This is my 4th vehicle purchase from an Executive dealership and it was exactly as expected with total transparency, great up front pricing, professionalism, and great inventory. One of the best parts of the shopping experience is the dealership's use of 'Express Store' which allows you to build a lease that is accurate to the penny and shows all available rebates. Thank you to Robbie (sales) and Marissa (business manager) as they were so great to work with and I completed my purchase in a single day on the last sales day of the month when the dealership was very busy. I will strongly recommend Liberty Honda to friends, colleagues, and family and I am really enjoying my 2023 Honda Ridgeline Sport.

One of the best experiences. Robbie was so great, never pressured us into anything or never pushed to sell the car. He let us make our own decisions and never made anything uncomfortable. Did everything he could to get what we said we want and found the car that had everything and more we wanted within our budget. Very professional and straight up honest. Robbie made everything comfortable through the day. HIGHLY recommend Liberty Honda and to work with Robbie!! Thank you all so much!

Horrible service , from drop off to pick up . They don t communicate with you while they have your vehicle no matter how many times you call and leave messages . I recently brought my 2017 Honda accord with 93k miles in for a torque converter issue , which was covered thru Honda ( thankfully ) & a-poun pick up they have the wrong key in my file , and have the nerve to argue it s my key. After finding my RIGHT KEY the car had a slight shake on start up didn t think of much since was cold start . The following day I still felt it again , so I pop hood to see if there was a bad mount or maybe more movement than usual ( which there is a slight more movement) but as I m looking I see the driver side frame ( near battery ) pried up and what appears to me they tried to flatten back down . Now nothing they done while working on my could have done it yet there s black marks on the inside rail like if paint was scratched off while tryna pop the harness off the factory clip goes in to the body . 10/10 do not recommend this dealer .

Went to Liberty Honda service dept. after a very unpleasant experience at another Honda dealer. The staff at Liberty not only was patient and understanding but actually listened to my compliant. The Service Mgr., Dave was kind and showed he cared to help me. The Service Advisor, Chloe was on top of the repair and kept me updated. My car was returned completely repaired and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Liberty Honda and their service dept.

Great service and pricing! We were shopping for a car before the end of the year during a time where many CT dealerships are adding to their MSRP. This was the only dealership in CT I spoke with that was not doing that. They were professional, easy to work with and got us into a new vehicle quickly and easily. We would definitely return.

UPDATE 5 January 2024. Below is my original review, and here is an update. Spoke to the manager finally and she claimed that the receptionist wrote down my number incorrectly, and that was the reason for the lack of callback. I ll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one issue, but they still left me at home waiting for them to pickup my car with zero explanation aside from miscommunication on their end. They did eventually get me a loaner and fix the issue. I had switched over to snow tires at this point and the dealership claimed the problem was that Town Fair had not properly balanced my tires. I asked how they could explain that when it was doing the same thing with their tires on the car. The manager said, we don t know that . Unfortunately for the manager, we do know that because the first two times I brought it in it had their tires on it, and the service manager said it was shaking like crazy. You know, I just wish a business would be honest and admit when they screw up and apologize; I d have so much respect for that. Instead it s either my fault, or someone else but them. I do not recommend this place for anyone purchasing a new or used Honda, and most certainly would not recommend the service department either.Purchased a new 2024 Accord Touring and have had a terrible experience thus far. With 65 miles on the car it was shaking and shimmying on the highway at speed, so I made an appointment to get it repaired and the service manager said that it was my fault because I had dinged a curb. When I explained that the problem was happening before that, they basically said that I was being dishonest. So, two visits to the service department and about 9 hours of waiting there was no fix. I contacted my sales person for help over a week ago and got no response. I called and spoke to the location manager who said they would take care of it. She asked me where I lived and said they would send a person with a loaner car to my location to pick up my car to repair it so that I wouldn t be inconvenienced. On the day of the pickup, which I took some vacation time for, no one showed up. When I called the dealership I spoke to the receptionist who said they would have someone reach out to me, but no one ever did. I called back 2 hours later and said I was unhappy with being blown off, and she said she would have someone call me right away, but again no one called.Today is the day after that appointment and I woke up to an email from Honda saying that I missed my appointment; the one where the dealership made a promise to me to pick up my car for said appointment.This is one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I ve had with a new car and dealership. I have no idea why they would not at least give a courtesy call as to what happened, but to be completely ghosted is just unfathomable.As a side, I m a veteran that is plugged into several large networks of fellow vets in the state. I will be posting this interaction in those groups to warn other vets from using this dealership. This is absolutely ridiculous.

My wife Aicha brought her Honda Insight in for a diagnosis about the Hybrid battery they were very thorough and honest. Excellent technicians. I would recommend them to anybody they saved us a lot of money and it was excellent service

I was satisfied with the final product from the work. However I have never experienced such horrible communication. I have owned Honda vehicles for about 10 years now and never had an experience like this one. I worked in insurance so I completely understand back orders on parts. But to continuously send me surveys prior to any communication being given to me regarding the parts needed and about the completed work when it took 7 months for my part to come in is insulting. Please stop sending your customers surveys about their service when they aren t even being communicated about the status on back ordered parts.

I needed a new car pronto. They gave me the best price for a new Honda Civic walking in the door! $4K knocked off the MSRP before I even sat down. They told me no negotiations necessary. I walked into LIBERTY having no idea of what I was doing looking for a used car by myself at 85..you know what they say about lawyers??? well then what they say about car salesmen is worse..not in this case...Udi walked me through Leasing a NEW car. I already gave 4 of his cards out.GREAT service all around. Everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable. This place was really good before but their service is getting trashy, who ever is working on the cars is not performing the work correctly. I went for an oil change and left with my car feeling heavy, and smelling like gas. Let me mind you that I was at the place for about 3 hours with an actual appointment. Filters where place wrong etc. then they told me that out of courtesy I would have a free oil change on the house I went on Halloween to get my oil change and can u believe nothing was recorded in their system. My car feels really heavy like I need to find a new place for business

THIS REVIEW IS ADDRESSING THEIR POLICIES REGARDING THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.Liberty Honda, for about 3 years was my preferred dealership when it came to servicing my vehicle (2013 Honda Pilot). During my initial dealings with Liberty I never had any issues or concerns when it came to routine maintenance or having work done.November of 2020, my vehicle was dropped off for routine services (I believe it was an oil change, tire rotation, etc). During this visit I was informed that the battery that was currently in my vehicle tested poorly and was advised to replace it. This battery was originally in the vehicle when I purchased it. Having no idea how old/worn the battery actually was, while also never feeling steered wrong by Liberty, I gave the go ahead to replace it.The main benefit of replacing the battery at the dealership vs your run of the mill parts store (for me) was the associated 100 month warranty that came with the purchase of the battery.FAST FORWARD to December 2023. I came home from a 5 day business trip to find that my vehicle was no longer turning on in any way, shape or form. I figured it was the cold weather with no activity for a week that drained the battery so I attempted to jump it. After about 10-15 minutes of charging the battery with another vehicle I was still met with zero response from the car. I remove the battery and take it to my local auto parts store for a battery charge and then subsequently a test. The test confirmed what the failed jumping and lack of any activity proved...the battery was dead.Noticing that there was only 36 or so months out of the 100 month warranty that has passed I immediately contacted Liberty. After multiple attempts of trying to reach the service department by phone, I ultimately settled on just speaking with the Parts Dept. I spoke with a Hispanic man who informed me that if I can provide proof of purchase and bring the battery down...it can be tested and then replaced if its shot.After that call, I drove the 25 minutes to Liberty. I found the gentleman in Parts I spoke to and he told me to go speak with the Service Dept. Following his instructions, I spoke to a balding Caucasian man with glasses to not only confirm that I purchased the battery (obtaining proof through service records) but also informing him of the situation. This is when everything seemingly went awry. The "we'll take care of you cause that's what we do at Liberty Honda" feeling I received from the gentleman in Parts, turned into "Well unfortunately we can't charge/test/replace a battery if the vehicle isn't here".That man then went to speak to (I'm assuming) the Parts employee but then shortly returned with more "Employee Handbook" language basically telling me I'm "S.O.L" (my choice of words not his) unless I was to get the vehicle towed to the dealership. My attempts to appeal to his better nature by informing him that the main reason I felt compelled to purchase a battery through them 3 years prior was knowing if something did go wrong within that warranty period that the process and eventual replacement wouldn't be an issue. That the requirement of spending more time and money to have the vehicle towed to the dealership wasn't worth it. This swayed him none.Ultimately I left Liberty Honda, went to Autozone, purchased a battery, went home and installed it. Then I shook my head in shame as it started right up with zero issues. I later performed multiple charging system tests on the vehicle confirming my alternator, starter, etc was completely fine.I say all of that to say...if you plan on purchasing parts @ Liberty Honda...specifically because it was recommended by their service department, you might want to think twice when it comes to holding their feet to the fire come warranty time.Shoutout to that gentleman in Parts who attempted to do right by the customer.

Very bad experience and it only gets worse. Took my car in to mount and balance 4 tires with alignment. Picked up my car from service and when i got home noticed that they only mounted 2 of the tires. Went back to have them finish the job which they did. Then they messed up and scratched my rims. The dealer verified that they caused the damage and had someone fix the rims. That job wasn t that great either. The rim still has imperfections from where they messed it up. The general manager said they would repaint the whole rims, but when i spoke to the gentleman that does the rims he said they only touched up the spots that were messed up. Would never take my car here again. ill take the extra 15min drive to manchester.

2014CRV towed in after loosing power compression test passed, phone call from service desk telling us we need a new engine. Asked to talk with mechanic told he was busy and same lady called back, stated again we need a new engine. Towed it to our own mechanic and found it was a broken valve spring funny thing when car broke down I managed to be in front of a Firestone All Care. They did diagnostics and compression test and suggested it could be a spring, never even charged me. Liberty repeated theses diagnostics but new engine was the fix they came up with. What gives??? I had a terrible experience at this dealership.I booked an appointment for a test drive but didn t get to have one when I visited the dealership. They explained that the cars had just arrived, but my appointment was solely for a test drive. When I requested a test drive for a different trim, which had multiple vehicles available, they began giving me illogical reasons for denial, such as having another appointment and limiting appointments to one hour per visitor. It became clear that these excuses were given because I mentioned I wouldn t be making a deposit that day.It felt like a complete waste of my time.
