May 28th 2022 was my first visit, my car was thoroughly cleaned and pricing is reasonable. Definitely would recommend and will return for future business

I pay 45$ a month for everything and every day they're are late opening for carwashes and turning on the vacuum. They have this tire track that will scratch your rims if that Spanish guy isn't in the mood to direct you in correctly, the spin brushes will scratch your Sideview mirrors and paint, this morning I pulled up and SAMETHING with the dude late with everything picking up trash around the parking lot with vacuums off and nobody operating car wash. He always has a attitude and one time made a whole line of cars back out. Today was the last straw go to Russell Speedway or hand wash not worth the trouble, CANCELING!!!!!

i ve been coming here for over one year. All the staff are very professional and customer friendly orientated. Any issues I ve ever had they did direct to the regional manager, which was ignored. I did speak to someone in corporate yesterday and address my concerns, and I was assured that moving forward my issues will no longer be a problem. I was suggested to go to a different location in which I explained that was not conducive to my crazy work schedule and the convenience of the Weston Street location the crew at Weston Street do not get the credit in which they deserve they have to deal with customers who are in a rush and don t understand patients I commend all the staff on Weston Street. Keep up the good work, the customer service and your friendly mannerisms respectfully Sylvia grant.Services: Vacuuming, Car waxing

I've been a member at this car wash for a few years now and never had a problem with any of the service very nice and respectful employes. Never had a problem with any of the pass issues they get it fixed right there and then.Would highly recommend

I went to this golden nozzle location last night and looked at my cars hood this morning and there s a dent and paint chipped all over. It s a new car and now I have to deal with this. Golden Nozzle Almost got me arrested for asking for corporate number the manager didn't even try to figure out why I was disappointed in the service the white lady pushed a panic button that caused swarms of police to show up I wouldn't want my worse enemy to go to that God forsaken place!!! Just horrible and a display of sheer racism at its finest!!!

This location and the leadership behind it, are dedicated to delivering a quality product and a positive customer experience. I have 2 monthly passes to this location in Weston St. We are here all the time. Recently, I purchased the $139 full interior service detail for my luxury compact SUV.The interior of the car came out amazing. As others have shared in their experience, it looked as good if not better then I first purchased the vehicle.Marcus went above and beyond to make sure the issue I had was fully rectified. Thank you for your commitment to delivering the best service to all of your customers. We will be customers here for a long time.

I wasn't sure to give it 3 or 4 stars. I have the unlimited pass ( $45 at month ), i wash the car almost every day without any problems, but today i was not happy. Cause non of the lights work, wich means the car was washed only with water and that was exactly what i saw when i went through. Only water. And the porpoise of the wash today was remove all the salt from the snow day we had last night.I'll wash it tomorrow again. I hope i have better luck.

I can't agree with these reviews. I had just flown in at Bradley International Airport. I rented my car from a local car rental dealer,but was given a filthy car that I couldn't drive any further.. I was referred by a salesman from VW of Hartford nearby of this car wash. My wait time was great! I was thoroughly happy with the wash and drove around to the detailing side to meet up with Ivan and Ricardo. I wasn't aware it was a full service wash,so I was only asking for some windex and paper towels to clean the inside windows. They both showed me superior customer service. I want them both to be recognized as superior employess. Thank you.

this is the worst place i have ever been in my live its easy to take money from you but to return is not don't ever do a automatic car wash payment when you cancel they will never give you all of it back to you and to will never let you wash your car again i went to other places and never had this issue before please read this don't fall it like i did they just made money for free and my account is negative $50. because of therm......

The problem was at the South Street West Hartford car wash!! The guy working that day asked a man to back out of the car wash bay and we all had to back up!! Then he slammed the door and yelled that he quit!! Never mind the language he used!! We all left and went to the location off prospect ave.They were extremely pleasant and took care of all of us!! Thanks to the great people working at that location!!

I have a wash pass which I use almost daily on my truck. I have this pass for two years now and I could honestly say that s probably the best investment that I ve made to keep my truck looking like a 10 on the road And most importantly having the salt treatment that the state uses Be Removed which they seem to use more frequently than ever.Services: Clay bar treatment, Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Showed up at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. The stall was open and the brushes inside the car wash were moving. After sitting in the stall for no less than 7 Minutes with no employee in sight, I took my business elsewhere. Uncertain how this place operates but was definitely subpar for me.

Paid $38 for the worst car wash i have ever had . LAZYY . rushes the job.. If i didnt know any better id say these Guys raGs dont even get to peoples dashes at all.. Id never go here again.. Horrible job with the inside cleaning

Very happy with Golden Nozzle Car Wash. Been a customer with multiple cars for a number of years. Recently had a customer service need and the experience very positive. I felt appreciated for being a customer.

Paid $17 (included rims and the undercarriage ) My car came out still dirty and they don t have vacuums.My rims are dirty, my doors are dirty, my lights are dirty. The machine basically threw a bucket of water with dish soap, blew it out with those loud blowers and left my car drenched in soap and dirty.

It's great! Except the machine isn't able to scan the barcode and I have to wait for someone to open the gate

I'm thinking of canceling my plan. Every times we come to wash the car we have to stay 10, 15, 20 minutes waiting in line because it is never working right that washer...

I cancelled my membership before moving to another state. They still charged me and when I called any of the locations to clear it up. I got sent straight to voice mail every time.

Brought my new white truck here to get washed. Noticed shortly after that it left a black 8" long indent on the passengers side. Not Happy

Went for to get my carpet shampoo payed 59.00$ and it still look the same I could do a better job just vacuuming my car waist of my time and money on

Subaru Outbback rear window and hatch never clean. Ask for extra manual spray but still dirty. Have to rewash myself.

Guys were in a rush didn t wipe my car down in the inside properly , wasn t looking for nothing too crazy just for the spills in my car to be wiped but the outside was great !
