Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Amazing group of people to work with. From Maggie finding the truck to Nick and Guy making the deal with me, the financial department hell even the main entrance secretary/showroom director was amazing with me and my kids. Would recommend them to any and everyone. Top notch service down to earth, truly blown away by their demeanor and assistance.

We purchased my 2024 Rav4 Hybrid two weeks ago from the Hartford Toyota Superstore, and I love it.Omar Rivera, our salesman, made choosing and buying the car an enjoyable experience in every way. He was knowledgable, interested in my comfort and "must have" features, and took loads of time to explain the car's operations and technology to me. Understanding and driving a hybrid was new to me, so I had lots of questions and Omar had the patience to match! This was our second time buying from Hartford Toyota, and we asked for Omar specifically since we'd had an equally great experience buying my husband's Highlander from Omar two years ago.I highly recommend this dealership and be sure to ask for Omar Rivera for the best buying experience.

I recently went in to buy a used car, the sales manager Gaetano helped put me into a new car and made me very happy. Henry also did a great job with everything else and took the time to explain all the features of my vehicle. My first experience was a great one.

This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from Henry. He's the absolute best and most patient salesperson I've ever worked with. Henry listens to every detail of what you are looking for and need, and he gets to work. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. With this being my daughters 1st purchase, he made the experience so enjoyable. Most of all, like a dad, I loved and appreciated the peptalk he gave her before pulling off. I can't wait for our next purchase! If you're blessed to work with Henry, you absolutely won't be disappointed!The only negative I would say is when we met with Henry and went over cost (down-payment, interest and monthly payments, my daughter proceeded and when we went to pick the vehicle up, we met with the finance departments and he gave us 3 pricing choices for which was much higher then what we signed with Henry That was a little slap in the face because she knew exactly what she could afford, so now she has to rearrange all of her finances. Overall Henry is a excellent salesperson to work with and we can't wait to purchase our next vehicle from him.

Purchased a brand new 2024 ( love my truck). Sales process was great, Jennifer was great. Had to give it a 2 stars due to the horrible finance process. During the finance process I clearly was unaware that gap insurance was added to my total balance. During the conversation I clearly stated the only add on I wanted was the additional 7 year car warranty. Upon arriving home I reviewed paper work that clearly stated that 1200 dollar gap insurance was added to the loan amount. Next morning I called finance and requested to have it canceled and the amount added as a payment to my balance. Finance stated " it's not a problem", I'll take care of it". It's been well over 2 weeks and nothing has been done. I contacted Toyota financial head quarters myself and they confirmed that Hartford Toyota finance had not yet cancelled the gap insurance policy. It's clear that they assumed I would just take their word for it and that they would have canceled the insurance. Remember after 30 days you're stuck with the insurance and are not eligible for a full refund. I'm glad I followed up with Toyota financial head quarters. Insurance was cancelled on my end.

Henry is amazing. My wife and I explained what we were looking for in a new car. Henry found exactly the car in the color we wanted. He worked with us through the complete process. This is the third car we have purchased with Henry. Henry always goes the extra mile to assist us.

I had an excellent buying experience at Toyota Superstore thanks to Kaleb and Brianna. They made the entire process of getting a new 2024 Rav 4 Hybrid effortless and stress free. Kaleb was knowledgeable, patient and understanding. There was no high pressure sale and the pricing information was straight forward and fair. Brianna made sure my wife and I knew about payment options, extended warranties, and answered all our financial questions. I would highly recommend Hartford Toyota.

I worked with both Henry and Nuno to purchase a used Toyota Highlander. They were both great to work with. The whole process was easy, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. I felt that I got a great deal on both my new car and on my trade in, all my questions were answered clearly and patiently- even questions I had after taking my new car home- and they worked around my schedule. I was very happy with the experience!

This is an update from a review I wrote a few days ago. I am increasing the stars because the owner of this business reached out to me immediately upon seeing this to correct the situation. He was phenomenal and very accommodating. He obviously cares about his business and adds a personal touch. I had bought an SUV here in October. Brianna clearly rushed the finance part and her only goal was to get me out of there as soon as possible. She was rude and did not want to answer any questions. When she did answer questions, she gave false information. There was a mix-up on the paperwork and therefore, the bank check I provided was an overpayment. Both the manager and Brianna promised a refund, which I never received. I went back and spoke to Brianna again. She agreed that I was correct and a refund was appropriate. She promised the refund again but once again, this never occurred. Initially, being unsatisfied, I posted a review about this. The owner contacted me by the end of the day and quickly rectified the situation. He even had someone hand deliver the check on the next business day. If it weren't for Brianna's behavior, I would be giving a 5 star review. For anyone buying a car at this dealership, I suggest avoiding Brianna and dealing with Guy. If you do, it would likely be a 5-star experience.

Service department does not care about their customers. If you drop your car off they will not return calls. They act like they are doing you a favor by speaking to you. Was only able to get response by calling service manager Mike and then dealership owner s son Richard. He did deliver my car to my home after we spoke which was a bit of a recovery but Janice is a complete disaster in the service department. Kept hearing she was busy because she just got back from vacation. Horrible service. Beware.

Everyone at Hartford Toyota was super patient with me as a first time car buyer. Never tried to be pushy and helped me get to a position where I could get what I wanted in my price range. Sales guy M was incredible and easy to work with with. Finance manager Bri broke down everything needed and put me at ease. Highly recommend.

Last Saturday I was kept waiting for an hour even though I had an appointment to buy my lease car. The business manager (she knows herself) said he would take our documents and return immediately, but for an hour no one said who are you waiting for, how can we help you, etc. We had to constantly ask the reception staff for the business manager. I have never seen such indifference, disrespect and unprofessional attitude towards the customer, even though they thought they could not take care of us because they were busy! We were busy too and had to leave after 1 hour. It was sad that we wasted an hour for nothing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Hartford Toyota to anyone.

Jennifer and the whole Hartford Toyota team went above and beyond in making this easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. They really rolled out the red carpet and it felt like i was shooting the breeze with some friends on a Saturday afternoon while waiting for my car. I wish every major life purchase went like this honestly. From Maggie getting the deal started, to Jennifer securing and getting me into my dream car in a matter of days. I can't thank yall enough. 10/10 would recommend

I just purchased a 2024 Camry from Hartford Toyota. The dealership is top notch as far as I m concerned. This is my 4th car with them and I have never had a bad experience with sales or service. Henry Montgomery was my salesperson today and I have to say it s nice to feel you can trust you are in good hands when making such a big purchase. Henry is patient and kind and has never made me feel pressured. He is truly a gem. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and courteous. Great dealership.

Horrible customer service. They broke a part of my car mirror when I brought my car in for servicing. I returned the next day for them to fix the damage they caused. Almost two hours later I saw the person (Stephen Elliot) who was supposed to be assisting me pack up his things and left for the day without telling me anything about where my car was or what was happening to it.

Stay away from this place! I'd very much like to give zero stars if I could. I looked to purchase a car from this dealership, who after quoting me one price and got me prepared to put down a deposit, then suddenly advised me that they will add on a dealer markup for this car, but only for out of state purchasers. Not only did their greed cost themselves an easy transaction, but it's earned them a bad review.

Horrible, service does not explain warrantee coverage or cost associated to service until you arrive for your appointment. If there is a problem and they deem it not covered they will charge over $200 for looking into the problem, on top of any feeds to fix the issue. The service and potential cost should have been explained while I was making the appointment, not when i arrived.Service is not the same as it used to be at Hartford Toyota. I will try another service center in the future, not worth the aggravation of driving into the city for service anymore. Other dealerships are closer, and I will take advantage of that.If you read warrantees, most items have many exclusions. What is actually covered is very limited.

I could not have asked for a better experience from Hartford Toyota! I walked in telling them exactly what I want and to my surprise, they were getting that exact vehicle! Kaleb, Rich and Andie took great car of me and made sure everything was immaculate and easy for me. Please go see them!

Customer service here is 0. Everyone appears to be busy. The least they can do is decline new customers if they are so busy. Taking on a new customer, finding it difficult to attend to them, and trying to justify the behavior is just unacceptable. I wouldn t have bought the car if Andy didn t step in.Sadly, the car I bought a few days ago is developing issues, it s literally not starting. I sent an email asking how to navigate the problem as it looked like I might need to tow it. I haven t gotten a single response in days. Just an overall awful place. I will return the car when I m able to do so.I do not only feel unfairly treated. I regret ever stepping my foot here. Should have gone to Colonial Toyota.

I went to this Toyota dealership in order to inquire about the purchase of a Sienna minivan. After a couple of minutes, a sales man was told I was a customer looking for a minivan, moments later a middle man showed up. After I introducing himself he went on to the appropriate greetings and went on with his speech. I told him the reason for my visit. He continued presenting his sales pitch and Not really interested in what I had to say. He then showed me and I Pad and showed me a minivan he was going the arrive soon at this particular dealer. Then he stated: I am going to get you a print out of the specs of the minivan, soon after, he disappeared into a maze of offices located toward the rear of the building. Several minutes went by and he never came back. After approximately 10 minutes, I went looking for him, and upon approaching the rear area we're the offices were located, I saw him seated in a chair killing time. Of course I didn't find this to be a very professional way to treat a future customer. A looked at him for a minute or two and since he never changed his position on that chair, I decided to leave the building. My concerns are, that this game that is played by these sales persons is very old, antiquated and unprofessional and no to say unrespectful of "we" the customers. Long story short, I went to another dealer and presented my inquiry and I was treated with respect and promptly given the attention I deserve. They just lost few customers due to this game playing and unprofessional behavior. I share my experience at this location with anyone that is looking to purchase a Toyota vehicle. Thanks

In December 2022, my Toyota broke down. I had it towed into Hartford Toyota, and it turns out it was beyond repair. My wife had just been laid off a month earlier so we didn t have much in the way of purchasing power. They had a used high mileage Kia Sorrento that had just arrived that morning for $15,000. We purchased it. After three weeks of driving it the check engine light came on and it was making a knocking noise. It was still within the warranty. So Hartford Toyota took the car for repair. It should be noted that the service department was so unresponsive that I had to get the sales associate I bought the car from involved. Turns out the check engine light came on they fixed the issue, then it came on again and they fixed a second issue. Neither of these issues were related to the knocking noise. Upon getting the car back though, I noticed that the knocking noise had stopped. Within a short period of time knocking noise started again, but it was now out of the grace period so I took it to Kia. Upon inspection, they told me that the car was burning oil at a rate of about a quart or two per week. The knocking noise was because I was driving around with no oil in the car. This was an underlying issue that was certainly there when I purchased the car. And I suppose it didn t seem odd to Hartford Toyota's service department that a car I had just purchased was now completely out of oil. Rather than look into the issue they simply filled the car with oil, made the knock go away, and sent me on my way. Kia said the best thing to do would be to keep topping off the oil aggressively as it didn t make sense to put the type of money into a repair to fix the problem that was causing the oil to burn. So I relentlessly kept on top of the oil. In December 2023, less than a year after the purchase, the car broke down and needed a new engine. In the end I still owed $13,000 on a car that was sitting in the junkyard. I contacted Hartford Toyota to ask why they did not detect this issue and do their due diligence. They said I had to speak to the sales associate that I purchased the car from. I left messages and never got my messages returned. We went online and filled out a form to have a manager call us back. They never did. So now I am out $13,000 and Hartford Toyota won t even return my phone calls.

Amazing! I had my eye on the new Tundra for some time now. I tried dealing with a few other Toyota dealers and they all seemed shady and did not want to provide any information over the phone unless I walk in. (I guess thats the industry) Then I hit Hartford Toyota Superstore. I sent an inquiry and got an auto reply with Rich the manager's cell phone. I called him up and he was straightforward, super nice. He worked out a deal that I was comfortable with. At that point I drove in. Rich was a man of his word. The deal did not change. There were no surprises, and I am now the happy owner of a new Tundra. Walking in was a bit overwhelming. They dont call it a Super Store for nothing. This place is huge with massive inventory. I'm definitely coming back to get my wife the Grand Highlander that she has been wanting....to Summarize, walk and ask for Rich. He is a stand up, guy and will take good care of you!
