I wish I could provide a rating better than 5 stars for my experience with Hoffman Audi! I have never had a better car buying experience than I had on Saturday, October 16, 2021. From the concierge service provided by Mike Telep, the Sales Manager, to the expertise of Amaury Bruno, the Brand Specialist, and Julie Hoang the Digital Brand Specialist, the team went above and beyond in making sure we were well taken care of. This team served us with a smile throughout the process and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you to each of you for all you did for us!!! My husband and I purchased an Audi Q5 and couldn t love the car more! I would HIGHLY recommend Hoffman Audi for your next car buying experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ed and Matt are THE best! From the moment I walked in, Ed and Matt were extremely personable, transparent and knowledgeable. Every question I had for either of them, they were able to answer me without trying to sell me on anything and allowed me to make decisions for myself. Ed and Matt landed us an AMAZING deal our car and I definitely will be coming back here for another.

My entire experience with Hoffman Porsche of East Hartford was exciting.When Ron Palladino and I were building my Cayenne Turbo Coupe I was pleasantly surprised with the ease in which I could change the options and view them on the big screen. My car was luckily at port when the container ship burned with the cars built before mine. My summer tires arrived just in time for Spring so I'll be enjoying them a lot.

Had a great customer service experience with Pierre and Blake at BMW Waterbury. They made the whole process run very smoothly and were able to adapt and provide paperwork from another branch for our vehicle registration. We had an amazing experience!

Buying a new car right now with the shortages can be stressful. The team at Hoffman Toyota made sure I was taken care of each step of the way, following up with me regularly and making sure to get me a car as fast as possible. Tyrell, Ann, Sonia & Luis were outstanding to work with and I can't recommend them enough. Very happy new customer!

Best car buying experience EVER! This surpassed my previous favorite car buying experience which was also a Honda dealership in a different state. Honda has it right! Hoffman Honda made it even better. Simon was the most chill but also knowledgeable salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The whole team was helpful and so courteous. I highly recommend Simsbury Hoffman Honda!

Just bought a 2018 CPO Q5 from Hoffman Audi in E. Hartford. From my first call with their digital specialist Julie to the actual purchase transaction and car orientation by Manny it was an outstanding experience. Clearly Hoffman takes great pride in customer satisfaction and it shows. I drove over an hour to use this dealership as they are best of breed. Highly recommend. Kudos to Manny, Julie and Devan. Well done all around!!

Recently I had my vehicle serviced at Hoffman Toyota. My service advisor Mike Fitzgerald was professional and prompt. During my service I even received a video detailing what was done and the condition of my vehicle. That was super cool. It was reassuring to see my service status like that. I would highly recommend Hoffman to my friends and family for any make or model to be serviced. This wasn t my first time using Hoffman and each time it s been a fantastic experience!

I had a pleasant experience working with Silvio at Hoffman Porsche. He was very professional, with good follow up, and was not overly aggressive. My interaction with the rest of the staff was similarly easy and comfortable. I would recommend this dealership based on my recent purchase.

I purchased a 2022 Porsche Cayenne. Madison Toner, my sales representative, was fantastic. Madison helped us design our dream car. The whole process was seamless including the setting up of the mortgage & insurance. We had a lovely experience with the Hoffman Auto Group. I'd highly recommend working with Madison Toner for your car purchase.

I just purchased a 2021 Audi Q5 from Hoffman, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our salesperson Sylvester was top notch. I went into the process thinking I wanted a Q3, however after seeing it I realized I wanted something bigger. I appreciated his patience and his willingness to help me find the right car for my needs. He was responsive and knowledgeable, definitely someone my husband and I would work with again. I recently leased a BMW X3 from your Waterbury store. I cannot say enough about the team that helped make my car leasing experience be the best it could possibly be. Ashley, Dennis, Mike and Jake were the BEST! Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely accommodating . I highly recommend these fine people for your auto needs. I am so happy to be a part of the Hoffman Family. I will never go anywhere else again.

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Hoffman Toyota. From the moment we walked in the door to when we drove off in our car, the car-buying experience was pleasant and easy. I live in North Carolina. I found a slightly used 2021 Tesla Model 3 on the Hoffman Audi website. I have never bought a car sight unseen so I was apprehensive. From the beginning of the transaction, I worked with Alfonso Lopez. Mr. Lopez was extraordinarily helpful. He immediately responded to my calls and e-mails and was attentive to the smallest details. I probably would not have bought the car had it not been the trust which Mr. Lopez instilled in me. He has followed up since the purchase closed. He went out of his way to arrange for the car to be transported to me as soon as possible.

I just recently purchased a new 2021 Audi A4. Alex Robinson, my sales representative, was fantastic. He made the process as seamless as possible, knew his product well (including older versions of the car), handled the insurance and other details and was extremely responsive when I had questions on the new screen based system. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Big thank you to Dennis & the whole BMW team of Waterbury. I called with an inquiry about a BMW X Series and I left the same day with car of my dreams. I don t have the best credit but they made sure to get me approved and provide me with a great warranty along with a great vehicle. The family loves it as well, can t wait to see what s next!

Hoffman Auto group Toyota has phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. I have been servicing my car there for many years and am beyond happy with the facility and staff, especially Mike Fitzgerald. Mike goes above and beyond and it really makes a difference. Mike takes the time to understand his customers concerns and needs and you can tell he cares about his customers and that he absolutely loves his job! I would highly recommend Hoffman Auto Group - if Mike Fitzgerald is available, even if you have to wait it is worth it!

I recently purchased my first Lexus from Hoffman Lexus. The entire experience could not have been easier. Ben Podchaiski was so professional and knowledgeable about every model I had interest in. After finding the car I wanted, he took the time to explain every feature and answered my many questions until I felt comfortable. Ben then took the time to help me download the Lexus app on my phone and showed me how to use the features. Thank you Ben for your 5 Star service!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Hoffman Audi of NL. On this occasion I had totaled my current vehicle and needed a new car in a short period of time, and in the worst possible market. All the staff at Hoffman helped me to be best prepared for my Insurance Company and were extremely fair with me considering the market in which I needed to purchase. The service and staff will continue to bring me back to Hoffman. Thanks again for all that you have done to help make a really tough time for me so much easier.

My recent purchase of a new Honda CR-V was extremely easy. My salesman, DJ, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Evan, the finance manager, was thorough and very funny. This was my first experience at Hoffman and I would definitely go back and also refer anyone who was looking to buy a vehicle.

Excellent salesman (Mike Cutrone) and overall great experience. Purchased a new Rogue and I am totally pleased with the vehicle. Mike set up the safety systems and provided instruction on the car systems. My third car from Hoffman Nissan and have also found there servicing reliable.

These guys actually genuinely care about customers. My car was beautifully cleaned, detailed and ready....the team was attentive; and they are pros! Their leader "Zach" knows how to assemble and motivate a great team.Check out Kyle Rosemond for your sales representative. He's easily the best sales person I've ever met....no pressure, friendly and makes you feel right at home. The entire makes you fee that way actually.

Recently purchased an 2022 X3 from the new Waterbury location. We haven't purchased a brand new vehicle in decades so I didn't know what to expect. Well it wasn't anything like I recalled. Overall experience was very positive, Dennis and the team did a great job, especially in helping to coordinate a visit to pick up the car at the factory in SC which was a fantastic experience I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful! That sums up the buying experience recently with Mr. Michael Warner. My wife and I shopped at Hoffman Ford and was totally blown away by the knowledge, courteousness, and commitment exhibited by Mr. Warner. He met us with a smile and although he did not pressure us he was there when we needed answers. He is truly a great representative for your company. His can do attitude and patience made the whole car buying experience worthwhile. To be honest...I wish they all could be that way. I know for sure that if it had not been for Mr. Warner's positive attitude and ability to listen to the voice of the customer we would have purchased elsewhere. I a elated that we were fortunate enough to have Michael as our salesperson as my wife left your dealership in her new car as one "Happy Lady" - we all know the old adage - "A happy wife, a happy life"..
