Very fast reliable and courteous service all of the staff knows their stuff when it comes to auto parts and if you are a AAA member show your valid card and you get a generous discount on the parts you purchase also a clean pleasant shopping environment.

Arrived at East Hartford location to return an air filter upon finding it elsewhere for almost half the price and OEM instead of Napa brand. The nice gentlemen helping me was having trouble with the return since I purchased at the south Windsor location. When the gentlemen helping me asked a coworkers (LESTER) how to do the return he very rudely said we re not doing that, I m not going to mess up my sales because the customer bought the wrong part. But ask Tim cause I m not even the manager without thinking I heard him. Hesitant the gentlemen told me to go to the location in which I bought it. Which I have no problem with but was closer to this one. Will not be coming back to this location. Left with my blood boiling as opposed to making a scene. Lester is ever business worst nightmare to have as an employee and I hope he has a speaking to about his customer service. Not to mention him going on his personal phone in front of a customer. This happened on 12/31/21 at 1:35pm if corporate wants to check cameras.

I came to Napa needing new headlight bulb and Lester was very respectful and helpful He wasn t able to change the bulb due to it being against company policy but was nice enough to let me know of a shop in the area I m sure any remarks about him being rude are false as I can t see that possible I will always come back here and ask for LESTER

After an initial disappointing experience, where a delivery for a part was delayed way longer than expected, I was getting very frustrated. The assistant manager took a lot of extra steps and time to make sure I walked away satisfied, and I really do appreciate that. He explained why it happened, what options he had, and what path he chose. Hiccups happen in logistics, but when you have a manager that can handle the customer service implications, you know he's a keeper.

They didn't have the bolt i was looking for but they look for over 15 min trying to find one. They did give me the size of the bolt & no other auto part store had it either. Still my go to place to hard to find parts!

I had one of the worst racist guy by the name Dan at East Hartford location Very RudeBeen a customer for good 3 years but guess what Autozone is just close by
