Fantastic service experience at Hoffman Ford. David, my service sales representative was very thorough and explained everything my car needed. Hoffman installed four new tires on my 2017 Ford Explorer and David even completed the application for the rebate that was offered by the manufacturer right in his office.Dropped me off at my office and picked me up too!I will continue to use Hoffman Ford for my service needs. David did a really good job today walking me through the immediately necessary maintenance items (including rear brakes) and the items that can be done during my next couple of oil change visits. With David s explanation, I was able to make an informed decision about today s maintenance work. David and the technicians rallied to complete all work by the time they estimated and at a fair price. This is why we use Hoffman Ford, exclusively, for our Ford Edge.

Tyler was AWESOME to work with. He looked over my car and told me exactly what was wrong, what he recommended and best part, he gave me some quotes and options before starting any work on the car. He was also super nice and very patient as i had a bunch of questions and called him many times. He was always available. Excellent customer service with Tyler.

Scheduled service appointment at Hoffman Ford on line. On arrival greeted by Tyler who handled everything since I had a dealer service plan. I waited one hour and my van was ready. Tyler was an excellent communicator and efficient with customer service!

Service was fine. Scheduled the appointment with Lincoln app for 8:30, Hoffman scheduled it for 9:30 and driver showed up at 10. Paperwork stated car was washed (I didn't request it though) but definitely wasn't unless it was driven through water/mud on way back to my house. Not a big deal since I didn't request a car wash

My experience with Hoffman was great whenever I need something done. I have never had a bad experience with the company at all. And I have recommended my family to come bring their car for service for those who have Ford model cars. I will always bring my car there for service a matter of fact in the next couple of weeks I need some service done And will be calling Tyler to set up an appointment.

I would personally like to thank Dave for all of his help with my 2018 navigator. He made sure I was well taken care of and being that my rapair was extremely high he was able to apply some discounts towards my bill. I will be bringing my truck there from now on to have it serviced for oil changes ECT. Hoffman Lincoln services has rave reviews from me. Thanks again Dave.

David' s maintenance crew goes above and beyond all circumstances...for instance I came in without an appt for air was seeking out from one of my tire...immediately the maintenance crew fixed my tire temporarily until I could buy a set of tires....Hoffman didn't have my size tires so I had to go somewhere else for all new tires. It was after Christmas and before New Years.....so I had to go to another store buy and install tires and balance (alignment) them...if Hoffman didn't fix the tire i wouldn't have driven to another store to buy tires.....excellent customer service they have compassion for their customers..have a good day.Happy Holidays to all....

The 5 star rating goes to Shaquille in the Service Department for his excellent customer service. He took the time to listen to all of my requests regarding my visit for my F150 and thoroughly reviewed everything that was performed on my truck at pick up. Couldn t ask for anything more. Great job!

I'm from out of state and my car broke down on the interstate and was towed here. Despite being busy they worked on my car pretty quickly. They also handled everything for my extended warranty and set me up with a rental car. I was very impressed by their customer service. They made my stressful situation much easier for me.

I was greeted the moment I arrived for my service. Everyone was smiling and pleasant. The service was prompt, the waiting area clean. One hour later my car was serviced and washed. I highly recommend Hoffman Lincoln for all your service needs.

David Peltz Service Advisor and Kevin King Technician made the experience at Hoffman Ford Service go flawlessly. David kept me informed of the major service progress during all phases of having the work assessed, scheduled and performed. He also worked through a third party warranty company and made it look easy. Kevin performed the assessment, teardown and reinstall of all new components. He also made me aware of a couple unexpected issues during the work assessment. I had a leaking oil pan and water pump. Initial work included cam phasers, timing chain, chain tensioners and guilds, plugs, antifreeze flush, belts and BG fuel induction service. All work was completed successfully without issue. Vehicle is running great!!!Thank you David and Kevin!!! Your skill sets are greatly appreciated!!!Rick and Joyce Bailey

When you call for service expect a long wait to get an appointment. Expect minimal communication from the Service Dept letting you know the progress of your repair or parts. I left numerous messages for a call back for an update on when my parts would arrive. After numerous messages to my service advisor I finally had to call the service manager. My part had arrived weeks earlier on the day of the repair my car was done in a couple hours but sat there all day because they called the wrong number despite me leaving the updated number. I received the car back with minor damage and it took 3 days for a call back. They agreed to do the repairs without argument which was appreciated. I am switching to another dealer for service.

My last experience at Hoffman was great. Shaquille was courteous and kept me inform on the status of my vehicle periodically. I was expecting an hour and 15 minute wait but I was out in 50 minutes exceeding my expectations. Thanks again Shaquille!

My experience at Hoffman Lincoln was a 3 out of 5. The reason being was because I had to wait a week to get my car back and I was out of a car the whole time. I believe that the person who have to wait a week should be given a loner, but the car feels good.

Left my vehicle for 10 days they didn't fix the problem called said it was all set and it was just being washes. It was left outside with window open and keys in the vehicle. They never washed it. The truck was filthy after 10 days in their care.

I purchased a new 2023 Lincoln Corsair in October 2023. It had 649 mi when I visited the Hoffman service department. In November 2023, I noticed black stains in my driveway and smelled what I believe is a chemical smell emitting from the vehicle when the engine gets hot.The images below show black, liquid matter that spills from the new Lincoln Corsair onto my driveway.Yet, the service department at Hoffman Ford said this is normal. They told me the stains are expected, and the smell is typical. This is the 18th vehicle I have purchased and the first Lincoln. This is not typical of a new vehicleThis is the only new vehicle I have owned that leaves black droplets on my driveway.Now, I have to pay someone to have my driveway power-washed to remove the stains left by my new Lincoln Corsair. Yet, I do not know why black stains are being spilled onto my driveway.The service department stated the spots are from stained water that exits the weep holes in the exhaust system. I do not believe this is normal, as the Hoffman service department said. I asked for technical documentation that explains this is normal. The service department representative stated there isn't documentation that backs up his claim.The Lincoln Corsair has 718 mi as I type this message, I am disappointed that the technicians at Hoffman believe this is normal.This was the first and likely the last Lincoln I will ever purchase.Has anyone else had such a disappointing outcome after taking a new luxury vehicle to the Hoffman service department? I feel defeated because the droplets from the new Lincoln Corsair are still saturating my driveway. Does anyone have any advice? I'm even more disappointed because I purchased the Lincoln Corsair from Hoffman Lincoln.

To be fair I usually have a reasonable visit with Hoffman Lincoln but this one was painstaking and frustrating! Waiting almost 3 hours for a scheduled Oil Change is not what I expected ! An hour and1/2 is reasonable with a wash which they never got to and cost me at least an hour of time! I understand they've gone through some changes in the last 6 months but I don't expect to suffer the consequences of that change! Disappointed customer. Thanks Dennis

I normally don t like putting a negative review but I haven t had the best experience with this place. First off, the last guy that helped me was this guy named Tyler who was really good and helped resolve the issue I was having so there are some diamonds in the rough here so take that as how you will. My initial visit was to update my sync service and an open recall. Scheduled my appointment about a month before the actual day and dropped off the car the night before since I wasn t sure if I would be able to make it because of work. The next day came and got no call. Didn t think much of it until it got too late to get a call. The second day they had the car, I decided to call to get the status. I left multiple voicemails but never got a call back. It wasn t until the third day that I called and hung up before leaving a voicemail that I got a call back(almost as if curiosity got to them since I didn t leave a voicemail). Finally spoke to someone who then had to transfer me to someone else just to tell me the recall was fine and that the sync update couldn t be done and more diagnostic would need to be done. By then, it was three days and I just wanted to get the car back. I got the car back, drove back home without the radio on. Well, the next day when I turn the radio on, Bluetooth wouldn t connect and none of the USB s worked. Turns out the sync not being updated caused the system to completely breakdown. Scheduled another appointment since I didn t have a choice but to do the diagnostic to get it fixed. Dropped it off again the night before. The person I spoke to said it would be half day at the most and they would make sure I was one of the first cars looked at. Called at 2:00 the next afternoon and the person I spoke to didn t know what car I was talking about. Turns out no one checked the after hours drop off bin and my car had not been touched. This is when the guy I spoke to, Tyler, took the initiative and made sure the issue was worked on. So, yes, my issue was resolved and the final person I dealt with was good but there was a large lack of communication as well balls being dropped (after hours bin not being checked). Do with this information what you will.

I was very pleased with the work done to my vehicle. I very pleased when I got inside my vehicle to see it was cleaned immaculate by their workers. Hoffman did a multi point inspection on my vehicle. Needless to say, I feel safe riding in my vehicle.

My steering suddenly died on my car, I could barely budge the wheel to make a turn. I was right near Monaco Ford and pulled in. I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they would even look at my car, while knowing it was undrivable. I had AAA tow the car to Hoffman Ford. This was on a Friday, Hoffman analyzed the problem first thing Monday morning, ordered an extensive list of parts and had it back on the road within the week. David in the service department is phenomenal. I'd highly recommend this service department.
