I needed to get some work done on my car and sent an email to European Motors, spoke to them shortly and they were able to get me in within the week (right before the Thanksgiving holiday week) and such a pleasant experience, friendly and felt like I blinked between the time I took when dropping off my car and when I was called to pick it up. I will only be coming here for any work, best service ever! Happy I was referred to them and will be happy to continue to refer them to others!

We have been taking our Volvo to another mechanic, but he was so far from us.I called Ziggy and he was booked out for quite while. I told him I was using a rental, so he said to to drop it off and if he had some spare time he would take a look at it. A day later he called and told us what was wrong and the repairs were done, along with some other small repairs that were needed. He was very fair in his pricing, and his work was excellent! Ziggy is the most honest, competent and helpful mechanic I've ever worked with. He accurately diagnoses problems and permanently fixes them, and he will never tell you that something needs repair or replacement when it doesn't. He's often extended himself to deal with my "emergency" problems, such as an oil pan leak or a sunroof that won't close. His pricing is fair and honest, and he's a very friendly, cheerful and kind person. He's the best!

He's got a beautiful business and he has done work for me before and I love this guy and you got a European car for Volvo or Mercedes take it to this guy cuz he does excellent work his name is Ziggy

We got a used Volvo from a shady person and it kept needing new fixes. Siggy said early on that something seemed off, and he advised us when to give up on the car and cut our losses. He is a very honest dude.

I just went there for some noise my Honda pilot 2007, was making. He replaced the rotors (which he actually told me no need to do right now, I could go with what I had) It was very pleasantly surprising and refreshing that there still are honest people out there. The back end, was still making some minor noise, and he checked whatever he could, everything seemed to be OK. There were few things that he suspected but advised me not really go any deeper since the car is running just fine, no need to spend money. Once the noises get little bit worse, he recommended I go back. If it was someone else, they would have opened everything and just charged the shi* out of me.Honesty will always win long term, he just made me his customer,

Recently moved to the area and was looking for the new mechanic. Ziggy was quick and straight about how much it will cost and got the work done quick and efficiently. Definitely going back for the future maintenances

always direct, honest and you know you will get the job done right, for the best price, owning a nice car can be expensive, but having service done with Jack and his crew will take some of the pain away... you will not be disappointed.
