Great experience going to Hoffman. They had many cars to choose from. Our sales rep Kevin was helpful, he brought up multiple cars for side by side comparisons, searched local affiliated dealers, and explained the differences in models. I test drove a few and I ended up in the right model with exactly the right options at a great price. No complaints, no pressure. I ve never been a fan of dealerships or sales, but this experience went well. The manager Mike was also great and friendly. Great waiting area, good coffee. Toured the facility and I m happy to have purchased my first new Audi here. Thanks to that whole team.

I had a very positive experience at Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. I was an out of state buyer and the sales team did a great job eliminating all my concerns of purchasing a car online.The vehicles condition was even better than advertised and my daughter absolutely LOVES her beautiful new car.I highly recommend Hoffman Audi!

I had an awesome experience during the entire car buying process. I had a trade in transfer of plates paperwork etc done in a timely fashion per my request. My salesman Alfonso Lopez is super knowledgeable about the Audi platform and was able to get me on the road confident I was aware of all the car had to offer me. He showed me around the dealership and the various departments including parts and repair. This is the third purchase of an Audi from Alfonso and he never disappoints. Looking forward to working with him and the rest of the team moving forward with all of my vehicle needs.

My car buying experience couldn t have been easier at Hoffman Audi! Sylvester met us when we walked in, I knew exactly which car I had in mind and he had it ready for me to test drive within 5 minutes!! He didn t pressure me at all, just laid out the details and answered questions, worked with me on a fair value for my trade. I decided to purchase the car, left with clear instructions to call my insurance company, came Back in the next day to pick up the car, where Sylvester took the time to explain the car s features to me. Overall the nicest experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car - definitely recommend!

Hoffman Audi has been a great dealer for many years. I bought my first car from them in 1996. Just got my newest car from them. I always recommend them to friends and family. Great sales team headed up by Mike. Great service too.

The entire buying experience was one of the most pleasant and stress free I have had in purchasing a car. Contact was made through website and all information on the car was quickly provided including a copy of the original sticker, carfax and other details without even asking for it. Very above board. Communication through the process was excellent. Financing and other aspects were efficient and they shopped for very good rates and terms for us. We found one small service issue with the car post purchase and Kevin our salesman quickly handled getting a resolution in place.

My experience was satisfactory.However, do connect with Jose Torres if you are planning to get an Audi from this dealership.Jose is an an exceptional guy who would go above and beyond to meet your requirements.I had an excellent experience with him. He gets a 10 star !The reason I am putting 4 star is because I felt there is a room for improvement when it comes to Customer management and the Customer experience.Jose certainly stands out and helped me a lot through the entire process.

My buying experience was ok Communication with my salesman wasn t always the greatest. Being that I m a huge car guy and buy quiet a few vehicles. I have dealt with some amazing dealership with first class service. This dealership did not provide that. Especially since I came from Florida to make the purchase on a R8. However I would expect first class treatment on any vehicle purchase no matter what the cost. That shows that the dealership/salesman actually care about the buyer and their satisfaction.

Amaury and the team at Hoffman Audi made my experience of purchasing a 2024 SQ5 easy and pleasurable. They were patient with me and took the time to find the exact vehicle I was looking for and kept me fully informed throughout the process. I couldn t have asked for a better experience! Owen Newman made my experience at Hoffman Audi nothing short of awesome. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. With only 3 cars available in the US with just the right package and color, he managed to get my car transferred and ready to roll out several weeks before expected! And boy, do I get some looks now. My husband and I been looking for a car and came to Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. We met with Armando sales person and he showed us a 2016 Acura MDX. We loved the SUV and decided to finance. From the minute we met with Armando he was very professional, attentive and even thought our credit wasn't looking great Alfonso went above and beyond to make it happened. He kept us on the loop every step of the way. Alfonso and his finance team did a great job and got us approved! We are so very happy and we will definitely go back for our next car in the future.

Excellent car buying experience. Initial contact through flying in and closing the deal was a smooth process. The car exceeded my expectations upon arrival. Great customer service from all involved; Jose, Alfonso, and Eddie. I would take a flight here again to buy a car just because of the ease of the entire experience and the high quality of customer service. I highly recommend Hoffman Audi.

I bought a jeep from them back in midsummer. The crew is amazing! Absolutely pleasure speaking with them. They're down to earth. Funny, very good at judging what jokes are appropriate and can even take a couple thrown at them. I would highly recommend doing business with this car dealership it's time for a new vehicle. I definitely will be coming back

I usually dread buying a car from a dealership, I always have felt I was not getting the best deal. My attitude completely changed once I went to Hoffman Audi - Amaury Bruno made the transaction painless and I really feel it was a fair deal. Hoffman Audi of East Hartford has a Superior customer service focus. This was my first experience with Hoffman Audi. I had previously been a 15-year customer of an Audi dealership in central Mass, until now.I had taken my car in for service and there was outstanding communication from the time I dropped off the car to paying for the repairs. I received a very detailed report on my car as well as a video from the service tech doing the inspection. I did not receive this level of service from the other dealership.Hoffman is a very professional dealership that has a new customer for life. Sam Pines went above and beyond as well as my service adviser Rocky Subramani, these two gentlemen are hands down the Best of the Best!!!!!This dealership gives the customer the white glove service... I highly recommend visiting their store, you won't be disappointed.

If you want exceptional service come to Hoffman Audi for your next vechicle purchase. My friend Jay Russell has worked here for past 2 years, he helped me find my new vechicle, I was taken care of in sales by Owen Neumann and Mike their GSM. I was treated like a VIP. They sent me a ride, picked me up at my house by a nice gentlemen Jose in a new Porsche! This place is stress free all down to the music they play in the sales office!! 5 stars isn t enough! Above and beyond.I am from out of town (D.C. area) and we were purchasing a used Audi from a local dealership in East Hartford. Leary of the local dealer, I wanted to get a pre purchase inspection done although it was late in the day.I drove over to Hoffman Audi and ran into Christopher Burton as he was literally locking the doors for the day. I explained we had driven 7 hours to purchase this vehicle. I wanted to make sure the car I was in good shape since it s has been at the other dealer ship for a little while.Christopher understood my situation and graciously decided to help me out. Bobby King also stayed to help and wrote up my ticket while Christopher took a look at the car.Christopher and Bobby took the time to help me out, even though they were about to head home for the day. It turns out they only found one minor thing with the car. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing the car was inspected by a certified Audi technician.This is not my local Audi dealership and I didn t know them from a stranger on the street, but Christopher especially went out of his way to help me out. I have been a long time Audi customer and the customer service I received from this encounter just assured me that Audi Hoffman is what every dealership should aspire to be like.Thank you again Christopher and Bobby for help!
