All workers were very pleasant .. Everything got taken care of with in days. Prices were top notch.Aileen was very sweet and made all paperwork understandable giving explanations to all pricing, charges and loan dates.Steven was highly helpful with the choosing of my vehicle and put me in the best fit possible10/10 I highly recommend Good Auto in Hartford ct.

Good Auto dealership is one of the best dealerships I have ever purchased a vehicle from. Eileen the manager worked tirelessly to get me approval for a vehicle with a reasonable monthly payment, she does whatever possible to make sure you leave a happy customer. The entire staff are extremely professional and helpful and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future, thanks Good Auto!!!!

Be careful buying from this place!I inquired on a Acura SUV in which I ultimately ended up purchasing. When I first arrived on the test drive, the vehicle didn t have any gas in it and was left on so I could look at it . I Returned the next day to drive it, and there still wasn t gas in the vehicle, and was prompted to still go on a test drive. The front tire was low as well, and didn t feel too comfortable, but still still wanted the vehicle because it was the model I desired. During the drive, the salesman, Paul assured me that the vehicle would be cleaned and all safety checks done on the vehicle prior to me driving off the lot.After ultimately purchasing the vehicle, the key fob didn t work, but was taken care of with an appointment to the dealer ship to replace. When I picked the vehicle up, the vehicle was not cleaned in which I asked Paul. Why wasn t it cleaned? He said they sort of cleaned it . In the backseat, there was what looked like sticky candy in which I had to take time to get it cleaned. It was delivered with under a quarter tank of gas, And Paul stated that the dealership is cheap with gas. Upon going to the gas station, the fuel door button did not work in which I called the dealership to let them know of this. Around the fuel door, there were multiple scratches where it looks like it was being pryed open to put gas in. I bought the vehicle back at the time told to 10am by the sales manager Aileen to be looked at by the mechanic. The mechanic ended up showing up at about 1115 and which I had to wait, to then tell me that I had to leave my vehicle for an entire day for a part to be replaced.I dropped the vehicle off the next day, and the truck was with them for a day, and they told me that they would have to send it to another shop. When my vehicle was returned to me, the first time, my power tailgate didn t work As it did when I arrived, so the problem was doubled. I was told to return the day after Christmas because they would have another technician take care of it. I explained that I sold my previous vehicle and would have to wait at the dealership while this repair was was performed.I showed up the day after Christmas, I was told by Paul that I would have to leave the vehicle and and they would be sending it somewhere. I couldn t do so as I had to work later that day and lived about 15 miles away. When I asked where they would be sending it to make my Uber or commute easier, he told me they don t do that, or tell our customers what shop we work with . At that point, I no longer trusted nor wanted them to repair this vehicle, as I knew it would not be done correctly as none of the problems were handled. I left the dealership that day, and moving on.So, at this point, I have to get my fuel door and power tailgate problem, taken care of due to the miscommunication, and And unprofessionalism of this car dealership. I tried to call to speak to ownership and have not gotten a return call as of two days later. This wasnt a great buying experience at all and the process changed after I decided to BUY the vehicle, and from what I see vehicles are not checked by a certified mechanic just what seems to be a backyard mechanic. Stay away.

Aileen, Paul, Geno were amazing in helping me buy my first car. They stayed open late for me to view cars when I first got there (not knowing they were about to close) The staff moved quickly and had me in my new car within the week. Thank you!

As I was in communication with one the sellers for a used truck, I requested for a picture of the car to see if it has any rust. After this request the seller simply sent a thumbs up and has since that moment left me on read. Very unprofessional, this is not how you should run a business. Disappointed.

Great dealership. Good selection of vehicles at typical pricing. The staff was super friendly and honest with me about everything. Very happy with the truck I purchased and genc was a great salesman. Will definitely do business again

Just left in my new Honda Accord !! I m so In love with my new car . Best dealership In Hartford ! Rocky (the owner) was such great help with getting me my dream car. Took a day off to go car shopping. This was the first dealership of 4. I set an appointment with Aileen the night before via OfferUP app. I let her know i was on my way, so car was warmed up and ready for a test drive. The vibe and service was definitely pleasant. Aileen and Ari definitely great people and know their stuff. I would buy another car from them and recommend them. Love my TL. Keep in mind i got my car asap. Seen it Tuesday. Got it Thursday.

Great buying experience Eileen and Ari went up and beyond upon me purchasing my wrangler very professional people and true to there promises. This place is great, most of the cars are low miles. Paul the salesman helped me every step of the way with incredible patience, Eileen also helped me with financing and everything else. At one point I was stranded at the dealership with no way to get home and Paul gave me a ride home. It was a complex process for me to actually secure financing and registration because I recently moved here, but they worked with me and helped me with supreme patience and understanding every step of the way. In the end, I drove off the lot in the right desperately needed car at the perfect desperately needed time and I couldn t have done it without the team at Good Auto.

Amazing service, hands down. I had a good experience, I love my New car . I came in looking for a nice family car and the manger Ari helped me so well. He so good at his job that I wasn t sure on the cars he had in his location so he directed me to one of his other locations and I fell in love when I test drove my Cadillac. Right after ,it s was a quick and easy step to get me out of there with my dream car .ari is a good family man I appreciate all his work on gettin me the right car. Just purchased a used Mini. The staff was honest, helpful and pleasant. The car was under blue book value to boot!Update while still under the 60 day warranty.Presently trying to get to the bottom of a few preexisting issues such as AC inconsistencies, leaks under hood and a trunk that fills with inches of water after rain. Good auto did fix my brakes that were not in great condition the first 2 weeks I owned the car. The car stayed in their shop for three days so my warranty also is extended equally according to Ct law but the other issues still exist and they have expressed the other issues do not fall under Ct warranty coverage so will not schedule a fix. Hoping to not have to change my positive review but it is looking like they will be losing at least a few stars.

Where do I start. Aileen and Paul were so incredibly nice. I put a deposit down and they held my car for me until I came up a few days later. Aileen explained EVERYTHING to me. This is my first time buying and it was such a pleasant experience. I was a lot more comfortable knowing that a woman was the manager (Aileen). Thank you guys so much again!!!

We were treated as though we are stupid, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I Bought a truck from them. The E brake did not work, they promised to fix it, with NEW parts. When I came back they said they replaced everything, when I checked they did absolutely nothing to the car and the E brake still did not work, and now the rear brakes were grinding on something and steaming as we drove it. They promised to repair the car but DIDNT DO ANYTHING. This went on to happen three more times. They wasted my time. They cost a lot of money in gas. They also forgot to give me a transfer paper that is needed when you are registering your car, so I had to pay to make a new one. They refused to reimburse me for any of my troubles and inconveniences.I ve had the car registered for 3 weeks as it sat in their shop, working on it . Again do not buy from this dealership.

About a month ago I bought a Toyota Camry. I was only looking for Toyotas but they had a large variety of makes and models. Staff made the purchase a quick and easy process. The car was missing a spare tire but they did not hesitate to give me a new one. Definitely recommend this place.

My customer service rep Alieen was very knowledgeable about the car that i wanted, she was also kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Good Auto. Aileen (Sales Rep) was amazing and patient with helping me to get my truck. I bought the truck one week ago and so far so good. I will write another review after driving the truck a little longer. I am pleased with the service and all the workers I meantUPDATEAfter driving the truck for 3 months (around town no long distances ) the engine started knocking and the service that I got when I was buying it was surely not the same when I told them about the knocking in the engine. I was told that all I have to do at this point is to buy an engine. So I have been stuck with a car payment for a truck that I can't even drive.I BELIEVE THAT THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A FAULTY TRUCK be very careful with this company.
