of 5 and Char helped me buy a new car for the family. Me, my husband, and his boyfriend were impressed with the selection at the dealership. I loved the amount of load in the Ford-F150.

I bought a used car unfortunately without warranty. The car broke down after a month. He claimed that this was the reason that he didn't gave warranty but he said that after sail. Also, he said that it was my fault that I didn't see the problem and there is nothing to do for the damage. Don't trust this shop, ask for a professional technician to inspect a car that you are going to buy.

The people here are all very easy to work with and Trustworthy. It is a small family business that has been at this location for a long time.Because of their good reputation, they are sold many trade ins by local dealers.I just had a deal that, unfortunately, could not work out and they immediately refunded my deposit.I hope I can do business with them in the future. They are good people with pride in how they do business.

I went to get a calibration done for my car. Should take ten minutes. Took 3 hours. The people there treat their own kind more respectfully than they would anyone else. I was taking photographic evidence for my needs and the mechanic said i was on drugs and 'ridiculous' and that he, the one who 'does the work' knew best. Earlier when i approached him about the call he told me to make and asked for any information that helped, he said "dude, you're talking to the wrong person, wrong questions, blah blah blah". The entire experience was an ordeal and i'd wish to never have to work with these people again, or at least for everyone that works there to be replaced. It's a disgrace to even look at this place. You can definitely tell this place's service is akin to a roach ridden hotel by how it looks. i had thought good car service would be good car service, but i underestimated the influence of bad customer service. When i got my device installed, they also cut out some of the plastic moulding that was part of my car and sent me off, i'd hope to god they'd install it all back correctly and nicely when the device would be removed, but judging by how things are going now, it's going to be a full out loss on my end.
