I purchased my first Jaguar with Michael Malchevsky at Jaguar Hartford and I was amazed by how knowledgeable he was as well as his "no pressure" attitude which was rarely seen in previous car-buying experiences. I cannot thank him enough for making my purchase so smooth! I am so in love with my car :)

The first time I went to buy a car was probably around age 17. I remember throwing up in the bathroom because it was so traumatic. Working with Michael was about as different an experience as one could expect. Beyond that, I freaking love this car!

We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Jaguar Hartford. Sales person and business manager were very professional and accommodating. Test drive to pick up of new car were smoothly executed. We are very satisfied customers of Jaguar Hartford!

Purchased our first Jaguar!! 2021 Editing this one 2023.... nice car purchased extended warranty. Kept telling them every time I had an oil change that the coolant was low. They kept telling me to add water and nobody thought about potentially doing a test to see if there was anything wrong. Warranty expired in October and the water pump blew in December out of warranty. Disappointed that nobody went the extra mile to see what was wrong with the car. Now I'm going to be out 900 bucks!

The service assistant manager Chris was very racist and nasty. The very first time I walked in that place he let me know that I didn't belong there, I took my car back there 3 times for the same issue and he refused to fix it because he wanted the warrantee to run out. The 3rd time I took it there he lied. That car sat outside from 11:30a.m until 5p.m and he didn't touch it. I know because I marked where I parked and I put something by the vehicle. He told me they were assessing it which was a lie. I asked for a loaner because he wanted to keep it overnight, he said let yr extended warrantee pay for it. Then he says sarcastically said "yep I can't help you".... After I told him that he was so mean and nasty to me from I came there, he started shouting and calling my phone multiple times to have a fight with me, I asked to speak to the manager he says that's him and he told me that he owns (jaguar) the dealership and he wouldn't let me talk to anyone. He told me never to come back there, and he is not going to fix my car even though it is under manufacture's warrantee. Clearly he needs to retire now. Anyone can buy whatever car they choose to.

I have dealt with a couple different Jaguar dealerships for maintenance over the last few years, and no customer service has compared to the genuine conversation and atmosphere I discovered while interacting with the service department at this dealership. I wish I had known about them from the beginning. They will have my service for the rest of my time as a Jaguar owner - hands down.

We had a very good purchase experience here. We dealt with Ryan, who was great to work with, and was very knowledgeable about the cars and was very patient with us through multiple visits. All of our requests were responded to very quickly.Unlike some other recent car purchases, we weren't pushed to purchase anyting additional throughout the entire process, including with F&I. No hidden fees or up charges.There are tons of options out there in this range. However, if you really enjoy driving, test drive a Jaguar before you decide on any other competitive brand. Once we drove the F Pace, there was no question we would be purchasing one.

Thought we were getting a good deal... Guess not! We went in to purchase a used car off their lot. Seemed as though things were going great. They went thru car, said it was great, we took delivery of car, happy. First long drive, it comes up with an error code that requires immediate attention, DO NOT DRIVE. Brought it to our certified mechanic, came up with (SEVEN) 7 codes. $1000 later, this dealership won't warrantee, after being told if there was anything within 30 days to let them know. Not even an offer to cover any portion of the bill. Too bad... The new F-type really tickled my husbands' fancy... Oh well... Not worth buying a car from a dealership you can't trust! Our young salesman had seemed great. As a salesperson, your reputation is all you have! Aligning yourself with a dishonest dealership will only bring you down, and hard... I told him to run far and run fast.

I enjoyed working with salesperson Raquel and finance manager Steve. They were patient and not pushy, answered any questions I had, got the deal closed fast, and were helpful/accommodating through the whole process.

I was super excited to come and test drive a F-pace after having been recommended by my friend who purchased her F-Type there. I walked in and asked to test drive a vehicle at noon and the response was a laugh followed by the representative saying to make an appointment because they were busy. I am taken aback by the low level customer service especially since Jaguar is a high end luxury brand. I gasp at the treatment of a new customer eager to test drive and hear about leasing options. The experience alone was below par from my expectation.

great experience. i have been doing business with this dealership for about 8 years and have alway found them to be accommodating. the service department is excellent. i just purchased a jaguar from them last week and the sales department was exceptional. the salesperson and the sales manager couldn't have been more professional. i highly recommend this dealership.

I couldn't be happier. Great experience from start to finish. These people really want to put you in the car YOU want. It was quick, easy and painless -- and they had answers to all my hard questions. I've been coming back for 6 years -- it's my 3rd car with this company -- and if it wasn't perfect, I wouldn't go there.

On 9/25/21 this dealer intentionally blocked access to a ChargePoint EV charging station because of an event nearby that they didn't want to provide parking for. This was unfortunately where we had planned to stop and charge on our trip and caused significant hardship as a result. If you're not going to allow parking for others you should make an exception to the ChargePoint member community since you're providing the service.

Terrible service! Salesman misquoted me. Finance manager doesnt return calls. I was told from salesman that it's normal practice for 3 to 4 days to complete sales. ???? Never heard of this we have bought several calls. Wrote to not have etching of vin $200..was charged and still havent seen refund that was promised. I left remains in old trade. Salesman said he would mail when I mail additional key. Then he said he mailed and he didnt. Lies after lies. Other dealerships you can go to. Also left message for owner Valenti with no call back.My car was registered to wrong location. All paperwork in limbo. Nobody knows what they are doingStay away from this one!!!!

Bob was Nedorostek was nasty and yelled at me when I told him that I got a better price elsewhere. Most people who are looking at cars shop a price that they got. His manager wasn't helpful when I called to discuss my experience with him. They don't know how to talk to people and I wouldn't even walk into this dealership!

We had an excellent experience at Jaguar Hartford. Everyone was very friendly and we were introduced to pretty much everyone in the showroom. The was no pressure and they let us test drive the variations of the car we wanted. We were looking at the Jaguar F-Type which is a two seater so my wife and I had to test drive each model separately which was not problem.They even made a mistake during the purchase and did everything possible to resolve it in anyway that was acceptable to us. You really can tell the quality of a dealership in how they handle things when something goes wrong and they did everything we could expect to make things right.Oh and the car is absolutely amazing. The comments we receive and thumbs up from people on the highway are unbelievable.I would highly recommend both the F-Type S and Jaguar Hartford.

Chris was great, he was friendly, knowledgable, and provided me with the service I needed at a reasonable price. The rest of it was a nightmare; I'm young, but I have aspirations like any other, I wanted more than anything else to test drive, or even just sit behind the wheel of a brand new Jaguar F-Type AWD so that I could know what it was like and how hard I needed to work to have one in my future. I was immediately shot down by the salesman that I asked, apparently my question was ridiculous and "he would never let me test drive one". Nonetheless, I go to pick my up car tomorrow, and if all is well, then I suppose I will return for other repairs in the future, my oil pan was suggested to be replaced because of a leak and the quote was fair so a few weeks down the road I will return. As far as the repairs go, I was upset at first that a transmission was going in my car and they had not the slightest clue of the mileage (this upset me because my X-Type has 69k original miles and I didn't want a transmission with high mileage). However, Chris did reassure me that every test necessary was performed on the transmission and it was flushed, filled, and passed with flying colors. If anything made my experience bearable, it was Chris.

Very professional and accommodating. Keith took time to explain the features as well as how to activate. The sale manager also took time out to discuss the XF with me and Jaguar cars in general. Chris the Service Manager also advice me on pros and cons from a service point of view of the different Jaguars I was test driving. Through this aforementioned staff it made my decision easy. Please note that I was looking also at Mercedes and the Porsche Panorama. This is my 5th Jaguar and its through the attention to details and working with me is the reason I purchase another Jag from Hartford Jaguar and formerly Steven's Jaguar.

Service dept. did an excellent job in programming remote fobs on my 96 XJ6. Chris was very accommodating in getting me in when my schedule gliched. He also shared with me helpful info. pertaining to my older Jag. I enjoy working on this car myself but will certainly trust their expertise for any issues beyond my ability and will revisit the dealership.

Customer service bas always been exceptional and this delivery was no different. Did the car take months to get due to COVID? Yes..was it the dealers fault.? No...but they still made it right!

Terrible customer service. Don t try and set up a service for your vehicle with this dealership, they don t respond to emails and when you call they re busy . Absolutely ridiculous.

I just recently purchased my 2011 Jaguar XK from Jaguar Hartford and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The entire staff went out of their way to show me how much they valued my business and even the paperwork was a breeze. I live near Paramus NJ but chose to drive the 2 hours to Hartford because they had the best inventory of Jaguars. I will highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime but my recent experience purchasing my new Jaguar from Jaguar Hartford was by far the best experience I have ever had. Their no pressure sales approached coupled with their extensive knowledge of the vehicle made the process totally enjoyable from beginning to end. In particular dealing with Keith Bodian my Salesperson along with Chris Aseltine the Dealership Sales Manager they both made an enjoyable process even more pleasant. Alan Ackerman the Dealership Business Manager also was extremely professional as he took the time to explain in detail all the various business points that we needed to cover along the way.I cannot recommend more highly this dealership should you be in the market for such a fine automobile as a Jaguar.

To-date I have bought all of my vehicles from Jaguar/Land Rover (JLR) Automotive for many reasons, not least of which is the level of service you can expect. Jaguar Hartford proved to be equally unprecedented in delivering on that level of service.Having owned two Jaguars and a Range Rover I can honestly say the service, over the lifetime of all my vehicles, has always been impeccable. You are not just buying a car, you are buying a complete experience.At Jaguar Hartford that experience was everything I have grown to admire from JLR. From my initial contact through to the completion of my purchase, every step was met with affable measure. I did not feel corralled or hurried. Any questions I had were answered with expectant knowledge and, despite making a decision at 3pm, I was able to drive off in my new car by 5pm (as was my choice). Throughout the entire process the whole family at Jaguar Hartford helped to ensure those two hours were seemingly effortless and composed.My point of contact; Marc Wright (and Ken Cooper) did an amazing job of handling all the paperwork; ensuring that information was clear but not overwhelming, informed but not confusing. Undemanding communication, for me, helps to infuse the buying process with a level of assurance that you can expect from JLR, and Jaguar Hartford met that in generous measure.As with my other cars, that service does not stop once you've driven away from the dealership. You are buying an experience, and that extends to all aspects of your ownership.Jaguar Hartford continues to deliver on that experience. From personally taking the time to mail a photo I'd left in the Range Rover of my daughter, to extending further offers of assistance should I ever need it.
