I have been coming to Midas for the last 15 years. I have never been dissatisfied with the work done or The customer service they continue to offer. Donavon (Technician), his expertise and knowledge never seems to amaze me. Angel, the assistant manager goes above, and beyond ensure customer service and respect to all I have ever referred.Taiesha C.

I had a great service experience with Angel and his team. They were able to fix my vehicle exhaust system for a far less price than the dealer had quoted. My vehicle is quiet like a new car again. Thank you Angel for your prompt service and your teams expertise!

Those guys are very professional. Went there thinking my car had a fault after replacing the transmission. The guy who inspected the car told me it needed time to learn my driving. I took the car back, and it's been perfect now. They save me time and money

These guys are great! Got in for an oil change with no wait and a very comprehensive inspection. Angel, the service manager, is very professional and easy to talk to. Their team took great care of my older vehicle with high mileage. Will definitely be back.

When I went to them they were very kind and helpful. I don't know anything about cars need I say more? So they took the time to explain everything to me in detail since I'm disabled woman and have no knowledge about alternators, oil changes etc. I didn't even have to make an appointment. I came in to get my emissions done for my car . They took me right away and I was a walk in . So they gave me a full paperwork explaining what needs to be done on my car next time and they even highlighted just the important things that need to be taken care of. Place is clean, comfortable and very nice. If you need to get anything done for your car this place I highly recommend to anyone who wants to get work done on your car in a timely fashion this place is excellent!!!!!!!! I will always come here from now on!!!!

Overall experience is phenomenal. Been a customer for a while and have only gotten great customer service always. Angel is great! Gives thorough explanation of what is needed and why the recommendations are necessary. Will continue to use this service for my vehicle maintenances.

I had a phenomenal experience at this Midas. They staff was very pleasant & accommodating to all of my needs. They took me in last minute & took great care of my vehicle. This was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had at Midas or any auto shop I've ever been too. Shout out to Juan for his exceptional customer service!!! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of service.

I haven t been here for years, because I always go to the dealership and here I got my car from. However here at Midas the service was exceptionally amazing. Angel was patient and took his time explaining my car needs. I would definitely recommend this location.

So glad I gave Midas a try. I have been going to different shops and always feel like I'm being sold on a million unnecessary things for my car. Today I went into Midas and was greeted by Eric, He was upfront and honest about what my car actually needed. Thanks to Juan and Angel as well! I will absolutely be back. Went here instead of the dealership to fix my valve cover gasket that was leaking. They "fixed" it and cost me about $50 less than the dealership. As soon as I pulled off, the car was smoking, and smelled horribly of oil and of something burning. I couldn't shake the feeling that something was broken, so my husband took the car back to Midas. They told my husband my valve cover was now cracked. How? The car had no oil smells or issues with the valve cover prior to them working on it. Midas refused to take responsibility for their technician breaking my valve cover and quoted me over $1,000 to replace it. I called the dealership and they quoted me $400 less. When I took the car to the dealership, They advised me Midas has put in a bolt that didn't fit when they were putting my valve cover back together and cracked it. Lucky me. I'll never go back here again. A job that was going to cost me $370 at the dealer ended up coating me over $1,000 here. Stay far away!!!!!!!!

I go Midas always for my oil changes on my vehicles. Donavon and Juan help me especially today. The agents are always friendly and always answer my questions. Their expertise is stellar.

Juan was very helpful and explained everything to me before I got it done making sure I understood what was being done and what I needed done did not pressure me into getting a service done that I could not afford them explained to me about the snap program that the have. towed my car to the job site to fix it they flushed my whole transmission system didn t put any fluid back into the car and when my mechanic looked at my car all my screws to the plate underneath the car are all missing reason for the fluid to leak out very unprofessional not to put all the pieces to my car back how it belongs..

I've been going here for around 3 months now. I left Monroe after realizing they were a but shady in their business. Angel who has been making all my appointments is very professional and takes the time to speak to customers when they have any questions. He knows what he knows . He has helped me out alot and their prices are beyond reasonable! I appreciate that when they give a quote that's the actual price! My car 'Karen" is much happier ! Also I met Mr. Jaun thw new assistant manager. I appreciated his professionalism and how he jumps on the computer to help customers and support his teammates. This is my favorite mechanic spot!

Went in for an oil change and FINALLY got a truthful diagnostic! I'd been going to Monroe where they are not as helpful. The mechanics are all cordial and they are about their business. I have some work to do on my car ugh but I am confident my car will be taken car of. Look forward to continued business with this Midas.
