Amazing dealership with very good customer service and I was treated with respect. I bought my Hyundai at Key in Manchester and I will never return there. We met with Azeri Aljahmee when we were just looking . My husband is a very hard sell. The second visit my husband (and I) were totally impressed with Azee s knowledge, patience and we ended our second visit with a gorgeous red Venue.Azee was professional but also listened to all our questions and concerns. Bought a car from RAJ who might as well be congratulated for being a professional scam artist. They lied, sneaky fees and can t keep their word. Scammed my poor father .. it s been weeks since they said they d mail a car manual of a car we bought there one of the many issues we are facing . Extremely unprofessional & rude to the elderly .

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had! Worked with Erik, (who I would highly recommend) very easy going and non-pushy (which I like) answered all my questions on the Hyundai Tucson. Also work with JD on the finance end, again another great guy who went out of his way to make this happen for us. The facility is very clean, neat, and professional looking. For anybody out there looking to find a place to get their next Hyundai (best warranty in the business), look no further! Hats off to a job well done!

I called to find a bolt for my control arm for my 2011 sonata. Mike answered the phone in the parts department and was very helpful. I came in to buy it two days later and promptly got the right part. Very friendly and easy experience. Thank you, Mike!

Never again!! Sales rep couldn't accept that a deal couldn't be reached. Stormed off then came back extremely aggressive! Should have known to walk away when the largest possible ( our sales rep) sat in the front with me in Mini Cooper!!! Seriously, test drive with seeing basically unable to move due to the large size. This dealership is a joke, go elsewhere.

My experience at Lia Hyundai while attempting to lease a new car was incredibly disappointing. Although the test drive went smoothly, the rest of the process was marred by numerous instances of miscommunication and unprofessional behavior. Despite making a $500 security deposit for a specific car, I was shocked to discover that it had been sold to someone else. Even after 10 days of back-and-forth, they were unable to fulfill their commitment and instead offered me a different color option. Despite having credit approval and final confirmation, they failed to provide the car I had chosen and made a deposit for. This level of miscommunication and disrespect is unacceptable. Furthermore, they even failed to respond to my text messages and calls when I was following up with the issue. I found a completely different experience at another Hyundai dealership where I was able to obtain the car I wanted without any issues and it only took a day!

Very disappointing with dealer had a car doing recalls Wednesday 2-7-24 Got a call that the car was done. Had a friend drive me there at 6 PM. Young lady behind the counter says have a seat. I m cleaning my desk. Well she s on the phone with an air peace talking on the phone?Finally, I just say listen I m here to pick up a car. She said it s not done yet. Call the dealer in the morning. They said it was done yesterday.

Hyundai offers an engine warranty to 150k miles for Tucsons due to plaguing engine problems to most of their SUV models. My 2013 Tucson specifically seized at 142k while driving to work a week after getting car checked out and oil changed by family mechanic (who s great). Thinking we were getting a good deal with it being covered we brought it to Lia Hyundai in late November. They proceeded to take the car in and put me in touch with a Hyundai case worker. First red flag is the case worker saying rentals are covered at a $40 a day rate and the head mechanic saying they don t cover rentals to his knowledge, also the case worker mentioned they can possibly loan a car which was also immediately turned down by the mechanic. The case worker then assured us the rental will be covered as soon as the diagnosis is written up so we decide to wait until we receive confirmation of that. 2nd red flag, we ended up having to call multiple times to the case worker and head mechanic to obtain a diagnosis, although the mechanic states he knows it s the engine he says we re #19 in line to receive a diagnosis and that it ll take some time to be in the system. Almost 3 weeks later we finally receive news that we had a diagnosis put in. Mechanic states it ll be done within two weeks between ordering parts and installation which also had us in another line due them only having 2 master mechanics who can install engines. 3rd red flag, after a month and a half of total time waiting on this car we are told we can pick up the car but first have to replace spark plugs and a serpentine belt for engine to work properly along with a transmission wire which caused a check engine light to turn on (which was not a problem prior to bringing car to Hyundai) We are told they will only charge for the parts and that the spark plugs could wait if we want our mechanic to install which we replied we ll wait. 4th red flag, finally we are all set to pick up car and are told we owe over $350 for the additional work we were told we had to do including the spark plugs which we said we d handle on our own, these prices also included labor contrary to what we were told. We then tell the case manager (who had stopped replying to our emails about our rental for over a week) who insist there is nothing she can do. When going to pick up the car we had to go back and forth with the head mechanic for them to drop the labor charges as they had previously stated. As soon as we drove off I knew I had to write my first review on this unprofessional establishment. Do not buy Hyundai cars and if you do, surely do not get it worked on here at Lia Hyundai.

Parts buyers beware!!!Don t buy Hyundai s easy to steal!Although their lack of security for Hyundai burglary defence from tic toc s step-by-step how easy to steal their cars, Hyundai still hasn t changed out the ignition system or did a recall. The parts I bought are flying off the shelves with no problem, yet they charge a 15 percent restock fee even if you bring it back inside 48 hours and it s not a special order this is more common than white bread.Considering how much I spent there. I will NEVER go back.

I am in the market for a new vehicle and received a call from Rachel after checking MSRP and local prices on Edmunds. She immediately wanted to get me on lot to test drive. I replied that I was checking around on pricing before I would be heading onto any lot. I told her Edmunds forwarded my inquiry and she hung up on me. We are currently in a car market with record auto loan delinquencies yet some of these dealerships think it's wasting their time to shop pricing. If the entire process of purchasing a vehicle was more transparent, the money conscious consumer wouldn't have to contact 20 dealerships and compare pricing, loan rates, dealer fees, money factors, residual values and the like when buying or leasing. Dealers are not your friends; they aren't looking out for you. If you find ones that are unwilling to work for the sale, that's on them. With rates as high as they are, each day cars sit on their lot has them losing money. If people refuse to negotiate, walk away and leave a negative review.

Lia Hyundai was the best car buying experience I've had, hands down. I've bought 10 new vehicles in my life, and this dealership exceeded all of my expectations.My salesman, Azee Aljahmee, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and go over the features of the vehicle in detail. I never felt pressured, and after comparing prices with other dealerships, no one could come close to Lia's deal.After we selected our vehicle, Sarah in financing helped us navigate the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She was able to maximize our rebates and get us a great financing rate. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and professional, and it was a pleasure to work with them.When we picked up our vehicle, it was detailed to perfection. It was clear that they take great pride in their work.I would highly recommend Lia Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I would definitely return to work with Azee again!

I made an online appointment with Hailey to look at a car and confirmed the next day, before driving 2+ hours round trip. I arrived to find out that the car had been sold before I even made the appointment. No apologies and Hailey didn't even make herself available when I arrived.Highly unprofessional and rude. I guess that's what you get when you shop a bottom of the barrel brand.

Anthony Jordan was a pleasure to work with when I was shopping for a car at Lia Hyundai. After a terrible experience in Manchester, I felt so at ease when I met Anthony (Tony). I have yet to make a decision just based on circumstances with my current car, but if I purchase a Hyundai it will be at Lia and Tony.

My wife and I recently bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Lia Hyundai. Our salesperson Sewell Minto was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Sewell explained all the features of the vehicle as well as comparing the different Hyundai models. Sewell gave us a very reasonable offer for the new Hyundai Santa Fe. My wife and I were very satisfied with the buying process and my wife loves her new vehicle!

I m giving a 3 for the rocky start I felt like chop liver initially but once I was passed on to Dan in services he helped me out with my warranty and went to bat for me, he was understanding and always got back to me within 24hrs and shout out to Gavin for reaching out to me and getting me situated I honestly wish I went to Hyundai first instead of the mom and pop shop I went to before them, I feel my car situation would ve been handled better in Dan s hands but that s just how the cookie crumbles.

The only reason I use Hyundai Dealer service is recalls and warranty (prepaid) oil service. For everything else I use independent service companies.Trying to use Dealer Service is painful - - you know what they call people who pay to have pain inflicted on them?I'm not one of those people.For tire service, go to Towne Fair Tire on this area...they'll treat you better than Lia will.

We bought a very nice pre-owned Elantra GT here. Very nice and easy experience even on Covid time. Tony Jordan was friendly, clear and not pushy at all. They didn't play any price game (how are you paying? How much per month?...). Two hours after entering for the first time ever the dealer we left with our new car! They even mail me a check for over charging DMV costs!UPDATE: today we had our first service on the car. Funny they didn't mention the first service is for free! In less than 1 hour we were out, ready for other 5k miles and with zero dollars out of the pocket! Well done Lia!

Everyone there was so pleasant! I was given the option to select what issues I wanted to take care of and not pressured into having everything done at once. I appreciated that and will definitely bring it back for the other things that need to get done.
