Paul is a hack and a scammer. He took my truck told me 3500 to do the frame like new. When he got the truck he raised the price to 4k. 1 month later I noticed that he painted right over most of the rust and only removed the easy to reach rust. He grinded metal off my frame revealing rot, instead of telling me he painted right over the rot holes. I would have never paid to under coat the truck knowing the frame was bad. But he gladly took my money anyways. Now I have a rusty frame covered in paint and wasted 4 grand. Pics for proof you can see the shiny paint he put on. There's also videos of my blue 2012 f150 on his Facebook so no denying this one. And about his life time warranty. I don't w even want to call him to have him touch my truck I'd rather throw it away than have him touch it again

Overall bad experience. My vehicle was at their location for over 2 weeks. Once "completed" I inspected it and there was many missing spots that were not coated. I brought the truck back to get redone. I went back to pick it up and none of the spots we talked about were done. On top of that my full size spare tire was missing, which I never got back. I also inspected further and they only applied one coat when I paid extra for two. Nothing was de greased or sandblasted. Also, the coating they used was not POR-15, they used some cheap paint. It is peeling off in sheets after 2 weeks. So now my vehicle condition is worse that it was before bringing it. Basically Paul is a scam artist, do not do business with him. Also his employees where drinking alcohol when I went to pick up the truck for the second time, which is a big deal if they are moving around my company vehicle. FYI The pictures from the 5 star review is not from Paul's shop and is not his work, just a factory photo. Keep that in mind when reading the 5 star reviews.Response to Owner- I have the receipt, all of our conversations in messenger of you admitting to the issues, and you even have a picture of my truck on your Facebook account, so to say this is fake is a joke. After the third time of going there for the "lifetime warranty" I cut my losses and realized this was not going to turn out well. I left the honest review with the pictures to prove it to let people know of my experience. Calling this fake is proof he is a liar.

As you can see from these before and after pictures, New England Undercoating removed, sanded, etched and undercoated the frame and all exposed metal on my 2012 GMC 2500HD bringing new life to a badly needed truck. I've never seen two guys work so hard to prep this undercarriage to make the final product what it is. I highly recommend this to everyone who plans in keeping their Jeep, truck or car. Thanks NEU!!

Today while working on an adjacent street to NEU. Pauile the Owner, came out and thanked us for working on the town roads. We had a few 'laughs' and Pauile bought 4 pizzas and invited us to join in during our lunch break. Pauile also handed out some NEU tee shirts !!! I have not had an auto undercoating there yet, but im sure NEC does an Amazing Job. Great work and great people. My car was done within 3 days and came out perfect. They even took time to clean my tires and rims which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend reasonable price for great work.

Paul and the team did an unbelievable job on my 1988 Camaro! The undercarriage is exactly how he described it would be! My plan is a total restoration and Paul and the NEU team pulled through with that part of the project! Great people providing great service. Very happy with this. I recently bought a used Dodge Ram that I want to last for the foreseeable future and wanted to get the frame coated. Paulie and his crew did excellent work. The frame, from what I can see, looks better than new. Will update my review after we get through the winter and we see how it holds up but as far as I'm concerned, this was a very good experience and will certainly plan to have my other vehicles done here in the future.

Pauly Is GOOD PEOPLE an old school stand up gentleman with honor and integrity which is rare!I contacted Pauly via phone essentially to find out what my options were in relation to frame rust on a Toyota 4Runner. He explained everything to me via phone, he took his time to make sure I understood the totality of the undertaking. I explained my situation and he said he s sick of good people being taken advantage of and He also literally personally interjected his fabulous self on my behalf, he first physically located my truck and saved me from being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous Auto dealer. His intervention resulted in free repairs on an unsafe vehicle.Did I mention this all began with a phone call, no money passed hands between us. Pauly is like that big brother we all need to look out for us and our interests, don t hesitate to do business with this shop. The owner is one of the last few Good guys left, I d trust his work and his word. I will definitely be doing business with Pauly and New England Undercoating, he s gained a life long customer.

If you want your vehicle undercoated correctly, go to NEU. Definitely worth doing considering the salt they use on our roads, etc. My truck is a 2016 and had significantly more rust than I had thought. You would have to see the before videos on their Facebook page if you really want to appreciate how significant the job was. The truck was ready within 5 days of drop off. Paulie gets back to you quickly sends updates which was really helpful. He took really good care of my truck and was very thorough, in addition a lifetime guarantee and follow up if you need it.

NEU and there team are very professional and super customer oriented. I recently moved from South Florida to New England and was not sure how to protect my Jeep from the winter weather. But Paul and the rest of the New England Undercoating Team made it so easy and explained everything in detail and took away any fears I had. They are also very reasonably priced. They also did such an amazing job. I am so happy, I found them. I highly recommend.

Had my 89 RS t-top Camaro undercoated here and I will say everything through the entire process was very professional and handled really well. They took care of my car with the utmost respect and every single need that was met was met with professionalism and dedication and they were in contact with the entire process and I got to say after I got my car back and I crawled underneath and looked. It is way better of a product than any of the wax or oil jobs that I've seen done on previous vehicles. I've been in New England. My entire life has everybody probably has. I've seen cars in New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island and the wax doesn't last anywhere near like the sand and paint process that these guys do. Neither does the oil process that washes right off within the first couple rain storms or snowstorm. I highly highly recommend going through these guys and I will be sending all my vehicles here in the future

I had My new 2022 F-250 undercoating done here. I have to say they did an excellent job. Pauli the owner was in contact through the whole process. They completely detailed the truck when they were done. Would definitely bring another vehicle to them. Great Job!

Paulie and his team did a fantastic job with undercoating my truck! They even did the wheelwells and everything! Paulie sent me videos and updates throughout the whole process and guarantees all his work.To my surprise when I picked up my truck they even brought it to the car wash, cleaned my rims and tires so it looked brand new!When you do the math- if every year you have to re-apply with the oil based under coating it adds up really quickly. If you go with the deluxe package from NEU it is cheaper in the long run with a lifetime guarantee and a much better quality product.Paulie is extremely personable and takes care of you like your family. Without a doubt I would highly recommend and would recommend NEW to my friends and family.

NEU is fantastic all around. I brought my 17 Sierra with a lot of surface rust which they got all off and coated everything with Por15. Paulie and his team are very thorough and you can see they take pride in what they do by the quality of work. Paulie does every car that comes through his shop like it is his own and he backs up every word he says. Lastly and I think most importantly with my experience not only did I leave NEU with a great job done and a lifetime warranty but I left NEU with a true friend. Paulie treated me like family. If I didn t live an hour away I would be visiting that place every week. Bottom line great staff, A1 job, and great owner. New England Undercoating single handedly saved my 2004 Jeep TJ. The frame and undercarriage were solid but surface rust was all over. NEU did a great job of removing all of the rust, prepping and applying the undercoating. This undercarriage now looks brand new. I am looking forward to 20 years of pleasure driving this!!! Anyone who has a vehicle that they love should immediately take it to NEU for their services. Paulie and his staff were very professional keeping me updated throughout the process. My highest recommendations.

I found New England under coating online and was interested because of their Facebook page. I have a 1997 f350 that I wanted the frame painted. I went down to their shop and saw their work in person and booked an appointment on the spot. The owner takes good care of first responders and military and goes the extra mile for them. When I picked my truck up I was very happy with it. For the price you pay it is well worth it! I would recommend this company to anyone trying to keep there vehicle on the road and rust free.

HACK WORK! I went with a buddy to pick up his truck and it was unbelievable to say the least. Missed spots, painted over mud, barley a single coat. It was embarrassing. The owner had an excuse for everything right down to "the truck doesn't fit into our normal carwash." To cap it off all we kept hearing was "this usually doesn't happen. We do amazing work. My guys are the best" Talk about false advertising. I'm glad I went along for the ride because I was planning on using this location for my own vehicles. I will be taking my business elsewhere without a doubt!

I got my 2015 Dodge done and I noticed they missed a spot,. Give Pauley a call he did not argue and said, bring it down he ll take care of it that s what I call quality service.

My auto mechanic suggested that I get an undercoating on my 2012 GMC Equinox. I found NEU online and a friend who had his truck undercoated recommended it. I called for an appointment and the owner was helpful.I brought my SUV in on a Monday and was informed that it would be ready on Wednesday. The owner explained the undercoating process to me with a vehicle that was on the lift. I contacted the owner on Wednesday and rust removal, application of Corraseal was complete. A clear coat was to be applied and a welder had been called in to assess a rusted area.The owner explained that this was not his area of expertise and welding would be an extra fee.While the clear coat was drying I waited to hear about welding. I spoke with the welder on the phone and was informed that the area of concern was not problematic. No welding was needed.I picked up the car on Saturday and I asked the owner if he could put my SUV on the lift. It was not possible at that time, however we arranged for a time when I could look at the work that had been done. The owner offered to apply a free clear coat in the Fall before Winter weather arrived.It took longer than expected to get my SUV back, but I m glad the welder inspected my vehicle, so it was worth the wait. I contacted the owner on Wednesday. I would have appreciated a call or email with an update on how the undercoating was going.That said, Paulie the owner was helpful and generous.The service and communication at NEU was very good. I highly recommend New England Undercoating to anyone looking for specialized and professional undercoating.

Had this shop do a frame for a truck of ours and it s starting to rust again. They didn t prep frame proper. Brake lines are also crushed and wire harness is chewed up from there grinder. Not happy with the service. Paul will only post video of his friends vehicles. In the process of filing court documents. And when I called I was yelled at on the phone. For the money paid I was rail roaded

The team at NEU do an awesome job. They easily added years of life into my SUV. I brought in my car Thursday morning and was able to pick it up Friday afternoon before dinner! What sets them apart from other shops is the prep work that needs to get done before POR-15 is apply.i only got 1 coat so it was done a lot quicker.The process was painless and you pay for quality. I plan on undercoating all my future vehicles. And now I know just the right place to do it.

I have to say, I have only so far just made an appointment (not even been serviced yet), and the level of customer service I received from Paul was exceptional. I'm looking forward to having my 2007 Ram 3500 shining like new on the underside. Thanks in advance!Edit: They even gave me a ride to the nearby car rental place! Quality at all levels!

Amazing product applied the way it should be done! These guys did an amazing job undercoating my 08 silverado. Other shops wouldn't touch it but these guys did great on it and honestly saved the truck. No-one else does prep work, I wouldn't have my truck undercoated anywhere else.I will be back with other vehicles I buy in the future.

I cannot say that I am unhappy with the undercoating I get from New England Undercoating. Paulie was great in explaining everything and all turned out exactly as he said and is still as good as it was after initially completed. :)

When I first went to NEU(New England undercoating) I was very nervous, I bought a car from a sketchy dealer and the truck was undercoated when I originally bought it. Overtime I realized the dealer hid the rust with the undercoating job they did. I went to NEU told them the story of how I was con'd and they calmed me and reassured everything was fine and would do everything they could to make it work and stay within budget. After a while my suspensions were correct, the dealers hid the rust and rot. But NEU went out of their way. welded what was ruined with new high quality steel. reinforced the frame and did one hell of a job reundercoating my truck. It looked better than when I bought it! It looked new! I couldn't be happier with the outcome it's worth every penny!

Paulie is a standup guy and true to his word. When I wasn't satisfied with the first undercoating, he took it back, no questions asked. He made sure it was done right, the entire undercarriage looked immaculate. I don't think I'll have to worry about rust for a very very long time. Thanks again Paulie!
