I had an excellent experience with Flanders. The thermostat went on an older model car that I bought for my son to drive. Joe and the crew at Flanders were amazing. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it immediately. All had a reasonable price, too. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Asked them to check my brakes. Only need brakes and pads replaced , appreciated their honesty and did not try and sell need for all 4. Work done in timely fashion, reasonable price. I will go back when fronts are needed. Don t want to fool around when it comes to brake safety!

I bent my rim on the highway. Joe got my car in immediately. Great communication from start to finish! They even offered to pick me up so I wouldn t have to find someone to drive me. Fast service. Got my car back quickly. When I arrived to pick up my car, someone was even washing it, which is above and beyond! Great experience for a crummy situation. The shop is in a good/convenient location near the Wethersfield line and was easy to find. My car drives like brand new. Thank you Flanders!

Brought my full door truck in for a alignment and they were fantastic. They took her time to make sure it was right. They showed me it was right. And they double checked it was a test drive. Made appointment request online, it was approved and got there they checked my breaks and worked diligently to find the problem which was the hub! But they fixed it and now car is perfect. They are lying when you call them and they tell you that an alignment is $95 (plus tax). It is $112 (plus tax). They charge an additional $14 fee for "shop supplies". When I pointed out to them that this is false advertising, it devolved into a shouting match, in which they insisted that the "alignment" was $95, and the $14 was for, well, you know, "we have to pay for our equipment". Ridiculous. If they had just agreed with me, that when they answer the phone they need to be honest and say it costs $112 plus tax, I wouldn't be writing this.Service: Auto maintenance

I could not recommend a better towing service in the Hartford area. They were fast and responsive. When I discovered I had a flat in my work parking garage, Jose showed up with the right equipment to get it out of the garage without damaging the rim. He then provided me with good advice as the best option for replacing the tire -- which no local shop had. His boss, Joe, followed up the next day to ensure that the car was delivered to the appropriate repair shop and that the tire was replaced with the correct tire.Service: Car towing

I have been going to Flanders for years. I understand new owners took over about two and a half years ago. Still the timeliness of the service is outstanding. The quality of work excellent. Friendly owner and staff. Honorable and kept her word on agreed-upon price. I have referred others there and will continue to do so. Good work!!

Someone you can trust and count on.. Let's face it.. The worst part of owning a car is the repairs that go along with owning it. We have all been there. Take the car to the dealership and have them tell you how much it's gonna cost and you leave there feeling taken advantage of..I came to know Wayne and Donna several years ago through my girlfriend and since then I know that I have someone I can trust, someone that is fair and someone that will tell you the truth. Having had the Nissan dealership tell me that I should sell my car because of a catalytic converter issue and how it was going to cost thousands of dollars, I am thrilled to say that they were wrong.Like I said, the worst part of owning a car is normally the repair of the car but since I met Wayne and his crew a bunch of years ago, that is no long the case. Thanks to all of them for being different then everywhere else.Integrity..... CHECKHonesty..... CHECKPrice.......... CHECKFriendly...... CHECKFeeling like I was not taken advantage of...... CHECK!!!

I took my 78 vette to Flander's for an alignment. These guys are great! Very knowledgeable, honest, clean facility, High tech equipment and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them.

With the icy weather I hit a curb and messed up my car's alignment. I stopped by without scheduling before and they made room for me in the same day and took care of my car. In other words they saved the day. Thank you so much for your service and expertise!

Had my truck towed due to what ended up being a failed fuel pump, highy professional tow truck operators and a knowledgeable staff in their shop. Extremely happy to have found a quality towing/service garage in the Hartford area

Originally went here to get figured out what was going on with my trucks front end. It had multiple issues. These guys and Hope were just as frustrated as I, but they didn't give up. I so appreciate their efforts. Fingers are crossed by all that we got it now.Thanks to all for their hard work and efforts.
