This has been the best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had! Matthew went above and beyond to help me. Shaun had all the paperwork done before I actually came in to buy my vehicle. All my questions were answered. I recommend Hoffman Ford/Lincoln to everyone who is in need of a fantastic vehicle and people who really do care!

Although I live in Nebraska far away from Connecticut, however I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my needs. I am so lucky that I got the best sale man Matt Sussman for the help. He was very responsible and answered all of my questions quick and accurate. Over all, the financing process was smooth and easily. Not at all, I also got my free shipping and I got my car within 2 days! I am so happy. Thank you so much Hoffman Ford Inc and especially Matt Sussman!

Nichole was an amazing sales rep, very personable, friendly, and just makes you feel like you're being well taken care of.Funny enough, I didn't come in for a Ford or Lincoln, but a Toyota that got traded in. I do wish they were able to budge on the price more than $500, but I understand that the car was very limited and hard to come by, so I'm still happy with the price.My only complaint would be the finanace manager. I specified not wanting their warranties, Nichole removed them for me with ease. But in the end, the financing manager tried sneaking them in there without consulting me on that choice, which I had him remove once again. Also he would not share what my interest rates would be, but after scouting out my own, and coming to them with a rate to compete with, he found another one that was more closer to what I could find without going through them.Overall, I believe I was treated well and would recommend anyone who stops by, ask for Nichole to help you out. She's well knowledged in all cars, personable, and great at her job. Everything was done quick without any headaches.

We just purchased a vehicle from Hoffman Ford. This is the 1st vehicle we have purchased from them, and it didn't take us much time to decide which one to buy. Richard Gonzales was very professional and thorough and knows what he is doing. In fact he went out of the way in arranging the delivery (which was of prime importance for us) and we got the delivery next day. Also, some additional features were installed swiftly. The business manager also was of great support in registering the vehicle and the overall experience was smooth. Best of all, we absolutely love our new vehicle! Great experience. Thank you.

I have nothing but great things to say about Hoffman Ford, especially Richie. He is a great guy, very kind, professional and knowledgeable. There wasn t a question I asked that he couldn t answer. He made what could have been a very stressful experience so easy and put my mind at ease from the moment I met him. If you are looking for a new car I can t recommend a better place and especially ask for Richie. He will help you out and get you into the car you want. I couldn t be happier with my purchase and experience.

Everything went well in buying my new truck. No issues at all and everyone was courteous. The only minor thing I would say is that it always takes too long to buy a vehicle. But that is any dealership. It s only day one with my new truck, but I feel good about it.

My experience with Hoffman Ford was amazing. Nichole listened to our situation and urgency and from there things seemed to go really well. She was personable and on top of everything to ensure they worked through everything as quickly as possible. From the finance, to my trade in, to the insurance and registration I felt she was helpful and supportive. I had a unique and somewhat complex situation with a trade in but the team worked through it within a day. And I drove my new Explorer off the lot the next day. And even the service manager at the Nissan dealership with Hoffman (where my trade was) was amazing through this process. The finance team was also good with the situation and it was a very smooth and easy process. We even had a four year old in tow which can be stressful. We had attempted a deal at another dealership (non Hoffman) and the customer service at Hoffman was next level better than at other dealerships we visited. Highly recommend Hoffman Ford Nichole and team! They are friendly and have higher standards and a seamless process compared to others.

I just purchased a brand new car from Hoffman Ford. It was one of the easiestand most pleasurable experiences I have ever had. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get the purchase done quickly, gave me a great price and even had 2 really nice gentleman drive the car to me. A special shout out to the Sales Manager Kyle and Jason who made the entire purchasing process a pleasure. If you are in the market for a Ford, I would highly recommend Hoffman! Thank you.

We just purchased a vehicle from Hoffman Ford. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from them. We were very happy with the staff. Jason was very professional, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all and gave us the time we needed to discuss our options. I also felt like he was working for us to get us the best deal. Pedro the finance manager actually stayed late to help us to get our vehicle on time. Best of all, we absolutely love our new vehicle! I purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan from this dealership and I have to say that the process along with the experience was exceptional. My salesman Ahmed was very professional and extremely patient with me. He was able to find the perfect vehicle for me at the price I wanted. Matt and Shawn took great care of me and helped me make a great decision in purchasing my Bronco. I couldn t be happier with the car or the service I got from them. Purchased a vehicle last week - found it on car gurus and emailed - got back to us next day. Went to see the car - test drove - took care of the paperwork and I was on my way. This was an efficient, seamless, easy and organized dealership. It was also clean and the staff was prepared. I highly recommend. Jason was our salesperson and he s excellent.

Working with Hoffman Ford of East Hartford was a breeze while shopping a new Bronco vehicle. My salesperson, Nicole was extremely knowledgeable about the new vehicle and leasing program. When the vehicle was delivered, it was beautifully detailed and Nicole took the time to explain the vehicle features. Also, the fiance department staff, Jennifer and Pedro were great to work with too. Had me out in a very short period of time. Highly recommend this dealership!

Vashawn was wonderful, he answered all our questions and if he didn't have an answer right off, he found out for us. I didn't feel rushed or nagged (which sometimes is the case at other dealerships) when working with any of the team at Hoffman Ford. This was probably the quickest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had and everyone was helpful and friendly, but not in a way that felt pushy. I would definitely shop at Hoffman Ford again, and start any vehicle search there. Thank you to Vashawn, Matt, and Pedro for a positive vehicle purchasing experience. You guys are great!

I cannot say how awesome the experience buying a car here was. My daughter bought a beautiful Armada, and Ed the sales person was nothing but excellent. Matt Chmielinski the sales manager followed through on every promise, and treated my daughter like she was the most important customer he s ever had. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, especially these days when the one you want is hard to find. Hoffman Ford made our recent experience easy and pleasent. It started with Jennifer going the extra mile in communicating the status of the truck and helping us to secure it over the phone to start negotiations. Then with the thoughtful and calm help of Jason we were able to negotiate our trade in without any drama and get all of my many questions answered. Pedro in finance was friendly, efficient, and fast as we wrapped up the deal on our new Maverick. I have bought a lot of cars and trucks in my 50+ years of driving and I must rate this experience at the top. Well done Hoffman Ford!

Our experience with Jason was outstanding from start to finish! Due to very busy schedules it was a challenge to get in to finalize the deal and he worked with us patiently throughout. We got in very late on a weekday afternoon and left after 8:00 p.m. as Jason went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the features of the car and completely set up to go (not always simple in a new car these days)! We would also like to thank Pedro in the business office as well as Kyle and Jennifer. It was a pleasure working with all of you!

Nick Mackay was an absolute beast at getting all the vehicles my mother was interested, information on. He was extremely helpful and patient with her through the whole process. Answered all her questions thoroughly, she was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Jason Grant was also a great part of the deal as well as Pedro Espada. Our favorite part of the whole process was how they welcomed us to have lunch together while the dealership had a little potluck and making us feel like part of the family. The process was excellent and quick. Thank you all for being a wonderful team and making my mom s car buying experience, one she won t forget!Looking forward to buying more cars in the future.
