If I could give Hoffman Audi of East Hartford 10 stars I would. After buying my car a couple months ago now I knew I d have no problems with my first service but they went above my expectations. After the service was completed I received a video from my technician Frankie letting me know everything looked good & safe with details of my brake & tire thickness? I received a detailed report letting me know what may need to be done next service. That makes me feel like I m driving a safe car. Rocky was my service advisor, he made everything happen with no issues. When I got into my car it was clean, washed & vacuumed which I was not expecting. If you need to buy a car or a service Hoffman Audi of East Hartford is the best!!!

Athena my service advisor was terrific. She took the time to talk me through the service my car was going to get today. She was clear, relaxed and a bit fun (nice for a Monday morning!) She kept in touch with me throughout the day via text messaging. The car was ready for me on time, washed and good to go. Another great service experience at Hoffman Audi. I ve been coming to them for over 3 years - always terrific service!

I will only go to Hoffman Audi. They always go above and beyond to make sure I get the service I need. I absolutely think Rocky is the best! He is super knowledgeable and helpful. Top notch dealer with great customer service and support.

Hoffman Audi did a great job with my Audi Q5 s 95K mile service. Dan was my service advisor. He was great! Went over everything during the write up, as I had also requested a fuel injector service. He asked when I would like to have the service completed for pickup and said he could get it done even sooner. He would have made good on the promise but for the tech recommending tire rotation and coolant drainage and replacement. Pickup time was still close to the time I had asked for. Everyone at the Service Department went above and beyond to get the job done seamlessly. The $200 coupon I had received in the mail also made the experience that much more pleasant. Also loved the video from the tech who did the multi-point inspection. Being able to see the undercarriage and the engine and the other under the hood elements , as well as hearing the tech s assessment, was extremely helpful! Highly recommend!

Rocky at Hoffman Audi was amazing. He was very honest and reliable when it came to the repair required on my daughter s Audi. My husband and I were very apprehensive about our daughter bringing her new car and handling this matter on her own; she is currently enrolled in college in Connecticut. Rocky was very professional and communicated everything thoroughly and honestly with our daughter and to us. We are business owners here and NY and I have to say what an asset and valuable employee he is to Hoffman Audi!!!. It was refreshing to see an honest auto dealership employee and human being!!!!!. Thanks again Rocky!!!!

I was serviced by Diana today and she is a bright new staff with awesome customer service skills. She has a patient and diligent attitude. I was v impressed with her. I was unorganized when arriving trying to get my electronic Insur card pulled up & she was so calm & friendly waiting for me. She took the time to contact Audicare for me to ensure my needed repairs were covered. She was the determining factor for me to use Hoffman E. Hartford location to get further costly repairs done. I give her 6 stars out of 5 just because I feel she went the extra mile for me. The co. made sure not only was my vehicle washed but the loaner was clean, warmed up for me and beautifully turbo charged so yummy!! Diana is the real deal no joke.

Excellent customer service! Robert from Hoffman Audi has been considerate to accommodate with the loaner when it came taking care of my family. It was very kind and made a big difference with getting to my work and home. My car has also been cleaned! Very thoughtful and I did feel blessed. Thank you!

Brought my 18 Audi S4 for a 120k mile Tune up and check engine light was on. Trever was able get my Car tuned up and now I can enter the Winter driving season with full confidence that my S4 is ready for cold season challenges. The last two times, I had a wonderful experience at the Hoffman Audi Service. First time, I was swapping the summer tires to winter tires. Second time, I had the "Electric System Malfunction" message. Rocky was very helpful in explaining what may have caused it. He coordinated a loaner, and got my car fixed in a reasonable time. I am impressed with Rocky's professionalism and knowledge of the car. Keep up the good work!

Recently brought my car to the service department due to the engine light being on & the car still under full warranty. I appreciated being able to get in for an appointment quickly thanks to Kate at the call center.Athena was extremely helpful and kept the line of communication open through text during the entire process which took longer than initially anticipated, however, I was glad to know what was happening.I also appreciated the car wash and efficiency in picking up my vehicle.I would return.

As always my service experience was excellent. You are greeted as you arrive, process is explained and you can relax in the comfortable lounge. You are provided with updates and then upon completion you are directed to your freshly cleaned car. Always the best. Would not consider going elsewhere.

Athena was excellent in helping me get all my repairs done! She kept me informed of progress every step of the way, and got back to me quickly so I could accommodate my own schedule with clients! My experience was very professional. They explained in detail what was wrong. And things that I need to fix. IRocky was my custom service person. He was very helpful and friendly. I was able able to get a loaner for a few days. The best service from everyone. And communication was top of the line.

Courteous and knowledgeable service staff. Technician provided video of my vehicles inspection and identified what repair items needed immediate attention and which could be postponed for a later date. Repairs were executed quickly and I was back in my vehicle in no time. Loaner vehicle was sufficient and clean. Overall my experience at Hoffman Audi was excellent

Everyone from the manager down was courteous, friendly, attentive, and customer focused. I came in for service unscheduled due to a sudden engine issue. The manager quickly collaborated with his team to get my car inspected to determine the issue. They found the problem, explained it clearly and offered solutions to consider. Service was immediately done & problem solved. . Well done team Hoffman! GK

My experience today was good. Nobody came out immediately to greet me so I went towards Bobby s office which was totally fine. No biggie. Car seemed to be serviced properly and they did mention they did try to fix my electrical problem (I was only there for oil change). We will see if it holds.Car came back washed. Not vacuumed or anything but who cares.I did leave two messages for Bobby over the last two weeks asking for a call back to get the car in for the oil change and did not get any calls back so I was disappointed that I had to call back a third time, then go through the main service number. (Why do they give you their card if they don t want you to call them directly?) But again. Not the end of the world. All in all, Good place to get service done.

I took my Audi a6 for the 55,000 mile service and was totally satisfied with the service not only the video sent to me by the mechanic to show the ares of service, but also Rocky. He was very courteous and helpful. The waing room is also excellent!

I ve been a Hoffman Audi customer for the past 4 years and they never disappoint. I had the pleasure of having Rocky as my service advisor this time and he did a fantastic job. Rocky is very knowledgeable, honest, and very personable. This is greatly appreciated in a world where most places feel as if they rush you in and out and only care about your money. That is the not the case with Hoffman Audi and Rocky. I felt very valued and Rocky was able to take care of my vehicle concerns and provide me with updates as I worked from the waiting lounge. I could not have asked for a better experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance
