Harold the store manager and Alex who worked on my car are amazing. They treated me in a timely manner gave me exceptional customer service and were very polite. I drove all the way from the Bronx to Connecticut and it was the best decision made.

They have consistently taken care of my car for the last 6 years. It s been easy to schedule and get in the door quickly with them. Every time there has been a thing wrong with my car, they have been great at identifying it and working with me to establish how I want to go about having it addressed.

I am very overdue in posting this review but needed to share the wonderful experience I had on October 17th. I brought my car in for a tire patch. While I was waiting an elderly women came in. She had been in an accident, was 45 minutes from home and would not be able to drive her car that day. She asked the Assistant Service Manager to call a taxi for her. After trying multiple cab companies with no luck, Alex went over to the women and explained Uber. He sat with her and walked through how to use it, the safety features and ensured when her Uber arrived that she got into the proper car. To say their customer service goes above and beyond would be an understatement.

The crew at Goodyear in West Hartford is great; service is fast and courteous. They've always taken the time to listen to any questions or concerns that I've had, and gone out of their way to help. Additionally, they've never been pushy about sales or upselling anything to me. I'm glad to have found a shop in the area that I trust.

Worst experience ever. I scheduled an appt. for 7:30am and as of 5:45pm it was not ready. I scheduled appt. for oil change, tune up and diagnostic check. I called and was told the technician has been busy all day and hasn't gotten around to my car. I had a scheduled appt. Like what you mean! What's the point in scheduling appts. if they are not going to adhere to appts times. Ridiculous!

It took a bit longer than expected; however for the end result of safety, it was well worth it! Both the manager, Harold Williston and the mechanic were awesome, describing everything that was going on and also showing us the physical parts that were really bad! Thanks for making our car safe!

I would just like to publicly thank Goodyear West Hartford, the manager, and their kind workers. They took care of my car and made sure to take their time with any questions I had. Everything was reasonable, and was done efficiently. I ll definitely be coming here for all my future car concerns since it was done with such ease.

Bad service. got 4 brand new tires for my escalade. A week after i took it back to them due to steering wheel and dash board shaking at around 70mph. Told them not even with old tires my car was doing that. They said the balance is good, due to the aftermarket rims i have i need tk install wheel centrix. (To keep the wheel right on the center of the hub) i was like alright. Took it somewhere else installed the wheel centrix in all 4 tires and still doing the same thing. Took it back to good year amd they said my balance is good i need to chance the wheel bearing amd gave me a quote for $1,200 for both sides.i didn't do that. After another month or so i took the car to a fiends of mines that has a shop for an oil change and i mention all that to him. He said alright, let's see what i can find. He took all 4 wheels off of the car put them on the balance mashine and all 4 wheels were out of balance. Like badly. Not even by a little bit. Smh. I paid $1,400 for 4 tires and they tried to scam me for another $1,200. Not good. Thanks to my firend my car rides like a dream again.

I recently had a positive experience with Goodyear Service. Initially, I had a disappointing visit due to a misunderstanding about the tire prices. However, Mr. Wolliston from Goodyear called me personally, and invited me back. I'm pleased to say they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They provided excellent service and offered me a very reasonable price. I appreciate their efforts to make things right and would recommend Goodyear Service for their commitment to customer satisfaction."

I ve always been skeptical with services done to my car. However, Harold and the team are amazing. Very accommodating, very respectful, very considerate, and very professional. I say very a lot to emphasize the quality of service received. This is definitely my new go to for service.

Great service here in Goodyear! My wife s family has known Harold for the past 25 years and rely on him for all car service needs. My first time coming and they did a great job on my car. Definitely impressed. Thanks Harold for answering all my questions and providing excellent customer support.

Rick Conner and his crew are great to deal with. Super friendly and helped us out when our car broke down. Note we are from out of state and Rick was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place !!

This is long overdue I came in with a flat tire from Walmart I made it here and they took me in even though they had an hour left and replaced my tires and were very good to me they gave me the best value they could Harold especially was my contact upon entry he's the manager and he was kind and considerate and understood my budget they went above and beyond and stayed overtime to make sure my tires were all set to go thank you again now I'm back from my third rotation and they're still the greatest place I recommend for tire needs they also do oil changes. So many things to take advantage of. Thank you again Harold for being so good to me and my vehicle...

Just very helpful! Friendly yet professional. Knowledgeable. Quick same day service, I didn t even need to make an appointment, though that could have been just luck. Always call first.The manager has been there for years and knows his stuff. Very kind and respectful!Will use them again.

Great service by the front desk. Felt the cost could be a little less.. Did a puncture repair with rebalancing the wheel for about $44.

Needed extensive suspension work done and Harold, Rick, & Ray were an excellent service & repair team. They did the work in a very timely manner over a weekend and Ray even came in on his birthday to finish the job. They saved all of the old parts to show their bad condition. Appreciate the professional, knowledgeable, and personal service. Thanks for the great care!

Made an appoint for an oil change and tire rotation online. Showed up at my appointment time and stood in the waiting room for 10 minutes without anyone ever coming out. Eventually I went a knocked on the General Manager's door. Took him another 5 minutes to finally come out. When he did they didn't have my appointment even after showing him my confirmation email. Don't waste your time here.

These guys are awesome, trustworthy, and fast! I got a same day appointment after an appointment I made at the local Honda dealership cancelled the same day - the Good year was fast, cheap, and got me out within an hour and without a million other device costs! So thankful.

Couldn t be happier with my experience. Harold, the store manager, was able to get my car in the same day to do an alignment and rebalance my tires. I had them originally mounted and balanced at a Monro on prospect street but my car was shaking on the highway so I brought it in. They were able to confirm that the tires weren t balanced correctly at Monro and remedied the problem. Rides as smooth as silk now thanks to Harold and his team!

Excellent customer service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment Tony was very pleasant and helpful. He gave me some good advise in regards to my tires. Harold ( Manager) has a very professional team of people.

The customer service at the following address; 1009 New Britain Ave in West Hartford is beyond perfect!I have nothing but the highest praise and 100% recommendations. Service was incredible, I needed tires swapped on a set of rims and 3 other shops could not do it. Goodyear took me in same day with no appointment and had the job done within hours. Highly recommend!

It is always a pleasure any time I visit this Goodyear location. Harold and his entire team are the best in the automotive services and I leave knowing I ve received quality service each time. Whether I m popping in for an oil change or a vehicle inspection, the team are fast, efficient, honest and incredibly helpful. We ve been faithful clients for more than 5 years. As CT transplants, it s nice to have trusted vehicle advisors just a phone call or trip away. I recommend them at every chance I get and cannot speak more highly of them. GRATEFUL!

I will say that the management is professional, responsive, and helpful. But, my experience was not great. Bought a new to me vehicle that had snow tires on it, which I had to change. They put the snow tires in the vehicle without a bag after they put the new tires on and it greased up the carpet. Had to spend an hour going back to get it cleaned, and it's never quite the same. Then, within a week I had my tire pressure light came on 3 times and had to put air in. So had to go back and get that fixed. My husband spent another hour there for that and I spent lots of time over the week adding air. So, nice management, questionable work.

Harold and his staff were awesome, especially the nice technician who replaced my tire. He took the time to show me what was wrong with the tire and even put more air in my other tires which was an added bonus! The staff was also considerate in making sure I wasn't waiting around too long for the service to be completed. Harold was also very fair when it came to pricing!
