Jay installed a modern system in my 2001 Mustang convertible. It works with my phone and has a microphone. I am amazed that I have been answering the phone with the top down and noisy traffic around me and people have not even noticed and told me I sound good. Using Apple CarPlay I can see maps on the screen. It s great. Jay did a great job for a fair price. I give Jo-Di s my highest recommendation.

The owner just installed a kickass sound system in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. He put in a 4 channel Alpine Amp, under the passengers seat and added Alpine 6x9 speakers in the front and 5" Kickers in the rear doors. This new system sounds 500% better than it did before. Amazing. I would definitely recommend him.

Please note, the location changed on Sept 2022 to:144 Main StNew Hartford, CT 06057Right across the street from the New Hartford Diner.Jason did an outstanding and quick job. I called him on Monday for a remote car starter for my Honda. And here I am on Thursday midday and it's done and it works perfectly. No more getting into a cold car in the winter time.Not that I need one, but he is also certified to install breathalyzers for those who do need it.

I purchased the 1500 ft $300 remote car starter (with installation) in December of 2015 and love it! Installation was fast and everything is still working well.Starting the car from my window a few minutes early each morning was well worth the $300.

We recently went to Jo-Di's to have an electric car starter put in our car and although we had a couple issues with it, the costumer service was above and beyond. Dean is a pleasure to deal with and they really pride themselves on customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. My family has also gone here for other things and have been very happy.

Wasn't fond of the pricing $300 / plus leave the car all day for a dash cam install is insane IMO.Hard to reach as it he's not there on Sat.

Brought in my vehicle to have a cd player head unit installed. The person I spoke to on the phone was very cordial and easy to work with. I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my vehicle. They called in about 3 hours saying it was done. The cd player install came out great and I was very happy with the service. The price was also great too. If I knew it was this easy I would have brought all my vehicles I've put steroes in to them!

I had a windshield replaced and the technician broke my antenna wires and connector. I dropped off my original antenna and asked for them to order me a new one. Was told it was a special order part. I called everyday to get order status and was told they were having difficulty finding it to -its on backorder at warehouse. Seeing it's the dead of winter I wanted it fixed Yesterday. I got tired of waiting and getting the brush off, I decided to call their W.Hartford store. Mind you, Canton store told me days prior they had 2 other stores looking for it as well. I ended up going to WH. 10mins and I left with my starter in full working order at No charge.

went there a few years ago to get a head unit, and all 4 speakers installed. That went alright. Then I got an amp separately. The upholstery was never properly put back in , and they screwed up the wiring to the battery. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a year later to get a sub put in. The guy (who is now the owner) looked at me and said "Install the sub? we just drop it in and wire it to the amp", and then explained that whoever did the job sucked. When told I got it done there he gave that awkward "oh..". They are just terrible.

Jason is an experienced craftsman who is dedicated to doing it right the first time. Always pleased with the quality of work and the reasonable pricing. They perform more than their website lists, just ask.

Great selection of stuff on display. Dean was very knowledgable and helped me understand what was best for my situation. I paid a fair price..... got a great sounding system.....felt great about shopping local.... and had an overall super experience.Keep up the good work.

Had problems wiring an after market radio, could not get any sound. Call Jo-Di's and they walked me though it over the phone. Stereo works like a charm in 5 mins. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks Jo-Di's!

Worst customer service. Prices way to hight and if you don't know anything about radios they will advantage of you. I took my business some else.
