Had a flat tire over the weekend and dropped my car off at the dealership after changing to the spare. No issues at all getting a loaner for unanticipated/unscheduled service. My car was right under 30k miles so was able to have the 30k service performed at the same time and picked my car up two days later. Also with it being the end of winter the car was pretty dirty when I took it in but they did a solid wash/vac and the car looks great! Great experience, very happy with Hoffman s service department!

Incredible dealership and very customer focused. Car needed a 6000.00 repair, which I almost took to an independent shop. Since I wasn t saving much, I decided to take it to the dealership. They not only fully serviced the car, they told me they were able to do it under a recall that was still outstanding for the car. Service and a full detail, the car is back like new. Thanks Audi team for your commitment to service and customer experience!!

Today my 911 Porsche was serviced at the Hoffman Porsche dealership in East Hartford. And I have to say that I was more than pleased with the overall world class service that was provided during the servicing of my vehicle. I'm absolutely totally satisfied with the overall care and professionalism provided to me during the entire service appointment. As a bonus, and a courtesy to their customers, Hoffman Porsche provides a free multi point vehicle inspection and report card on your vehicle; they offer the ability to have your vehicle picked up at your home residence for service, then arrange to have it returned back to you following service completion; they offer free car rentals, or a shuttle bus to transport you to a destination of your choosing. Lou who is the current service advisor there is the absolute best. Although this was the very first time having my vehicle serviced by Hoffman Porsche, it felt like I have known him for many years. Very easy going, so easy to talk to, as well as very knowledgeable of my vehicle needs. Just the absolute best. Top notch service experience for a top notch vehicle!!!

Joshua was extremely helpful during the entire service process. He gave us his mobile number and was available to answers questions even after hours. He kept sending updates regarding ongoing service and explained what might have caused the issue. Joshua created an environment of trust and personalized care, which is rare to find in public dealing. I know exactly whom to contact if I run into any problems in future.

I would like to thank my advisors Ethan and Josh as well as the entire service team at Hoffman Porsche for helping me with some recent service work on my newly acquired GT4. As always: prompt, professional, and courteous. Their mechanics such as Roland and Alex are very knowledged and detailed. I'm particular about my cars and would have no trouble referring anyone to them.

Junior took very good care of informing my as to what was going to be done and about how much time it would take. He also gave me a very nice loaner SUV Porsche Cayenne to drive. The service department did a good job too.

I had to get my heating fixed on a cold winter day. They got me in that afternoon. The part had already been brought in. The car was ready the next day and detailed to boot. Fast, efficient and caring. Hoffman Porsche and Ethan, you rock!

Junior was very pleasant setting up my appointment over the phone and greeting me when I arrived. He was able to take care of my maintenance and all questions I had on my new purchase. Ethan was very friendly and also a big help getting me the info needed for the extra work that I requested.

Have always had great experience with service. Last routine service there was a little mishap on timing and having my car ready. Without asking or really complaining the next day Josh contacted me to pick a date, they will drop a loaner at my office and have my car detailed which they did. Car looks great. That s great follow up and customer service!

Our 2024 Cayenne had to be serviced and our service advisor Ethan G. did a fantastic job coordinating everything. Car was even freshly detailed upon pickup which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this location for all your Porsche needs.

I purchased a certified preowned 911 from Hoffman Porsche. Upon driving the car I noticed a few issues that needed to be addressed. Friendly staff. Service took less time than expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with available free coffee and snacks. After the service was completed, they washed the exterior of my car. Very pleasant experience.

Great experience as always! Mr. Hadad set me up in an office so I could work while I waited. The waiting area is comfortable with gourmet coffee and an associate brought around donuts wishing us all happy holidays. My car was cleaned and ready in a reasonable amount of time.
