They are ok. Didn't fix all my truck repairs I gave them to do. Waiting to see if I get charged for what wasn't fixed

Unfortunately from our experience, we don't have anything good to say about this shop. From highly unprofessional behavior of the staff that work in this shop, to the very bad service that they provide to the customers.We made an appointment one week before we came to the shop, but we still needed to wait a couple of hours before they started looking at our truck. Then they've sent us an estimate of $300 that we approved, but after a couple of hours they've sent us an invoice of $1300 saying that they had a couple more things to do on the truck. Firstly, that is untrue, and secondly, we haven't approved anything above the aforementioned $300.When we asked to speak with the supervisor, manager or even general manager, worker who's last name is Rivera told us that none of them can speak with us that day.In the end, we paid for the service 5 times more expensive than the one we approved of, spent 10 hours in the shop instead of mutually estimated 5 hours and on top of all that they were dishonest to as at all times regarding the price and time that they need to finish our truck.

Here 4 days for to change a nox sensor and reseal the dpf. Rudest service writers I've seen at a dealership. It took them 3 hours to test drive it after repairs. Had parts stored inside my truck while it was being repaired. Steer clear of this place

Avoid bringing your truck for repairs at all cost this Freightliner is an absolute joke one lie after another Those five stars reviews are 100% lies. This place doesn t even deserve one star.

Came to this shop to exchange glad connectors of my truck. Ryan and Aaron were very helpful and very friendly. Those guys deserve more than 5 stars. Excellent customer service, high quality job and great atmosphere

I was at this shop 2 weeks ago to get fix coolant leak, bad nox sensor and starter.I m glad they take care of my truck. Be patient with them.. Thanks Aron.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!!I slept out front waiting for them to open. All I wanted was the truth.They told me they could get me in to replace a leaking oil filter.I sat and waited all day until 30 minutes to closing.I asked twice though out the day if they forgot about me.A ten minute job to get me down the road. They didn't even have the nerve to tell me the truth. A wasted day for nothing.It must be nice to be in business and not have to care one bit about your customers and be so busy you don't even care. I never got the fiter changed! ALL DAY GONE!! Could have went somewhere else.The guy at the service desk should be fired ASAP. Oh the barking orders to wear a mask while not one employee was wearing a mask was behavior of the mentally ill.

They keep nothing in stock its all lies. They have almost 100 trucks in their yard waiting for parts. Some have been their over a year already and still waiting.

Worst repair shop. They will do anything to waste your money and will never update you with what is happening with the truck. Will not tell you the truck is done and have the excuse of "we have a lot of people". Service clerk should have better customer service skills.

Their truck sales and parts/services buildings are 2 separate buildings across the street from each other. It is not in your best interest to accidentally turn into the sales building lot with a truck and trailer. And if you are going to the Parts and Service building and you have to drop your trailer, i highly recommend that you go about half a mile down the road on the same street to the Comfort Inn Hotel because they have truck and trailer parking up to about 8 spots. The Freightliner will more than likely refer you to this hotel to stay the night anyway. Stay safe truckers and check me out on Youtube under the same name.

Customer service is excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. As most truck dealers, service is backed up, but they're working as fast as they can.

The facility met all corvid standards which was great to see they were very efficient in getting my parts It's truly a full service dealership.

Horrible customer service got there to get my truck checked out service writer had attitude because they were busy and he act like he didn't want to serve me when I said I would wait to get it checked out. Finally get truck checked and all he could tell me was it was an electrical problem, go to the ta service center and in under 20 mins they found it was a fuse something that freightliner should and could have checked instead of just tryna get me out because they closed at 7!!!

The team at Freightliner did a great job. They fit the truck into their very busy schedule on a Holliday weekend. They diagnosed the truck and fixed it and got me back on the road before the Holliday. Thank you to all their employees.

Can't give me a straight answer on time frames, not even a conservative one... Waste of a day. My advice is plan for all day and the next for anything to be done.

There are many places with bad customer service but at least they serve you but this one is the worse I arrived was there 3 sale person and only one in front of me, I spent 15 minutes standing, nobody told me anything or wait nothing, i just walk away and hope not to come back again { parts department guys if hate ur job do something else}

Not impressed with this place at all they did a recall on the icu on my truck get the truck back turn singles in back dont work 10 hrs later truck still not in shop to get it fixed asked when truck goes in never got an answer
