The absolute worst company I have ever done business with. My car was in a collision and I brought it to the Harte collision center for repair. I had an incredible experience at the Harte Nissan dealership so I figured the experience would be the same here. WRONG. My cars repair was completed 8 days ago and they refuse to release my car. They insurance has paid them what they initially quoted but they continue to resend additional supplements. So now that we are on our 3rd go around and price went from 1600 to 5000 they refused to do anything but sit and wait. When I call I speak to a different person who doesn t seem to know anything and always says I need to speak to someone different but they seem to always be out of the office. I have been going back and forth for over a week and nobody seems to have a clue as to what is going on in that shop. It took 20 minutes on the phone with the man I was speaking to, to even find out what the final price was. He literally kept riddling off number and they were all incorrect. They are COMPLETELY unorganized and really don t need to be seeing customers. I am furious and have been nothing but patient. Please save yourself peace of mind and do not waste your time coming here. They will have you on the phone playing detective as to what the hell is going on. Anyone at Harte if you are reading this feel free to contact me and I ll be sure to let you know how completely unprofessional and incapable your employees are.Service: Body & Trim

Taking way to long with my car. Parts department forgetting part to make you wait longer and they don't wanna take care of your rental due to they incompetence. Will never use them again.

I brought my car to Harte Collision after getting into an accident a few months ago. It s been a great experience working with the staff there. The front desk associate Ebony was extremely helpful and made me feel like my time was valued. The customer service was amazing! Ebony is very personable at every interaction be it in-person or on the telephone. Ebony, Lenny and Mario were attentive, patient and responsive whenever I called or in-personMy car was there to be repaired after an accident and they assisted with navigating issues that came up with insurance. Thank you, you all truly went above and beyond!!!

I have come here with my Nissan and my Infiniti cars for auto body work. They always take good care of my cars, at a reasonable price. On one occasion I was running late to pickup my car and the manager waited after-hours, even though it was totally my fault. That s exceptional customer service! Thanks.

This is by far the best body shop. I had my car fixed here once from a lady reversing into my front end. Now I have an open claim for my rear end and I am definitely bringing my car here as the check comes. Fast and efficient and they email u with any updates.

Only body shop I would go with my infiniti, they were awesome, kept me up to date throughout the process of my repairs and was willing to assist me with my insurance. Ebony was amazing, knowledgeable and so friendly. Absolutely recommend! Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Nobody likes to go to a body shop. You're not there at the best of times since your vehicle needs repairs. Parts delays, insurance delays and everything things else you can be dealing with is frustrating.So why not pick a PROFESSIONAL body shop to do business with? OEM certified and gets the repairs done right. You may be frustrated with repair delays out of their control, but you WON'T be frustrated with the job done right!I hope I don't "need" to go there again anytime soon, but I would and I would send my friends there too.

I brought my 2008 Nissan Altima here to get my front and rear bumpers replaced after an accident. I decided to try Harte Collision Center because I have had great experiences with their service and sales departments. My experience at the collision center was also excellent, and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.Keith was super friendly and he did his best to make the experience as painless as possible. I was in a unique situation and had 2 claims with 2 separate insurance companies, but Keith had no problem dealing with both companies and he had my car ready in less than 3 days.The prices for parts here are admittedly on the high side, but that's because Harte only uses genuine OEM Nissan/Infiniti replacements, no aftermarket parts. In the end, the fitment for both bumpers was perfect, and the color match was spot on. They also cleaned the car inside and out before I picked it up.If you are looking to get body work done for the cheapest price possible, then Harte isn't for you. However, if you are willing to pay extra for a high quality job, I can't recommend them enough. I will definitely use Harte again if I need body work in the future.

Devastated by a forklift. Harte was very professional...'old world' class and promises met with first rate work in a timely manner. They work as a team to make your experience less stressful. We can all use that!

Horrible service and the worst customer service ever. I will advise you please check to make sure your car is fix before driving off the lot. They told me that my car was fix ofcouse I took their word for it never again. I called the Lenny and I ask him why did he lied to me his response was I am not important for him to lie to. Please stay away and go to someone you trust. They have no clue has to what they are doing.

This people have done a horrible job they have my husband car for a month and they told us twice that our car is done and when we come to get it the dents on the car are still there they paint the the rim and and you can see all the drips of the paint on the rim they didn t polish it the car still has the same dent from the car accident and it s been a monthServices: Painting, Body & Trim
