Broke a piece off my car but flat out told me they will not fix it! They think I did it and brought it in the next day! While I called the same day my car was serviced and took pictures showing how noticeable it was from out side the car!

Though my truck is still having issues they have been excellent at helping me understand that all the tacomas ride they way mine does. They let me test drive the same truck i own and that one had the similar shudder. It was enough for piece of mind and was happy they were nice to take time to go for a couple drives with me and check mine out at the same time. Excellent customer service and would recommend then to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle or just for service

At 1st the sales people were very professional and we finalized the deal and was super translucent. We were very happy at everything. Then the pickup day arrives and and the sizzo began when we were supposed to leave by 11 ended with a game of avoidance and schemes of not being available with delays because they were trying to push all these extra warrantees that we wanted no part of. It was very disappointing that ended with a 2:00 pm closing. Sad story that could've ended another way instead of leaving with a bitter taste.

My profession use to be a service department and I was in charge of an Acura dealer so I was very nervous, bring it in for service at an unknown dealer, honestly, this dealer surprised me so much. They did such a great job and I had no issues or complaints. Also sitting in the waiting room watching the other customers, everyone else was happy and every employee seemed like they knew what they were doing, and had it under control. Well, done, Hartford Toyota!!

It's my first time here as I usually go to Balise in springfield. The service was great. They provided me all recommendations on phone which I can approve or deny. Also I got a inspection video from technician which is excellent. I got review of my tires and they filled it up with required pressure. Plus gave me a free car wash. Definitely recommended. They don't try to over sell anything which is not required. I will definitely go again for my next servive

The oil change and 10,000 mile check was quick and easy. The service staff was very helpful. They kept me updated on progress via text messaging, and even sent me the report of their findings via video. The facility was clean and the waiting area comfortable.

My experiences are hit or miss. Sometimes I'll be greeted with fabulous service. More recently I feel like the service folx have been overly pushy, and passive aggressive in trying to get me to pay for services I don't want at the time. Currently, I paid $150 for battery connector parts... this was deemed to be extremely important so I paid for the parts and then was told they had to order the parts... so not so very important it seems. It's been several weeks now and I think I've received one follow up call that I missed because I was working. Needless to say, my car is still not repaired with that part.

The customer care reps hustled to juggle their many clients and always with a smile. Shout out to Janice who gave us good advice on how to proceed with our car trouble, which was quickly resolved and cost a lot less than expected.

This was literally the best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle. I wanted a car that was very hard to find, and they found it within a week! Everyone at the dealership seemed happy and helpful. They hooked me up with some great deals as well. They also gave me top dollar for my Lexus and even though my quite was a month prior they didn t try any funny business when I came to trade it in. When I was talking to the finance guy and asking him about the new GM, he stated how he was really amazing to work for and how he gets it . I asked what he meant and he said that he was great to work for and that he understands the importance of family for the staff as well. That s huge in this day and age! It sounds like they take care of the workers and in turn their workers are striving to treat customers with excellence for the dealership. Everyone wins in an environment like this. I love my new Grand Highlander, and I will refer them to everywhere and always go here.

The service department is very professional. Scheduling was easy and they did a great job keeping the repair I needed small and cost effective. And I was blown away when the repair tech posted a short video for me that showed how he solved the problem. Wow

I was talked into making a $4000 repair on a car worth roughly $6000 to $8000, and assured that was the only issue. The service manager knew that I was heavily tempted to sell it for whatever I could get but I decided to keep it rather than buy a new car. After making the repair they called me with bad news: the car needed an additional $5000 of work -- on an issue they should have seen when they took apart the engine for the first repair. After my trying for a couple of weeks to get answers and accountability (but not approving additional work) the head of the service department emailed me saying the car was fine to drive (that was the first time they said it was safe to drive!) and threatening me with storage fees if I didn't pay the $4000 and remove the car promptly. They would not let me get my car back without paying the $4000 -- and I'm not completely convinced that was the issue in the first place. They will argue this to death here, I am certain. Hands-down the worst car service experience I have ever had.

Made appointment for recall on gas tank brought it in on a snow day when they were supposed to be dead. Called me back at the end of the day to pick up. When I picked up they said they couldn t do the recall because there was too much gas. First they should have told me when I made the appointment that I needed a certain amount of gas in the vehicle. second they should have checked when I got there. third should not have told me the recall was done and ready to pick up when It wasn t.

My oil change, tire rotation and maintenance checks went as planned. The service rep was efficient and effective. But when I arrived in Florida a couple of days later, I noticed my right front tire was missing its fifth lug nut! Please add an independent, final inspection step to your process to preclude recurrence of this potentially, extremely dangerous mistake. I consider myself lucky to not have experienced a serious incident, driving 1400 miles short one lug nut.

Well I usually have no problems when I go to Steve or Bo. I did have a problem with Janice and Mike this time. I apparently paid $200 to find out my gas cap was lose. I wish they fabricated a story instead!!Mike nor Janice were sympathetic, they could of given us some type of credit ? Considering we have leased 6- Rav 4 and a sienna over the past 13 years!ThanksBob Colangelo.

Service attendant was great but I left and noticed then didn t even wash my car and I verified that they were washing it. Same dirty as when I brought it. Very disappointing

First time there and they took me in and did a quick service. They gave me a light wash on the vehicle and fixed some of the plastic panels without me even asking. Only came to get lug nuts taken off. Great experience

Hartford Toyota service center is great. They do a wonderful job with servicing your car. They are very efficient and courteous. Service department is much better than the sales department.Sales department needs a lot of improvement.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, the job was completed quickly and I will continue to get my truck serviced at Hartford Toyota.Ps I am waiting on the tire sale in April too.
