I had a great experience with Hoffman Lexus. It of course helps them that the vehicles are so great that they sell themselves. But I still felt respected and I felt like I found the vehicle I wanted for a reasonable and competitive price. My salesperson (Emmerson) was extremely patient and helpful. I felt like everybody who I interacted with wanted me to have a positive experience and worked with me for that to happen.

I bought my first fully electric car at Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford CT this week. What an overall great experience. Ben Podchaiski was my sales representative and I could not have asked for any better. He was patient, knowledgeable and the best I ve ever dealt with over the years of buying cars. We have now bought two used cars from Hoffman Lexus. They are fantastic to work with and really go out of their way to help. Our most recent experience was with Steve (Ben was great too!). He was polite, knowledgeable, prompt, and followed through on every question or issue we brought up. We had an appointment for a test drive and the car was ready and waiting. We noticed a few issues during our test drive -- no problem, everything was fixed. The paperwork was entirely in order and accurate. It was raining when we picked up the car, and after Steve attached the license plate with two top screws, I asked if he could also fasten it with bottom screws so it wouldn't clatter when closing the trunk. He gladly ran inside, got more screws, and re-fastened the license plate. Then he offered to get my phone set up on bluetooth before I left the lot. Hoffman Lexus gives you the distinct impression that they want their customers to be satisfied. There are no hidden fees, smarmy salespeople, or manipulative sales techniques -- just friendly professionals who are good at what they do and confident that they are selling you a great product.

My experience purchasing a preowned vehicle at Hoffman Lexus was the best car buying experience of my lifetime. Given that I am 71 years old and have purchased a number of cars, that says a lot. I worked with Ben P. And he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I drove away with the vehicle I wanted the same day I test drove it. He went to bat for me on pricing and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Thank you for your service. Working with Daniel was a pleasure. Customer service does not get any better than what we experienced. He made us feel welcomed, comfortable and he was very engaged in giving us all the details and important facts that we needed to know for our new vehicle. Customer service like this is very rare these days. Daniel s personality is very down to earth. He s very personable and very friendly. If there were more stars he would be at the highest level. Tom Ryan at Hoffman was AMAZING. I told him exactly what I was looking for, he found it, and personally drove to a dealership in another state to bring it home! He was super personable and his experience is bar none. Anyone getting a Lexus at Hoffman should seek him out! 5/5!!!

Great customer service. I was able to work with Benjamin for the 2nd time around and Mike for the 1st time. They both went above and beyond to make sure I got into a vehicle I would love at a decent price in less than a week. If you need a car, please don't hesitate to go to Hoffman Lexus and ask for either one of them, you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys.

I had an exceptional purchasing experience at Hoffman Lexus. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Ryan, who was phenomenal in guiding my experience in purchasing a Lexus RX 350. Tom stepped up on my behalf to help get the purchase done. Tom also went out of his way to get the vehicle delivered at a time that accommodated my schedule and he also took the time to review the vehicle features and explained all of the complex technology that is in the RX. I would highly recommend Hoffman Lexus and Tom Ryan for your next Lexus purchase a 5/5!

Gary was our salesman. My daughter and I both purchased our IS 350s with Gary and our Experience was pleasant. He was very nice, explained everything without over explaining, got us in and out of there in our brand new car in no time. I recently purchased a new Lexus from Cherif Diouf! We ve owned BMWs for 20 years and made the switch to Lexus largely because of his approach with us. He s transparent, hard working, and exceptional at following up with us as he searched for our new car. I was overly impressed with him and the entire Hoffman team. Their service was incredible and Tom Ryan was one of the most personable and professional individuals I have ever worked with. Though I purchased online because I live out of state, it didn't hamper the "white glove" treatment I received from start to finish.

Jason and Mike were clearly knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. Usually you get some kind of oversell but again these two exhibited none of that. I appreciated their valuing my time. After we chose the car which they had to find we scheduled a follow up. It took a total of three hours to then complete the transaction which included a myriad of activities. Including taking me through the intricacies of the vehicle. Nice job done by them

Try to call finance cancel warranty because of no longer have that car. Left voice mail and let someone leave a note to finance. No one call or response few days. When they sell warranty very happy and fast. Need cancel no one want to help. Ridiculous!

I recently purchased a car from Hoffman Lexus and I can t say enough about the care and excellent service I received. Beginning with my salesman Raja Kayani, who was knowledgeable, professional and excellent at keeping me posted on details related to the car, to Al Ramos an equally dedicated, helpful finance manager and finally Sebastian the store manager, who went above and beyond to take care of my experience. I say this, as my new car was scratched (our fault) on the first day I brought it home! Sebastian and Raj took care of the issue quickly and efficiently and made sure I was happy with the repair. I could not be happier with my new car or with my experience at Hoffman Lexus! Quality car and quality people.

Hoffman Lexus and Raja Kayani were great. I recently bought a used Lexus from them. They made working with them easy by being clear with their pricing and not wasting time with additional charges. Raja was great and he made the car buying process very transparent and efficient. I would be happy to work with him and Hoffman Lexus anytime that I need a car in the future!

My car was making noise and I took it to Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford. The service manager Mike Fitzgerald greeted me right away and said his mechanics will take a look at it. After a short time Mike came and told me what the problem was. They were able to fix it and get me back on the road quickly. I liked the video explanation of the diagnosis. Mike and his staff were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend going to them with any issues with your vehicle.
