Hoffman Collision Center repaired my car after a minor accident. I could not be more pleased. Their rep, George, Was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process.All of my insurance questions were answered, and when the car was delivered, it looked brand new.I would highly recommend Hoffman Collision Center to anyone in need of accident repairs.

I m glad this place has a manager who seems to be doing a great job at not only making sure repairs are done correctly, but also that customer service is a given. Glen Damboise Reached out to me shortly after my visit to address my concerns and reassured me that changes were being made to improve the overall experience on a daily. I am glad they have someone in office who cares about the integrity of their work & most importantly, the impression of this establishment that a customer leaves with. You can tell this is a manager who strives to excel in all aspects & is just a genuinely good guy all around. You see him in the office interacting with customers in such a positive manner. Overall I am satisfied with the final turn around of my visit and look forward to continuing my many years of business with the Hoffman auto group.

Great service and people. I had a broken window on the passenger side of my car which they didn't have for a long time and it was miserable. Very difficult to hear anything while driving because I had the window area covered with a plastic bag which is extremely noisy no matter how much.tape you use. Finally the window arrived a couple of months later and the Hoffman employees took care of everything. When in need I will go back to them..

Hoffman auto was professional from start to finish with our recent car accident repair. The communication was excellent and the repair was timely. Kat specifically was thoughtful and informative about what and when to expect repairs. Hoffman made a bad situation a much more pleasant experience than I expected.

Our RX350 sustained damaged in an accident while my wife was stopped on I-91 and was hit from behind. George and crew got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thanks again to Hoffman Lexus Collision Center in Hartford, CT for a job well done.

A very good experience. They were thorough, respectful and helpful regarding insurance and rentals. Work was done on time, performed well, and they kept me in the loop. They know what they are doing, and the packed lot attests to this. Also, they are conveniently located, especially if you are east of the river . My representative Asad was excellent. Repair took time but it worth it, I feel satisfied with what they did to the top of my jeep. Thanks to the manager Glen Demboise who involved directly into the repair and to Kathy who take care very well of my issue and was always giving me feedback how the repair was going.

Asad and all the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They always respond immediately to my questions, comments or concerns on the spot. I have been with Ford for over twenty years and they have always treated me like a family member responding to any questions I have on the spot either by phone or in person. THEY ARE JUST SUPERB!!!!!

The customer service was terrible. They could not provide an estimate of the time to completion and took almost one month to repair relatively minor damage. The charges were excessive. I do not recommend using Hoffman Collision Center.

I thought the repair was completed thanks to the insurance claim, but I recently found a gap like the picture under the front glass. I don't think this repair has been done properly. I've already paid $500 for the insurance deductible and I think the repair company is responsible for this gap. But they denied it so that I am not satisfied with that services.Service: Body & Trim

My experience with Hoffman Collison Center could not have been any better. The person I am most grateful for is Asad as he is an honest and trustworthy person who showed me kindness, care and professionalism throughout my experience with Hoffman. He kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. He called when he said he would and explained everything in detail which made me very confident about what to expect. The courtesy he showed me is the reason why I would recommend Hoffman Collison Center to everyone. The job was done in a very timely manner and it was done very well. For this I thank everyone at Hoffman especially Asad. If ever I am in need of a Service Center again without a doubt Hoffman will be my go to. Thanks again.

Quick and easy initial assessment and with insurance issues made it seamless. However always issues with parts and waiting and after two weeks of vehicle being there we had to call for update.Car was delivered to them clean inside and out and when delivered back to us there were greasy fingerprints and floor mats completely dirty. Car looks great everything back to normal and again made it easy with insurance.Service: Body & Trim

Recently got into an accident and decided to use Hoffman because they had a convenient, one-stop shop arrangement with my insurance company. After Hoffman did their evaluation, insurance decided to total it. After learning what was actually damaged mechanically, I decided it would be worth buying back and just fixing myself. At this point, the car had been at Hoffman for two days. I called and asked whether, in the event I wanted to buy it back, they would be able to put it back together and whether I would be expected to pay for that work. I was assured they would put it back together and I would not have to pay anything.I took a few more days to make arrangements to have the car transported and fixed once I bought it back, called my insurance and told them that was what I wanted to do, and gave them my address for the tow company. It was dumped in my driveway with no hood, grill, front bumper, facia, or driver s side mirror. I immediately called Hoffman to ask what was going on, and was told the only part they still had was the hood. Given that there was not much else I could do at that point the parts were gone I called my insurance and told them I would not be buying it back absent all of the other parts (several of which were unharmed in the accident). Went to Hoffman the next day to collect the check from insurance and ask more specific questions. Despite the fact that I was assured (after they had taken it apart) that it would be no problem to put the car back together after the evaluation, I was now told that wasn t possible because when they were doing the evaluation everything just fell apart. I expressed my skepticism at this response, at which point the assessor admitted he hadn t actually laid eyes on the car. I asked if it was standard procedure to dispose of parts before the customer had decided whether to buy the car back or not, and received the following answers: I would not think so, well, you know, we get so many cars in here every day they don t just keep parts, and oh, I didn t know anyone was interested in buying it back. I have since gotten feedback from multiple other shop owners confirming that this was handled inappropriately. Putting aside the fact that they disposed of the parts before I had actually signed over the car to my insurance, the excuses I was given were absolutely pathetic. I recognize that the vast majority of the time these practices don t get called out because most people lack the time, knowledge, and/or resources to make buying the car back and fixing it themselves worth it. That was not the case here, and it was not an insignificant cost to take in the teeth for no reason other than incompetence. You either care about doing things the right way every time or you don t. Hoffman should rethink their motto.

I hit a deer with my truck and they were one of the preferred repair shops by my insurance. They did an amazing job and even when we had a part back ordered indefinitely they were very accommodating and let me take my vehicle while we waited for the part to avoid paying for a rental. They were very friendly and worked flawlessly with Enterprise to get me into my rental car.
