Awesome experience. After discussing what I needed in a vehicle, they found me a perfect match. Educated me on all of my options and delivered on commitments. I was provided a run down on everything completed and recommendations to continue maintenance. Lastly followed up to confirm I made a great investment. Thank you

Purchased this car on valentines day. Car has been giving me problems since the first day I got it. Kept bringing it back to the shop so he could fix what was wrong and nothing worked. Same problems kept coming up mainly pertaining to the engine. Finally took it to audi and they told me everything that was wrong with the car and what needed to be fixed. It s only two major problems but I can see why they were never fixed because they re expensive. I don't know what he was fixing but it was never any of the problems that were described to me by Audi. Yes I m happy Im getting my far fixed, but disappointed because the owner made it seem like he was helping me when he actually wasn't. Wouldn t recommend! I would say go to a bigger dealership and get a car with Warranty.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from the staff at Hartford Motor Car during the purchase of my new used vehicle. Any questions I had were answered very promptly, usually same day. If they have the vehicle you are looking for, don't hesitate to give them a call or send them an email. Omg worse dealer ever ! Won t give me my down payment after he canceled the deal HE KEPT MY MONEY AND THE CAR AND CALLED THE POLICE ALSO. Told me he don t want me in his place of business .. PLEASE DONT EVER GO HERE . I HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE .. ILL TRY TO POST IT TO HERE IF I CAN AND IF I CANT COMMENT BELOW AND ILL EMAIL IT TO YOU.Now I have to take him to court .. don t give him your time or money .

Had three mechanics look at my truck and a whole month without my vehicle. Took it to Paul at Hartford Motor Cars and he got my truck up and running and fixed my wheels. Great service and extremely knowledgeable. I won t go anywhere else.

This is the worst auto dealer I have ever dealt with . sold me a car that is not safe and he knows it , never fix my car he doesn t even have a certified mechanic, also I had a broken crack rim told him something wrong told me he replaced the rim come to find out that they but a paste like glue.:.don t ever buy

Please don't make the mistake and buy any car from Hartford motor car they unprofessional lie about payment sell u crash car everything bad about Paula he's very lie he tell you a price but when it's time it's a different payment 0 star one of the biggest mistake I make

STAY AWAY Owner argued with me about sales tax and reg of a car I didn t even want to buy because I couldn t afford it! He said it was going to cost over 1500- 2000 to register in mass when I did the math sales tax was 540 on 9000! It would be less that 1000 after title fee, plate fee and reg fee! The guy is a fraud and will try to take you for all the money would not do business!

do not buy a car from here. the owner sells cars that are not in good shape and then when it is time to fix the car he takes a week to call the warranty company and get things going.

Ripoff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haven't had the car a month and making a noise already, brakes squeek also. He said they had 50% life, a lie!!!

Bought a car and the check engine light came on as soon as i got on the highway took it back to them to fix and they never got around too it lol this place is a dump
