Shoutout to Adam the sales manager and Jeff the salesman for making the new car buying experience as easy as possible! Was night and day from the experience received at their local competitors. No pushiness, straightforward, down to earth dealer that said it how it was, did not rush decisions, and was more than willing to work with me (the customer). They made the process easy, even being an out of state customer, and I feel more than confident that I am in good hands going forward. Will recommend to friends and family!

Had to take my car in for service due to an issue with the door locks. Service was quick based on the situation and needing to order parts and everything is resolved and working again, but the experience really was made significantly better thanks to Megan in the service center. She was kind, friendly, and provided EXCELLENT communication in terms of the status of my car throughout the entire process. I never felt out of the loop and feel she went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Thanks Megan.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review and to give a HUGE thank you to Victor Schmidt and his crew for their outstanding level of service, professionalism, and communication throughout my whole ordeal. For what I thought would be just a routine service, and maybe some issue with the HVAC system, ended up becoming a nightmare after learning a mouse decided to make it's "home" in the engine of my car. Victor and his team provided top service throughout this experience, from the communication with him between myself and my fianc�, all the way up to Victor's communication with the claims adjuster at the insurance company. He also made sure I was well taken care of and had a rental car ready for me the very next day, and each day throughout the month I was out of a vehicle. His communication and just overall reassurance and calm demeanor throughout this ordeal, made this "nightmarish" situation, so much more tolerable knowing I had someone that had my best interest at heart, and was keeping me in the loop every step of the way. When I got my car back, it was absolutely IMMACULATE, and all of his staff were very pleasant and kind to deal with. A huge thank you to them as well, because if you had seen the amount of dog hair and other crap I had in my car, it was not any easy one to deal with! I highly recommend HARTE Nissan and especially Victor and the crew that follows for their outstanding professionalism and top notch service. Thank you, again! -Allison Valonis

The two Hart owners are clowns. Don't think so watch their stupid commercials trying to sing. They only treat themselves as VIP's not customers.I took my infinity FX35 in for a national recall on the airbag and after the service the warning light was still on after the service. They told me to correct the issue it was at least $200 more.to diagnose. So much for a recall this is how they bait and switch. Meanwhile there was a Porsche 911 in the service bay. I ask who's car? The manager said it was Harts'. This is why they overcharge to pay for owners toys. Buyer beware!!!Scroll down to similar one star reviews the story is always the same. NOT OUR FAULT the customer was wrong.

The whole experience, from scheduling a test drive to driving away with a new-to-me Nissan Pathfinder, was smooth & enjoyable. Special mention to Olivia in scheduling-she responded promptly to my request & got me set up with the actual vehicle I wanted to see, which I ended up purchasing. A big shoutout to my salesperson, Michael, who was legitimately a pleasure to work with! He was never pushy but he was proactive in making sure we drove away with a clean & well-maintenanced car, putting new tires & new brakes on before we picked it up. Micheal treated us like friends of the family. Not fake salesman friendly, just a warm guy, good at his job. The dealership overall was a friendly, clean place for my family to visit. Everyone we came in contact with treated us well. The trophies from the local basketball team they sponsor made a great impression on our family. They re clearly active in their community & that s great to see. But most importantly, I got a GREAT DEAL on a car I love! No haggling, no bait & switch, no high-pressure. I feel confident recommending this dealership to my friends & family.

Friendly, accommodating and overwhelmed with customers and phones but treated us as if we were their only customer. Work on the car was done quickly and without an issue. We used to work with another Nissan service but Harte has been much better all around! Thank you!

Fast service! Was informed by Harte Nissan that my vehicle had an active recall and was able to schedule a Saturday appointment. Upon arrival was told wait time would be approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. An hour later my vehicle was done!

My advisor was Corey and I was blown away by his expertise and professionalism! He broke down technically terms like he was working with Nissan since he was a toddler (very knowledgeable guy)! His service exceeded my expectations and I will certainly return for service and recommend others to especially see him there at Harte Nissan! I hope his bosses acknowledge his hardwork.

This place is pricier than others, but I feel like it's worth it. They ALWAYS do a full inspection on my car, and as an independent woman this is something I highly appreciate. I am able to have an idea of the condition my car is in. If I were to go anywhere else they would charge me for an inspection. I've personally experienced other places providing me inaccurate information about my car and this is why I come here. They know their stuff and do well at what they do. I always experience great customer service when I am here. I just want to thank everyone at the desks and the mechanics behind the scenes for all that you guys do! You guys demonstrate great teamwork and professionalism.

They got the job done! I went to 5 dealerships that supposedly work with bad credit with my co signer those dealerships turned me down well wanted $8,000-$10,000 down. Sales rep Ben and Finance manager Mike I believe his name is worked so hard and got me approved with my co signer with $5,000 down. Although the process was long they got me in my new car (and it s certified! One owner and it was taking care of) I love it so far! Thank you Ben and Mike!

I brought my 2018 Nissan Rogue in to be serviced on for a couple of issues, safety sensor malfunctions and a leak in my rear window. Im so grateful to have walked to Meghan's desk that day. From day one she was extremely helpful and compassionate. While my car was at the shop Meghan called several times giving me updates and the run down on what to expect next. After two long weeks my car was deemed unsafe to drive and then totaled. This was very tough news but Meghan was right there for it all and it made a world of a difference. This is an extremely unfortunate event that I was not expecting whatsoever but I'm thankful the issue was found now rather than later. My only request is to get a refund on a part that I had to purchase when a sensor was being replaced. I spent a total of $287.34 on a bracket that had to be broken in order to replace the sensor in front of the car. This may not seem like a lot of money to some but I recently graduated college and now have to pay an insurance deductible plus purchase a new car. I loved my Nissan Rogue and hope to find a similar car. Thank you for all the help.

I bought my first car from Harte Nissan on Valentine s Day !!!! My salesman was Michael V and I was so happy with him ! He was NOT a know it all young dude who wanted to tell me all about why everyone loves him and how great he was as I have experienced before but also I love my new car ! And he explained everything so well and taught me how to use all the new fangled stuff I didn t know about Lol. He also knew I had to go straight to work after picking it up and don t live in the area and he made sure I had enough gas in it. Personal Kind and smart. Great experience with Michael V.

Thank you for selling me a car 2-3 years ago with a destroyed transmission. Ripping me off of my money. And putting me through stress. I waited 4 hours to hear a horrible news like that. I keep my car in great condition. I am in so much shock! This place is not a place of business but infact a place where they scam people! That is why there was not a single person at the sales section. Horrible customer service. And more importantly they sold me a car with a transmission messed up. Because I ve never heard someone who purchases a car and within 3 years the car stops working. That s literally the heart of the car. Horrible! Never buying a car here ever again. Not will I recommend anyone to come here. Thanks for screwing me up of my money and acting like you couldn t have done anything for me as me being a valued customer to you guys!

We went to Harte Nissan and met with our salesman, Dominic Jimerson. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in and took the time to go over the various features of the truck. He made the sale process smooth and was very personable while staying engaged in each step of the way until we drove home with it. If you re looking to buy at Harte, make sure you ask for Dominic.

Went there with my friend to help her buy a car. The car is NOT the problem. The dealership was disorganized, they didn't prioritize customers IN THE MIDDLE of a transaction (walking away and dealing with other people), set expectations and then didn't follow through, couldn't transfer title over properly and sent my friend home out of state with the promise that it would be handled but now the DmV needs information and the dealership has no idea how to help.

The entire process could not have been easier. From a call to Customer Service in AM which was handled perfectly, to Damen patiently explaining all of our purchase/lease options, Scott reviewing all of the details on the vehicle we chose. No pressure all the way through. Highly recommend!
