Second time here (first time was a charm ) I was not by the least satisfied . major issues were the quality of the replaced parts and the quality of the paint job. to be honest i feel like they rushed the job even though they had the car for a little under a month. the grille they ordered didn't snap in properly because there is a gap between the girl and the car , the bumper that they ordered has defects in it , and the paint job color is off and sloppy . totally unpleased with the service .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My poor Mercedes was involved in a hit in run. I always take my car to the dealership but they no longer do collision damage and they told me they use Ledyard. Enough said. Ledyard was very pleasant and efficient. They fixed my car beautifully. I am saving their contact on my phone for future business just in case I would have to need them again. Hopefully not, but if I do, I trust their work. My car looks better than ever. Thank you Angelo, Jim, and the staff who worked on my car. Very pleased to get it back today. Awesome.

Ledyard auto body was highly recommended by the Mercedes dealer, as they are their certified collusion center. I had excellent luck this year when a free fell on my 2020 CLA 250 during one of the storms. While it was mostly glass damage, it was a pretty good about of work. From the very first time I called, I was impressed with the service here. I spoke with Jim every time. He arraigned a tow from my house to the shop, and worked directly with my insurance company. Once work got underway, I had the car back in about 2 weeks. Jim was always on the other line when I called, or very quick to respond to my emails. They are extremely professional, and do excellent work here. My car looks and runs as good as new! I highly recommend Ledyard auto body. They have a customer for life!

Angelo and his team do phenomenal work, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have brought my car in for minor paint work as well as more than one significant repair, and have been impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and amazing attention to detail. Their work speaks for itself. There is a reason that they are the local Mercedes certified repair facility, they simply are the best at what they do. Use them with confidence.

My BMW got hit the day before Christmas Eve and I went to get a quote from a body shop closer to me and was given the runaround. So I thought of Ledyard Auto Body, called them up and was told to bring my car right on over. They took one look at my vehicle and despite how busy they were they told me they would get me right in in less than a week so that I can have my car as soon as possible. The finished product was incredibly impressive as it looked like my car just came off the show room floor. I was thrilled to see how beautiful of a job they did. I can t thank you guys enough and how much I appreciate your attention to detail, professionalism and enthusiasm to fix my car. Look no further they are truly THE BEST!!!

They did a great job working on my car. Obviously due to supply chain issues during this covid times, it took a lot of time to get the original parts. They are very good professionals and are very prompt in giving honest updates on your car s progress whenever required.

I just picked up my car today and it was clean, washed and looks perfect! It only took 2 days to fix some small dents, scuffing and minor damage from a parallel parking attempt gone wrong even the guy from Enterprise was surprised at how quickly the work was completed! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with! I highly recommend Ledyard Auto Body and will definitely use them again, although I hope I don't have to

Had significant damage to a 2017 Range Rover SC brought it to the dealer to look at and the owner mentioned Angelo at Ledyard Street Auto Body due to my time constraints of getting the vehicle back. Angelo made me feel it was not as bad I thought and they took the job and turned it around quickly for me. It s an art form, what he turns out for his customers. I can only say is I will not go anywhere else moving forward with any of my seven vehicles for auto body repairs. Highly recommended.

Angelo and his team are the real deal! After taking my S550 to multiple mechanics for months with no success I finally turned to Angelo. Angelo and his team fit me in the schedule right away. They knew exactly what was wrong with the car as soon as they looked at it. They have all the necessary equipment and expertise. They were able to quickly identify the problem and give me genuine options as to what I should do with my best interest in mind. They are fair and honest. I will never go elsewhere again.

Just had my Mercedes E-400 repaired here. The whole right side of my car was sideswiped --lots & lots of damage--& costing quite a bit to fix....all covered by insurance. Everyone at Ledyard was terrific.....they completed the job in less time than quoted by the insurance adjuster. Everyone was thoughtful,kept in touch, returned calls. The car now looks brand new. I'm thrilled!Thank you everyone......for taking such good care of it.

I have needed work done THREE TIMES on my car within a year and each time, I went directly to Ledyard in Hartford! Angelo is the owner and he runs a top-notch shop. Eric is in the main office area and has always gone above and beyond to help! The work has ALWAYS been fantastic and done as quickly as possible. Honestly, I highly recommend this shop where they specialize in Mercedes Benz.

Watch out for this place. Before you give them you car take pictures of every possible part on you car to have evidence. They did damage to my car and they told me that I did it before it got there. They're not honest. Will lie to your face. In my situation, I have pictures and Insurance report but they still deny that they have anything to do with it. I was going to give them good review for the repair but for damaging my car and not being honest, how do I even know if they did a good job.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. They I've had my insurance quote for at least 6 weeks. They told me it would take 3 days to get the parts in and then they would call me. Needless to say I've never gotten a phone call from them. I have followed up 3 times and each time they keep telling me the parts aren't in. How disorganized can you be? I took my car to another Auto Body Shop three days later parts are in, and 3 days after that I have my car back all fixed.

Best Autobody shop in the northeast! They repair very high end vehicles as well as your everyday car. You can drop off your car and they will deal with the insurance companies. Very easy to get to from int 91.

They have specialty on Mercedes. Services are great and they are actually listening to customer's need. Price was quite reasonable as well. Highly recommended for any Merc owners.

Our Mercedes got in a car accident ,and we brought it here to fix it what a wonderful job from Angelo and staff ,we could not tell the difference ,the car looked brand new,we thank you for everything and you went above and beyond to do the wonderful job on our car excellent service .My husband and I thank you very much !

Fantastic work, just make sure you get a copy of your paid deduction on a separate receipt in case you need to submit it to other persons insurance.
