This Monro really helped me out in a pinch! I was visiting my in-laws for the weekend and found a puddle of brake fluid under my tire and my brakes weren t working right. I got my car towed here and they diagnosed and repaired everything the same day - on a Saturday! Cannot thank Mike & Team enough! They have great reviews for a reason!

Went there to have a car I had recently purchased inspected to make sure all was well. I had no appointment, just walked in and was taken care of right away. Mike offered to secure my battery in place at no charge. Mike and his crew are top notch customer service! Thank you again!

Came initially for a check engine light so they ran a diagnostic test and changed spark plugs and I thought they fixed it but a month later the light came back on (I had only driven it 15 miles.) Was charged again for another diagnostic test after being told I would not be charged. It's hard to find a good mechanic. :/

Great experience with Mike Goldwyn. He got me in and out fast, checked my car found nothing to be wrong and charged me for nothing. Doesn t happen often with auto repair. So grateful!

We had a flat tire and Monro Tire came to the rescue! Mike got us right in and the team at Monro Tire had our tire replaced within an hour. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety on the road. The prices were fair and reasonable, and the service was top-notch. Won't let that place service my car. Would not give a price quote and assumed they had the job. Buy law they are suppose to quote a price before doing any work. Time to call in the DMV

Had a great experience thanks to Horace. He kept my level of Expectations as high as I ve always had for Service there. His workers took the initiative to get my car in ASAP. Diagnosed The Problem and Horace confirmed, and set an appointment the very next day. The only reason they didn t do the job on the spot was they didn t have the few parts that I needed and it was 4:30 in the afternoon. Thank you, Horace.

I originally walked in for an oil change and to have my power steering diagnosed. The power steering was diagnosed as needing a new pump. Therefore I had a new pump installed [$1200] Over the next 6 days after doing so, I had to fill the power steering fluid twice, 12oz each time. I called and told the manager the issue and made an appt for 2 days after to have it looked at. It had been raining out and was told to come back on a dry day to be able to determine location of leak. I came back and it was determined the line from reservoir to rack was leaking. Therefore I had hoses replaced [$400]. 2 days after this repair, reservoir empty again. I scheduled an appt for new tires 2 days after finding there was still a power steering issue. Had the tires done [$400] and was told the return lines were now leaking. And that it would cost more to repair. The only thing offered was $25 off an hour of labor for the inconvenience. Plus cost of hoses [$500].My concern is that the power steering pump wasn't even bad, just all the lines. Therefore it would've saved me $1000. Almost a week later and no phone call from auto center with price to do lines. I already have had the repair done at Firestone, which is were I have usually frequented in the past. I was willing to give Monro a chance, but now I know where to continue to trust the better reliable diagnostic repairs.In addition to spending 3 weeks waiting on dependable repair, I lost wages due to not Uber driving part time. In fear of breaking down with the power steering continually leaking.

I brought my vehicle in for an emissions test. Was told it first needed an O2 sensor which they charged me $275 and 3 hours to fix a 30 minute job. Was told to drive the vehicle 100 miles to allow sensor to re set. It's been now more than 300 miles and the car stalls at every stop sign. I had another monro shop look at it and they said the O2 sensor was put in wrong causing car to stall. Still can't get it emission tested and when I called and spoke to Horace who did the job was told it wasn't their problem and they refuse to simply fix THEIR shoddy work.I recommend not to go there unless you want more problems then what you went in with.Contacted and reported them to the bbb and state.

That s my second time I came, first time for changes my bearing, and they did a great job! And I come back with other question today, and they did fully inspection for me , took few hours to check the estimated list I brought up from other repairs shop, and they said my car is okay to drive, have some thing has to fix but no need to spending 6-7k for that , is really such a relief to hear that , I really appreciate their help !

Had an appt for 7:30am, to mount & balance 4 tires & alignment. Went back at 3:30pm to p/u car & job not even started! Never again! Why even make appt?

Worst mechanic shop ever. I went there for an oil change they screwed up my lug nut and left it just spinning. And the guy lied saying it was the previous shop who did my tire. I went back so they can fix the issue. The manager was so unprofessional and rude. I ll never fix my car with them anymore.

I went 3 weeks ago for a noise that my Toyota RAV4 Exhaust has. I talked to Horace, he checked it, and show me that before they didn t do a nice job and perhaps it has something inside, it just the noise. He changed. As soon I drove home, the noise was there again. I came back and I told him about the noise, he told me to bring back, the next they. I came back, I talked to Mike, I really don t know what he did but the noise was there. At the end he said that he needs to asked for another Exhaust because that one was defected. I really don t know it they change because I let my car, but my car is still with the noise after I paid $427.86 (no, professional worker s to detecte the problem) very sad, and I really didn t go back, because I did many times and not results.

Do not come here. Go to Manchester. I have had two issues with them within the last few months. I went for a tire that lost air in it and they sent me back on the road with it saying they couldn t find anything wrong with it. I took it to the Manchester location they found a hole in it. I went for an oil change and when I was driving I noticed my hood smoking. They forgot to put the cap back on it so I went back for them to fix it. I get home and again my hood was smoking. I took it the Manchester location and they said they left tons of oil spoiled all over my engine. I am so frustrated, for now on I will continue going to Manchester.

If you care about your car DO NOT GO HERE!! Dude at the front desk is slow and every answer is IDK . Why are you here if you don t know anything?? they bring ur car in and have you waiting literally 2hours for a 20-30minute oil change! Never again!

They do not honor appointments and will only do what they are paid to do and will lie straight to your face.I had to wait 1 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment due to them being behind, it took them over an hour to get my car into the bay.I asked them to balance and rotate all 4 tires, only the balancing part was done as all 4 wheels are still on the same 4 corners. I realized this when I saw the car. I paid 60 dollars and not even the basic request was fulfilled. Any prior review of the manager tony are no long applicable.Micheal the new store manager lied straight to my face and said that the tires are rotated and the tires with the most tread are put into the front.

I cannot express my gratitude and impression of Michael Goldwyn s service. After going to pep boys in Berlin and having my car misdiagnosed, and quoted over $4000 in repairs, I went into Monro today and Michael was super informative, patient, and detailed. He told me all I needed was new tires. He brought me into the bay and visibly showed me what had to be repaired and eased my anxiety. I only spent $500. I live in NY and will continue to travelTo CT to do my business with Michael and his team. Thank you so much!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided at this Monroe location. The new supervisor, Mike, is a nice change from the previous few supervisors they've had. I came in for an emergency but I might start using them for routine maintenance. Not only was the service excellent but the quality provided by the tech was top notch as well. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Michael took us in just before closing Friday when one of our Subaru Outback tires was losing air. The puncture was just passed the repairable part of the tread, but luckily they had one of our size tire & installed immediately. Saved our trip from Maryland to New England! Great service!

Needed to replace my car battery after it died the night before. Mike stated they had the battery for my vehicle model beforehand but that turned out to be in error when I arrived. However he went out of his way to sit on the phone and call all the nearby locations until he found the right battery to rectify the situation and then personally drove to go pick it up for me. It also ended up being more expensive than the agreed price but he honored the initial quote without me bringing it up. Grateful for his service in going the extra mile and more specifically his integrity when an issue arose. Will be going back.

Mike and his team is my go too!!!! They are honest and very helpful. Mike takes the time to explain the problem and will go that extra mile to get what is needed to help alleviate the stress. Being a female that knows nothing about cars, I know I can go to him and leaves with a understanding. He has not steered me wrong yet. Michael Goldwyn at Monroe is my go to . 10 stars for him and his team. A friend of mine put Myself and my daughter onto this place awhile ago and we have been coming here for all of our car needs ever since.
