Joe was awesome!! Went to look at this Jeep and left with it 3 days later! When we went to test drive it a couple of things weren t working. He took care of it the NEXT day for me and it was ready to be picked up! He registered the car for me so no hassle on dealing with the dmv! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

I drove 400 miles for a truck that is a lemon, I took out a loan 3 years ago when I bought a 2007 f150 and it has been in the shop every since. The frame is bad, full of holes, the 4x4 doesn't work, the steering rack is bad, the underbelly is rusted beyond repair and the transmission is detroyed, just to name a few issues. I barely made it back to NH and immediately had to go to the repair shop within a week of taking it home. Main auto sales told me it just needs a "tune up" That's it. So after paying more than what the truck is worth chasing repairs I still owe 7 grand to the bank with a deadlined, uninspectable, undrivable vehicle. They overlooked all of that when they threw a sticker on it and sent me on my way. This is how main auto sales treats veterans.

Bad first impression. Called during open hours, it rang once and went to a voicemail that was full, then hung up. They clearly care a lot about my business. Clear your voicemails or get a new system.

I am so glad I chose main auto as shopping for vehicle From day one Joe helped me out; from being able to get approved for finance to taking the vehicle of my choice home took a few days but it wasn t anything Joe or his team did, it was between bank and I Joe and his team were so amazing I already recommended my family to main auto . Thank you so much Joe for all your hard work especially during these hard times with pandemic; you continued to supply all my needs

Searched online, called main auto, asked to fill application and choose the vehicle the rest was history S�per happy on the outcome, how Joe worked with me and not once gave up not lost hope waited a few days or so for the vehicle but it wasn t due to him yet the approval of a bank to finance but at the end I got approved and drove off with the car of my choice not just something they chose because of credit or what not!!! Thank you so much Joe for all your hard work and pushing until I got my vehicle Recommended to the fullest

This was the most unprofessional auto dealer I have ever been to we discussed a vehicle I had financing approval and when the time came to go down and test drive the truck I got out of work 2.5 hours early drove over an hour to the dealership just to find when I arrived that I was the victim of a bait and switch when I arrived to look at and test drive the 2009 Dodge ram I was instead shown a 2004 and told that I was wrong about which truck we had been talking about until I went to show emails at which point he admitted that it was not the truck we had discussed and that the truck that we had discussed was already gone but he couldn't take the time to inform me of that when he spoke to me on the phone right before I headed to his dealership. In the time I was there three different people arrived complaining of problems with their cars do yourself a favor and avoid this guy

Horrible experience, after I put $4000 deposit they told me I was approved about 1 1/2 months after. They had me sign contract and put insurance on vehicle I would never get to drive out the lot. They told me it was the dmv s fault that the process was taking so long. So after 2 months of paying for insurance, and them giving me round a rounds, not picking up phone for me, they finally answered and told me I was not approved and I won t be getting the car. Straight bums.

If I could give negative stars I would. First I sat at Main Auto for 6 hours while the paperwork was being done after driving an hour and a half to get there. Then the truck I was purchasing had the check engine light on. was told this was a evap problem (lie). When I left to drive the hour and a half home with the paperwork to register said truck come Monday morning 7/22/19 the title was not included so I wasted my time waiting at the DMV to register it. Called and was told the title would be delivered Tuesday which I was unaware of when I left Friday. Then when I told them they needed to replace the rear tires as they were bald and would not pass inspection, as well as fix the check engine problem (not clear it) I was then told the mechanic called in and the truck would not be ready by Wednesday. This was a red flag as if it were the evap this is a very easy fix that any novice can do. So now on to the return of my $2000 deposit. I was told it would be driven to me yesterday, when I texted to inquire as to a time I was told it would be sent over night and be delivered in the AM, it is now 11:40 and delivery says by 8PM. This has been by far the worst auto buying experience I have ever had. A total waste of my time and the lies told are unbelievable. Buyers beware and stay away from this shaddy dealer. There are plenty of honest car dealers out there, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership.Junior & Joe are awesome. In and out in less than 2 hrs . Did a test drive got my car registered and out !! Highly recommended!!

Update : After going back to the dealer three times the ac compressor failed repetitively. Agreed to pay for labor ($100) . Asked if AC was working before i purchased the car, employee said yes. Mind it was on a cold day(rain), so couldn t tell the ac wasn t working properly due to a bad compressor. Instead of letting me purchase new compressor, the dealer bought junk yard parts(cheap), which resulted in the entire system having to be flushed. 2 months later the ac compressor failed and I had to end up paying 500 for a new compressor and replacement fee. Didn t bother going back to get another junk yard part. Do your research before buying guys I learned my lesson. Stay away from this place. Shady

NEVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARBAGE DEALERSHIP YOULL BE BETTER OFF JUST THROWING YOUR MONEY IN THE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
