I called spoke to two people all of which were rude told me I can t have my items which I took pictures of my truck while it was getting on tow truck ct law it is theft of property for them not letting me get my stuff out the car they can keep the truck not my items on there which police will be called tomorrow and go in there with me there is a picture of this horrible towing company !

I've dealt with Mike, John and the Modern Team professionally for MANY years - in addition to choosing them for my own personal tow and transport needs. Prompt - professional - and FAIR. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and often do) to anyone requiring a hook asap. Heavy OR Light...and everything in between. MODERN will treat you Right!

Absolute scumbags. The workers steal stuff from your car when it s towed. We had 40 dollars worth of brand new cleaning supplies in the cars back seat that was missing when we picked up the car. The front desk associates are rude and slow when handling customers. The inside is dirty and disorganized. Prices for towing are relatively cheap and the only good thing about the entire business. Stay clear if you can.

Had an issue with a tow, the staff was very respectful and helped me resolve my issue very quickly. It's not pleasant to be towed, but I'm glad it was these guys and not some place like Cross Country

Charged my brother $100 to take his property out of his truck he crashed.,said that's the cover for tow,tow? "It's your job to tow" I said,.crooked people

The female answering the phone is extremely rude she told me I will never be able to talk to the manager , which I thought was very distasteful.... how can the manager allow that bad for business

My car got towed and there was some stuff stolen out my car, called them & they were being disrespectful .Would not recommend!
