I am very happy with the service at Hoffman Lexus. They did an oil change and tire rotation and ordered a replacement part for me. Austin was very professional friendly and helpful. He recommended new wiper blades and recommended where to get them for a lot less than I would have paid to have them replaced at the dealer. I waited for the car in the very comfortable waiting room where there is complementary coffee tea or cocoa available.

Best customer service and most trustworthy service ever received. Roy was keeping giving me updates and one of my favorite service advisor there. He is the most reliable, honest, and trusted person who is always willing and invested in helping out his clients. He goes above and beyond to make anything possible. I had to pray and he made arrangements for me and I was very grateful for that. He is the best employee they have there! Thank you Roy for everything

Just had the 10k service performed on our 23 RX 350 at Hoffman Lexus. Monica was our service advisor and explained what was going to take place. Also kept us in the loop as the service was performed. We had dropped off our car the night before and it was promised that service would be completed by 10am the next day and it was! Very pleased with our experience at Hoffman Lexus! Keep up the good work!

Experience was great as always. Service manager Mike greeted me at the door and said good bye on the way out. My service advisor Roy was what really stood out this visit. He was both professional and happy to be there. He contacted me throughout the day to give me updates on the work, and even cleaned the snow and ice off my car for me when I was ready to leave. I look forward to working with him in the future. The loaner car given to me was a brand new 2024 RX350, which was spotless and ready for me when I arrived. Whenever I get my car serviced here I find all the work to be completed by the technicians to be to the exact standards that you'd expect from a Lexus dealership, maybe even beyond those standards. Price is reasonable when you consider the consistent quality of work and exceptional customer service.

Great service. I was late for my appointment and they were still very accommodating. Austin and the Service manager ensured that I was well taken care of, as well as expedited services even though I was tardy. I was kept abreast, not just via text messaging but also in person. Austin came and briefly updated me on the process, how far along the process and the tentative ETA of completion. The team maintained engagement, as well as offered snacks and beverages as the usually waiting area was under construction.Thank you always.

I visited Hoffman Lexus for the first time yesterday. From the time I pulled into their facility I was impressed. I was greeted quickly and my information was logged into their computer. My advisor Austin took time to answer my questions about my new Lexus.I waited for my key to be set up in the spacious waiting room. Soon my car was ready to go after they washed and vacuumed it.I look forward to returning to the Hoffman facility in the future.

Service Center: I was assisted by Ms. Isabel Santana who was very professional, organized, and thorough. Everything was well explained and provided in writing. Kudos to employees who continue to ensure the comfort of customers and provide updates on their vehicles amidst the facility s renovation process. Well done!

My experience was great. Jason took the time to explain what time of service was done to my vehicle and presented my vehicle to me washed and in good condition in and out. Very nice young man. Dan was was great with explaining the work that will be done to my vehicle and gave me some good suggestions. I appreciate their service.

Great Experience with Roy! I have been going to Hoffman of east Hartford for years and never experienced such a pleasant experience. He Was very thorough and took his time to explain and answer all my questions with patience/courtesy.

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. From the first call made to the time I received my keys. I was greeted with such warmth. I immediately felt at ease during such a difficult time needing repairs. I felt right at home upon my first visit. My vehicle was returned to me in exceptional condition. I could tell it was taken in with care, and serviced well. The customer service was five stars across the board. I highly recommend this professional hardworking group. Brought my vehicle in for routine service and had Dan as my service advisor. Dan was very professional and kept me informed with updates on my vehicle and was very knowledgeable on repairs recommended during my visit and was very informative and honest about my options which made it less stressful. After work was completed my vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed which was awesome. My experience couldn t have gone any better or smoother and I highly recommend Dan

The service here at Hoffman Lexus was incredible! Check-in was easy. The mechanics are very friendly and the thing that impressed me the most was the video you get of the inspection and any suggestions. You also get a text with the results. I loved the communication and service they performed. They deserved nothing less than a 5 star! I highly recommend anyone taking their Lexus in for service at this dealership. Thanks again guys!

Austin was very polite and professional, He also assisted me with a feature on my screen which I was totally at a loss as how to correct it. He kept me informed and also told me that I was not due for an oil change but just a 10K service. Very honest and pleasant

Our first service visit for maintenance on our new Lexus 350RX went very smoothly. Austin, our service consultant, explained in detail what was expected to happen during our visit. He also kept us up to date on the progress during the visit. We were comfortable during our wait and were very happy to leave with our beautifully washed car, sparkling as if brand new! Excellent and courteous service. My car was picked up at my home and a loaner dropped off by a very courteous service representative that was on time . When my car was ready. I was contacted with a description of what had been done and the cost. My car was dropped off on time . It was washed and cleaned!!This was my very first service at Hoffman and I would highly recommend!

Quick and easy check in. Kind and courteous staff. Brought my car in for regular service and ended up needing new tires (which they warned me about the last time I was there). They quickly got me into a loaner car. When I returned, check out was also quick and easy.

I brought my 2020 Lexus IS 350 sport in for its 30,000 mile check up, and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the care which was taken with my car. They made some recommendations that I followed, particularly those involving safety. In particular, they identified a problem with two rear tires, which they replaced. I was happy they took the time to do a thorough examination of the car. Monica, my service representative explained everything in detail and to my satisfaction.

Our experience at Hoffman was very good. The drop off and the loaner car were very efficient. The service done on the Lexus was very necessary and done professionally. If we would have one complaint, it would be a breakdown in communication with the pick up of our vehicle. It seems as though Roy might ve dialed the wrong number so we did not receive the message to come pick up our car. My husband also called two times and left a message and nobody returned his call.Overall, we have our Lexus back and she is in very good form and we appreciate the service that was done on it. Thank you!

Lexus always does a great job servicing my lexus. Dan was efficient, professional and had my car ready exactly when he said it would be done. I also got a chance to try out their new electric sedan. Amazingly quiet!

Brought my car in for a recall. Everyone I had an interaction with was very pleasant and helpful. From the woman I spoke to on the phone, to Isabela who handled my case directly, and everyone in the middle. The loner vehicle was new and very comfortable. Received my car back without and scuffs, even gave it a complimentary inspection, car wash, and tire shine.

Came in for a service appointment and even though they were under a lot of construction they were able to give me excellent care, offered me snacks and I waited in the waiting area next to a great coffee machine (their excellent hot chocolate machine wasn't available), where I relaxed in a recliner until my service was complete. Bought my first lexus here a few years back and have had nothing but great experiences!

If you going to bring your car in to get it fixed. Make sure you ask for Isabela! She have Great customer service and is very professional and reasonable. She ll make sure you leave with a smile on your face. I was completely impressed with her customer service too. Earned 5 stars for me no cap
