Dealership is not reputable before buying any vehicle always bring a mechanic or get diagnostic done would not recommend went to buy vehicle hose was leaking, needed timing belt, body rusted out they wouldn't lower price my mechanic told him everything that was wrong .they wasn't going to fix the problem. Buy at your own risk.

I financed 2 cars from this place. These guys are awesome and very accommodating. Best of all, they are a small family owned business aiming to please. Everything was smooth and both cars are in great condition. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a used car.

If you do need a car just go down to New Park Avenue Auto Sale.Very excellent deals on all models of cars and friendly staff too. No regrets.

Do not ever buy a car from here of it you do bring it to someone first to they can check it out before you buy. I saw a 2011 Nissan Rogue I loved and it had everything I wanted and was a good price and they were (keyword were) wonderful to purchase with.Customer service was wonderful however after about 3 days of loving and owning my car, my happiness dwindled when the tire pressure light went on along with my check engine light. I Brought it to them and they were happy to fix it. They took me that day and said they fixed it got me new tires which was very nice of them.However about maybe a week later the engine light went on for a second time. So I brought it back. They were happy to help and fix it. Ispent my day off sitting and waiting. It took them the whole day but this time they said they figured out the problem.Another week later, the engine light went back on. So I brought it back and spent another day off from work without a car this time othem saying their mechanics fixed the problem actually. I was curious as to what they were doing, if doing anything. By the third time I had hoped maybe we would figure out the issue.Well, guess what... a few days later my engine light went back on for the fourth time and this time I was upset.Finally I brought it somewhere else and was told the problem saying that New Park was not fixing what they issue was, they were doing the bare minimum. I was charged over 1000 in fixes from a trusted mechanic and I have had the car fo about three weeks and someone else had to fix it.Now granted I have driven the car for a bit and I was just told I need a whole new exhaust system for over $3000. I am so upset and angry with myself for ever buying a car here.This place gives you awful cars that give you nothing but problems when there shouldn t be. I would give them 0 starts if I had the option. If I could return the car I would and go buy from a trusted dealer. Unfortunately I have a loan and my father helped me pay for it. This is the worst and most stressful experience ever.

I just got my second car here, the staff is very friendly, they worked with me to get me into the car I wanted. they have many great cars to choose from, low mileage quality cars, but you still have to do your homework with your desired car, it's your responsibility as a used car buyer. I would definitely recommend it here, I'm gonna continue getting my cars here and will likely get a vehicle here for my daughter when she comes of age. John and the family are awesome people, and you should certainly make this a stop in your Car shopping experience.George C.

The dealer was honest and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to get our vehicle registered. They vehicle itself is so nice and runs perfect! We can t be any more satisfied with this great place! We will be back again! Thanks again for a great deal and vehicle!

Dont buy a car here, the owner is very disrespectful, his employees sold us a car and on the first day it broke down on us, it has many problems, we gave them a list of all the problems it had they only manage to fix a small portion of what the car had wrong, and one problem came back, one day while it was raining water leaked into car through the ceiling in several areas of the ceiling, we brought it back to be fixed only for it to happen again a few days later, also about 2 weeks in all the transmission fluid leaked from the car causing us to lose our transmission. We are tired of the car and ask for our money back or at least give us another car but the owner didnt not want to work with us, we will never come back to place or ever recommend them to anyone. btw i found out they get their cars from the auction so beware you never know how those cars were treated and handle. trust me we found out the hard way.

Personal Experience here, years of service and SEVERAL cars bought from them! Its NOT easy to find a dealer you can trust an that have been around for so long. Easy Financing and NICE cars. Don't know why so many fake negative reviewers on here but I do know some of the verified ones and these guys definitely go the extra mile, THANKS!

Easily the best place I've ever got a car from, U wish I could give more stars! Customer service was excellent John and Mike were very helpful and attentive. They helped me find a perfect car for me and my wife and we drove home with it the same day. I am very impressed and very glad we came here.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff who were more than willing to answer any questions I had and make sure I was satisfied. Brought my car back to them with bearing noise a month after purchasing and they did not charge for installation! I would highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase!

Wouldn t purchase a car here. The Jeep had only about 57000 miles but as soon as i took it off the lot i noticed it was tugging. Which is usually an engine problem. brought it back to them the guy Mike pretended like he couldn t even notice it when he test drove then eventually admitted it was. told me to put more miles on it then come back? i didn t even make it back because the jeep broke down on the highway. i requested my money back as any car you purchase you have a 30 day warranty to return to dealership but of course they pretended you can t do that begged me to bring it back for them to fix but after being screamed at i no longer wanted to work with them just wanted my money back. General manager TOLD ME TO SHUT UP. REFUSED TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK. WAS YELLED AT AND HUNG UP ON A MILLION TIMES. very SCHIESTY and rude people. scammy

Do not go here, I have had my car for not even a year and there are many problems. They sold me a car that the radio stoped working the second day, I brought it back for them to resolve the problem three days after I bought the car and it worked for one day (mind you the two days it worked the speakers in the back of the car were blown) and then never started working again. Also the windows stoped working 4 months after, who ever did the paint job did a horrible job because the paint chips right off the car and looks faded everywhere and now the drivers seat does not adjust so I am stuck sitting uncomfortably at 8 months pregnant. I came in to have these problems resolved and they did not fix one thing it was either they can't do anything about it or that I would have to pay for a whole new seat. Mind you I am financing this car that is practically worth nothing now because everything is broken, they are very polite and seem nice and care when you first come in but in reality they are trying to scam you. The only thing nice I have to say about this place is Mike one of the guys that works there truly cares and remembers you personally and he isn't even the owner which is sad. Do not bring your business here unless you want to be unsatified.

If I could give them a zero I would! Sold me a lemon. They have one Mechanic who barely touches the car upon arrival, they clean and put it on the lot. Bought this truck Aug. 2015 by end of first day car shut off 5 five times on high way turns out screw was in transmission, after bringing them car 10 times to look at it. couple weeks after transmission blew. Weeks after that change tires, brakes, rotors, they promised a new instrument cluster and never gave me a new because one in car doesn't work.

I've been looking for a new car. I stopped by and walked around the entire lot no one came out. I called the number from the website the number didn't work. I called the number on the front of the building some answered but then hung up. Get your act together fellas. This is no way to run a business.

The nicest and most patient people! The young guy is super smart and helpful! It was an awesome and stress free experience and car buying can be so annoying! They make you feel like they actually want to help you get the best deal instead of stealing your money. Yay! Will be back FOR sure!

Very sad to say this place is terrible and sell 's. Please beware if going to Finance a car here. The second you drive away they want nothing to do with you and will not fix anything. The only person that is willing to help is the sales person Mike who wants to help but the owner and his son want nothing to do with you and just don't care. Made many attempt's to have them fix these problems but they only want cash to fix them. Really wish it wasn't like this.

They have the worst service ever.. The owner is not straight forward and after you purchase a car and you find issues and bring it back, they treat you like your nothing. Please research and make others give you opinion before purchasing a car from this dealership.. I would recommend you go somewhere else
