I have an excellent experience at Mini in Hartford. Very special service from Corrine Sisk, what incredible service, my best experience buying a car. She made me feel like a friend , so attentive, knowledgeable and super special. The process was so smooth, quick and easy. I m so happy with the attention from Corrine , she explained to Me all my options and answered every question I had with tremendous professionalism. After the purchase, she seat down with Me in the car and explained everything about and how to use every little detail in and out of the car. Very satisfied, Thank you.

Ryan in the service dept. has the best customer service! He is very knowledgeable in all things mini cooper. Most importantly he was very compassionate and respectful to my emotional attachment to my old mini when I had to make the decision to send her to the big garage in the sky due to excessive, costly repairs!

I had no plan to get a car any time soon and was only at the dealership to kill time and see what the used prices were like. I saw a used car that I liked except for the fact that it was a convertible and jokingly told the salesman, when he came out and asked what I was looking for, I want exactly this in a hardtop. (Fat chance. It was a zesty yellow 6-speed, and there were hardly any manual transmission cars out there at all.) We do have one being used as a loaner, and it s about done with its service and about to come out to the lot, he said.The experience from that point until two days later when I drove the zesty yellow (Lemon Drop) 6-speed home was as smooth and pleasant and fast as my new gently used car. Super friendly people and a fun environment.

Was greeted promptly and kindly upon arrival. Business was incredibly clean, in and out.Had visited for my first time for a service visit - I was beyond impressed with the service and professionalism displayed. Had every question answered and explained, and was able to get exactly what I needed with no frills. The video walk-around of my vehicle on the lift was a fun perk that I wasn't expecting, either. Also, I tend to keep my car over-clean; that said, I got my car back sparkling and better than when I brought it in!Overall, above and beyond experience with New Country Mini and their service and parts departments!

Ryan at Mew Country Mini took excellent care of my car after it was neglected by Freeport MINI in Long Island. They performed all necessary services and maintenances and got my baby running wonderfully again. The customer service was excellent and the work performed has made a great difference. I will return and have them perform my services even if it means I have to drive 100+ miles to have it done.

We went to have something replaced and Austin at the desk was more than welcoming even offered to have a complimentary loaner and drive our car back when the repair was done... and we live pretty far. They also allowed our dog in while we waited for a repair to be done which was a plus. Thankyou to the minidealership. I will definitely go again if needed. The repair was done and they also sent a video of the repair... very nice...

First experience with bringing my car in and it was wonderful. Very comfortable lounge offering complimentary coffee and bottled water. The service rep Austin was terrific, very friendly, courteous and customer focused.

2018 mini countryman JCW. I had the worst customer experience I had ever had at any dealership i have interacted with. Went there for a brake flush and an oil change. The technician broke my caliper bleeder screw advisor and service manager told me it was due to corrosion, happens all the time. Attempt to have me pay for it. My caliper did not fail. My car was there for 2 months. However did make it right after several arguments with the service manager about doing right thing when you as a dealership makes mistakes. I noticed after picking up my vehicle that my passenger side headlight position was not in alignment. It was not offline when I brought it in. Spoke to one advisor, told me that they might have remove it when changing the engine mount. The other advisor stated that they did not touch that part of the car. This was hands down the worst customer experience I have had with any dealership. I will be bringing my mini to another mini dealership to have the right headlight realigned and sell it on my first opportunity. This is the way you get rid of bad people at a dealership that cause you stress. The bad news is that I own 2 mini s and will be selling both to not have to deal with new country. Thank you I hope this helps someone else who have had this type of experience with new country mini. I would love a call from New Country Corporate so I can share my terrible experience with someone who will care considering that I will never spend another dime with you other than the oil change package I purchased. I wish that I can take that back.The Caliper bleeder screw broke because your technician did not spray it with wd40 etc. which he came on the service floor and admitted to not spraying it prior to turning it.I m not going waste my time and argue.The point is that the focus should not have been on where my car came from and the reputation of the prior dealership. Not everyone has the money to afford a brand 23-24 countryman JCW. However it is a mini, you are a mini dealer that has been there for many years with a good reputation, I expected to be treated better. We don t have to talk about the heated conversation we had in your office (Manager). I expected a customer first treatment. But received very poor customer service and now know why, because you were judging where my car came from and the age of it(2018) with 59,000 miles at that time. Thank you for your help. I will move forward with another brand. Take care.

The service concierge and technician who resolved a tricky problem with my mini were absolutely top notch. They gave me a video walkthrough of my vehicle diagnosis which put to rest any anxiety I had from other shops that had been dishonest and quoted unnecessary work. You are in good hands with a service team that takes such pride in their work and reputation, and treats owners who love their minis fairly.

I was told the mounting and balancing of new tires would take 90 minutes. The job actually took 3 hours.When I left the dealership I discovered that the tire pressure sensor had not been reset. I had to go back the next day to get that done.The prices are good and the people are pleasant.

The service guys are great, the sales guys are great, the people in the scheduling department are uninformed, unhelpful, and uncooperative. Not at all in keeping with my past experience with New Country Mini.

Austin and the service team are great!Had some work done on my JCW and everything was done as promised/expected. Picked up the car and the process was smooth and the car was clean and ready to go.Exceptional service! The team at new country mini service department is incredibly efficient and customer-focused. I just purchased a 2013 mini Cooper S. Absolutely love this car.I have to say out of all the experiences I ve had buying cars, this one was probably the smoothest. The dealership made sure that my car was ready to hit the road with no issues. Thanks to the team involved in making this happen. I would definitely recommend New Country for a new or used car purchase.5/24/2023 - just had my car serviced. It was an excellent experience. The service person was very helpful and the tech was very informative when it came to what was done on my car. Will definitely recommend this dealership to anybody.12/27/2023 - recently had my car in to have the alignment done. They did a great job and gave me a nice loaner. To use in the meantime. Service is top Notch.

Incredibly overpriced for service and would not answer their phones to save their life for almost a week. 100+ dollars for an oil change, it think it was something like 130. Bro, are you kidding? Although if you have a problem with your car and are not really sure what it is they are fantastic at finding it and sending you proper documentation of it. I wouldn t say their diagnostic services are worth what they charge but they are excellent.

Disappointed that my car was returned to me after service with two tire valve stem covers missing. Luckily, I spotted it and when I reported it to the service desk, I was told, it happens . I guess it happens if people don t check their work and return vehicles to their owners in lesser conditions than when they were dropped off. I felt my concern was brushed off and dismissed.

It s never easy when your nearest dealership is an hour away, but New Country makes getting your Mini service painless. In and out in a few minutes with a spotless loaner. A call sometime later to go over the technician s video inspection, then back the next morning to drive off in your freshly serviced and washed car. Props to Service Manager Ryan for his personable, professional assistance and advise.
