EDIT UPDATE**** I wanted to update this review to include that shortly after taking my car home, I did have something that needed to be taken care of on the car and Mo was quick to respond and get it taken care of, ensuring I had a loaner car so i wasn't without a vehicle with three kids. I appreciate the customer service and would still highly recommend. See below for original post.ORIGINAL************ I was probably a nightmare customer due to some specific aspects on my end.... however i was working with Moe who dealt with the situation with the highest level of respect one could carry. I appreciate Moe for keeping things professional at all times and doing his best with the situation i had at hand. Moe gets 5+ stars for excellent customer service. you really couldn't ask for a more honest salesman who holds his level of integrity. Overall happy with the service provided, just wish i read through the documents with the finance manager before signing rather than clicking through. i did not want the $300 autotrace feature that was completely optional. didn't know it was in the mix of the disclosure documents. I'd rather that money get refunded and go to Moe for handling a sensitive situation respectfully and doing an excellent job. I would purchase from this dealership again, though!

What a great experience! Dillon Gengras and Mo Salama were great to work with. Finding a used truck is no easy task. We told them what we wanted .and they found the best option for us! Showroom is clean, all staff are courteous. Would defiantly work with them again.

Devin Booth is the best! From the first time we spoke until we picked up our car we couldn t be happier with the way we were treated from Devin and the entire staff. The whole process couldn t have been any easier. It was definitely worth the 2.5 hour ride from NY to purchase our new Chrysler 300C!

I recently leased a Ram pick up truck from Gengras. Mo Salama was my salesmen and he was great. Mo was very knowledgeable with the truck and the lease details. Mo took his time explaining everything to me. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be a return customer. I have been a customer of Gengras for 6 years now, leased 2 vehicles with them, and just purchased a new Jeep with my husband and my experience each time has been wonderful. Devin Booth was our salesman and he was great! He was very communicative with me regarding my end of lease and found our dream car upon our first meeting. The process was quick and easy and everyone involved was so nice and helpful. Can t say enough good things about Gengras and Devin!

We just picked up our 2022 Ram 1500 Limited. Mo was a great salesman who treated us very well from beginning to end. He stayed late with us in order to answer our questions and he gave us all the information we wanted. It took us a little over a week to get our finances and insurance in order and arrange time off work in order finalize everything. The whole time, Mo was very patient and gave us the time we needed to make the purchase. We looked for years for this truck and felt like this was not just the truck we were looking for but also the salesman we needed to make the purchase. Thank you, Mo, for the great service you provided us. You were a true pleasure to work with!

Mo at Gengras was a great help. We were kinda strapped for time but wanted to drive out with a new vehicle same day. Mo was able to get the entire process buttoned up very quickly and efficiently. He explained everything clearly and put me in my new Jeep at the EXACT dollar amount he had estimated during our first conversation. Probably the best auto purchasing experience I've ever had. Just picked up the new wrangler 4xe and I must say this was one of the best car buying experiences. My fianc� and I have bought a fair amount of cars through the years and have never had good experiences, but Mo was very helpful and understanding and made this one of our best experiences at a dealership. He was very patient and listened to all of our concerns and made this process as smooth as possible. Will 100% see Mo again next time we are in search of another vehicle

Make sure you ask for Devin he was the person that prety much change my mind to buy the truck from Gengras. He answered all my questions without wasting anyone's time and was extremely professional. I pulled in the "Quick lane" for an oil change and tire rotation. There was no line, no waiting. Great I thought, this will be quick! I walked in through the glass doors where I was pretty much ignored for 15 minutes. I heard someone say, he hasn't been helped. Then a reply, "I have to cash out". I sat there a couple more minutes then got in my jeep and left. Apparently getting out the door was more important to that advisor than saying" Someone should be with you shortly" Or at least some acknowledgement that they know your there.The service there used to be so good. The last couple of times i went to Gengras for service it seemed to take forever to get written up and get cashed out. It seems like a lot of confusion and disorganization in that service department. It's too bad because the techs do a good job there. With all the changes they have made there over the years to try to reinvent the service experience, they have forgotten the basics.

Today I went to Gengras to get my first Jeep ever. I couldn't be happier with the service, attention to detail, and kindness that was shown to me throughout the entire process at Gengras. Went down to looking For a new vehicle and I was fortunate enough to work with Alejandro Cabrera. He took his time to go over all the different vehicles I was interested in and was patient with me when it came to agreeing to the price. He s a great salesman. I would Highly recommend anyone to work with him. Definitely will be looking for him when the time comes to upgrade.

Mo was the best person I could have ever asked for to assist me in getting my first new car! He was honest and I never felt pressured or rushed to make any type of decisions. What a great experience working with Mo at Gengras. I went to a few other dealerships first and none of them gave me as much information and attention as Mo did. He was so easy to work with, down to earth and honest. Typically purchasing a car is a stressful experience, but this did not feel stressful at all. I 100% recommend working with Mo, Frankie and the rest of the team at Gengras if you are looking for a new car!

We are just leaving Gengras Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram with our new/used beautiful 2022 Ram 1500 Limited truck in Patriot blue with the sea salt interior. We live about an hour away from the dealership and Mo Salama, our awesome sales person, was very patient with us when we needed extra time to make decisions and travel to the dealership. My husband has been looking for a truck like this for years and we have Mo Salama, our amazing sales person, to thank for selling us this great truck. Gengras is the ONLY car dealership I can honestly say that I had a genuinely perfect experience with. Every single employee I interacted with treats others the way that they would like to be treated and that means so much to me. My fiance and I went in looking to trade in his jeep wrangler and wanted the jeep gladiator. We have been searching for months and then we finally found this one.Our salesman was Mo Salama and he made this experience easy, comfortable, and fun. He was not pushy or rushing us on our decision. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. Mo is friendly, patient, informative, and has such a genuine vibe. I highly recommend him! We also had the pleasure of working with Frankie Zanin in finance who was kind, knowledgeable, laid back, and extremely helpful in getting all of the paperwork done towards the end of our visit. These gentlemen went above and beyond for us and really made us feel comfortable, I couldn't be more grateful for them both.When I'm ready to upgrade I will 100% be going back to see Mo!
