When I entered in the service center, I was greeted byDane Morissette right away and took a complete charge. He was very courteous and professional. I had some questions about my complementary service and other questions which he provided all answers promptly. Right at the time of leaving from the service center, I noticed some dried marks on my car. He brought a spray bottle from the office and cleaned it upon my request. Overall, the service I got from Dane was very delightful with full professionalism.Thank you so much.

Had a great experience with Dane Morissette in the service department. Recently had work done on my vehicle and Dane was helpful in explaining things to me including being truthful about the time frame it would take, he assisted me with the drop off and called me promptly when my vehicle was ready. Thanks Dane! Highly recommended!!!

Been a customer for years. Best dealership around! Service department can't be beat! BIG thanks to Gavin for keeping the ball rolling and Hector, Dane & Dakota are TOPS! But everyone that works there is pleasant and knows what good old-fashioned customer service is!

My experience was very good. Dane Morrissette was the technician who worked with me. He explained the suggested work. Then he assisted me with which I should do right away because I was not able to do all of them at once. He was thorough and most of all courteous. He made it a much easier process.

I went to Lia Hyundai of Hartford for my standard oil change. Venroy Allen was the knowledgeable, polite Service Manager who assist me. Although the Invoice said my fluids were topped off, they were not. On my drive home my windshield washer low light came on.

great job at Lia Hyundai. I was unsure how my 3rd party warranty was going to work and I was happily surprised at the ease that my service consultant, Venroy Allen, made it for me. I provided the phone number and my contract number for my warranty company and he did the rest. He made the initial claim for repair. Very easy for me.

We are happy with our vehicle however we felt mislead. We were instructed by our sales and the financial rep to let them know a day ahead of when we would be picking up our vehicle to allow them time to clean it and apply the shield protection in and outside of it. After providing full payment to the cashier and sitting with the financial rep for completion of our paperwork we were given the Zurich Shield Customer Care kit. We were informed this was for us to upkeep the shield protection. Was the additional $1k protection we haggled over and agreed to pay for the care kit? The kicker is we still had to wait for the car to be "cleaned" or "rinsed off" and tires sprayed. When we got the vehicle home we found a piece of pretzel on the floor under the gas pedal. The car had not been properly vacuumed, we had to do the rugs, cargo etc. It took my husband 2+ hours to vacuum!!! Considering we paid the total cost of the vehicle more effort could have been placed into cleaning, the same effort that was placed into making the sale.

Dane is attentive and concise with his communication about work that needs to be done with my vehicles. I ve been dealing with Dane for over 12 years, and he has always made me feel comfortable to continue to service my vehicles there.

I cannot say enough great things about Service Advisor, Dane Morissette. Between helping me navigate a warranty repair issue to urgently advocating the troubleshooting and ultimate diagnostic solution resulting in a new altenator, I am looking forward to getting my Tucson back!!! Thank you, Dane!

The thing that made this a rewarding experience at Lia Hyundai Hartford was the Service Representative, Hector Morales. He was really efficient, knowledgeable, and really interested in getting my Sonata fixed in a timely manner. He was pleasant and professional and had a nice sense of humor too. He is a credit to Lia Hyundai and I will be back to have my car serviced there again. There should be more employees of the calibre of Hector Morales. He deserves a raise and a promotion and a pat-on-the-back. This was my second time having Hector as the Rep who helped me and both times he exceeded my expectations.Also, I love my Hyundai 2018 which I bought brand new and have basically never had any trouble with it.Service: Electrical repair

I visited Lia for maintenance on my leased Hyundai and encountered an issue where the battery cover was mistakenly left on the trunk. When I reported this, the staff did not respond. Then I reported to the Hyundai Customer Care, they offered a discount on future maintenance, which unfortunately isn't beneficial for me due to my existing 3-year free maintenance plan. Overall, the experience was ok in terms of service, but there's room for improvement in handling situations. However, it's worth noting that they may not be on the same level as other brands (like Toyota) or dealerships in terms of overall customer service."

Hector Morales was very attentive of my needs and made sure he directed me the entire way. Mr.Morales was professional and courteous. Moving forward I will make sure he handles all my car needs. I arrived early and they took me in right away. Hector Morales was very professional and knowledgeable. I explained a few of the issues I was experiencing and was giving several options. The oil change, regular maintenance and replacement of a brake light was done with precision and speed. As an owner, nobody wants to visit the dealer service center too often. However, Lia Hyundai was the best. Especially, Hector Morales was my service manager and he was professional, kind, and truthful. I recommend this dealer and service center.

Dane Morissette was my Customer Service Representative. My car was scheduled for a preventative undercoating service call made by Hyundai Corporation. Dane has been a long time employee at Lia Hyundai and has always been friendly, professional, and efficient in processing all service calls I have had done over the years. I appreciate the ease and comfort of having my car serviced at Lia and Dane s manner adds to that experience.My most recent appointment for a safety recall in regards to the security alarm system was taken care of by Dakota Pare last week. Although, I called earlier to set up the appointment and notify the service department that I was running 5-8 minutes late, I was able to arrive within the 5 minutes and Dakota despite being very busy assisted me right away. I had a few questions to ask about an inoperable remote and she explained that a reset could be done and what those costs were. I wasn t able to afford that at this time, but was grateful for the information. She also took the time to look at my headlights, as I noticed one light seemed like it was out. She checked it immediately and I authorized the replacement to be done. I found Dakota to be very focused, professional, and accommodating. These are qualities that create a customer service experience. Great employee and great service was demonstrated by Dakota. Thank you!

I really like dealing with Dakota Pare at the service desk. She is very direct and clearly explains the work. She also keeps tabs on me as a customer. If you joke around with her, she gets it!
