Extremely Helpful staff, I needed a receipt for a battery I bought from them in December.Frank took the time to search for the transaction and find the receipt that I needed.Great Customer Service.

Ordered online for same day delivery. Didn't come. Call the next day, guy on the phone tells me it wasn't a delivery order. My e-mail'd receipt says otherwise. Guy offers me no solution, just cancels my order instead. Customer service here is a joke.Just going to go to one of the many other auto parts stores in the area from now on.

One of the younger men that works at this store is impolite. Their tone of voice implies that you re an inconvenience to them as a customer. This behavior has been consistent between both in store and over the phone interactions.This is not the type of interaction I d like to have when doing business with a company. I will no longer give business to Napa and will opt to buy car parts from a competing company.

Always professional! always has a knowledgeable person on staff to assist you in all your automotive needs. May be a bit pricey but you honestly get what you pay for. If you need a great air freshener check out Jos� I bought 2 today at a great price along with a transmission auxiliary cooler line for my Silverado good luck finding that anywhere else but at napa. I highly recommend you make them your first stop when looking for OEM parts. And did I mention they support the Military and first responders

This Napa was the best the owner came right out to my car and he is just the most honest person I have encountered, if you are in town and in need of a part please go to Napa! I have been going there for 32 yes if not longer!

The customer service is good you get what you need but the prices i recommended auto parts for better prices but if u want to go for it be my guest good parts and options they have in here which is good

This location is fine, but the napa website is garbage. Search results don't actually bring up what you're looking for even though it exists. Then, when you actually find what you're looking for, and it's "in stock"... It really isn't.

I walked into NAPPA to see if I can get a new battery for my key to my car and the employee said I don t have tools to open that. What auto shop does not carry tools to open up keys. Terrible and very unprofessional

Terrible costumer service!! The manager act like he is the owner of all NAPA stores and he doesn t know or care about how to be empathic. Don t go buy there !!

Need hydraulic hose clamp they didn't have the size I needed, but the parts guy was very professional and try to find it to no avail.
